## Userlytics Reviews
 ### 1. Unparalleled User Testing, Exceptional Insights

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Erin S. | Director of Web & Design, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Userlytics?**

I love Userlytics because the platform is easy to use and they have a fantastic database of testers that align with our personas. The Userlytics staff is incredibly helpful, responsive, and proactive, making sure we're getting the most out of our credits. We've been able to curate moderated tests with their assistance. I also really enjoy the AI features added to aid analysis. Over time, they have continuously added new features that enhance and simplify the tool's use. Plus, setting up and launching a test is super easy and straightforward.

**What do you dislike about Userlytics?**

It's been a minute since we've used the bring your own user feature, but years ago I recall it being a little confusing for end users. This may have been resolved by now though.

**What problems is Userlytics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Userlytics helps us gain key insights for feature development and user feedback on prototypes. It uncovers audience insights, user journey friction, and product clarity, helping drive improvements. The database of testers and supportive staff make testing efficient and effective.

**Official Response from Denis Cristea:**

> Hi Erin,

It was really great reading your review. We’re so happy to hear that Userlytics has been helping your team gather meaningful insights around feature development, prototypes, and user journey friction. Knowing the platform is helping support real product decisions and clarity improvements is exactly the kind of impact we aim for.

It’s also wonderful hearing your feedback about the team and participant panel. We truly try to be proactive and collaborative with our customers, so hearing that the support, moderated testing assistance, and participant matching have been valuable to your workflow means a lot to us.

We’re especially glad you’ve been enjoying the newer AI-powered analysis features as well. We’ve been investing heavily in improving the speed and quality of insight generation, and there’s still a lot more coming in that area.

And thank you as well for mentioning the earlier experience with the Bring Your Own Participant feature. We’re currently continuing to improve and streamline that workflow to make it more intuitive and easier for end users to join studies with minimal friction. Feedback like this is incredibly helpful because it helps us understand where usability improvements can make the biggest difference.

Thanks again, Erin, for sharing such thoughtful feedback and for continuing to grow with the platform over time.

 ### 2. Exceptional Participant Recruitment, Needs Speed Improvements

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** raveena b. | Sr. User Researcher, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 15, 2026

**What do you like best about Userlytics?**

I think one of the best things about Userlytics is that we get the participants that we're looking for, and there are no repeat participants. This is quite rare and ensures that the quality of the participants is very premium. They follow instructions precisely and are willing to talk out loud when needed. Additionally, the engagement with the Userlytics team is really good as they reply fast. If there's any concern or something not working for me, they help me solve the problem almost immediately and help me understand the feature without delay. Also, Userlytics allows us to add both male and female participants in the same study without needing to create separate studies, which is very convenient. The initial setup needed some help, but once I got the hang of it, it was really simple to understand, and ongoing UI changes are only making it better.

**What do you dislike about Userlytics?**

I think definitely, it could be faster. Maybe that's a backend thing because they're doing a lot of other things. Some knowledge around more features like card sorting and tree test and how to use other methods would be really, really nice. They can do better in terms of, like, how Maze is doing, especially on the first click and giving that impression.

**What problems is Userlytics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Userlytics to recruit the right participants quickly for our e-commerce fashion site, ensuring there are no repeat participants and high-quality engagement. It also helps resolve issues swiftly thanks to the responsive team.

 ### 3. Fast user sourcing and responsive support, but transcript exports need improvement

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Airlines/Aviation | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Userlytics?**

The ability to source a wide range of users very quickly is a real strength, and setting up studies is straightforward, with a simple design of the system. On the rare occasion I’ve had any issues, Userlytics has been very prompt in replying and helping resolve them. They’ve also added some AI tools to the platform, which is a nice addition.

**What do you dislike about Userlytics?**

It doesn’t export a single transcript document of all users, which makes it challenging when analysing spoken responses for a study. I end up having to do a lot of extra work myself to organise the results into a format that’s easy to analyse.
Also, the order users appear in when clicking through isn’t the same as the order shown on the first screen, which is confusing.
Finally, you can’t set up multiple variations within one study. That makes it difficult to compare test results and, again, creates a lot of manual work.

**What problems is Userlytics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Speedy testing that delivers very quick results, even with short turnaround times. It also works well for larger teams across the organisation, and it’s priced so that everyone can carry out their research needs without much additional approval effort.

 ### 4. AI Features and Fast Service Are Game Changers

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rosalie D. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 15, 2026

**What do you like best about Userlytics?**

I find it very pleasant that the service from Userlytics is very good, with personal contact and always quick responses. This makes using the service very enjoyable. I am also happy with the recently rolled out AI features, which we use a lot. These make it easy to quickly process large amounts of audio data, and that is truly a game changer.

**What do you dislike about Userlytics?**

Yes, I do notice that recently a lot has changed on the platform, which might mean there are still small errors sometimes. But on the other hand, they are always resolved very quickly when I report them.

**What problems is Userlytics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Userlytics offers the best tool with the moderator to conduct interviews and screen recordings. The good service, quick responses, and new AI features that facilitate the processing of large amounts of audio data make it a game changer.

**Official Response from Denis Cristea:**

> Hi Rosalie,

It was really nice reading your review, especially your comments about the personal support and quick communication from the team. We genuinely try to stay close to our customers and be responsive when issues or questions come up, so it’s great to hear that this has made your experience with Userlytics more enjoyable.

We’re also very happy to hear that the new AI features have been helpful for your workflow. Processing large amounts of interview and audio data can take a huge amount of time, so knowing these tools are helping speed up analysis and make research more manageable means a lot to us. We’ve been investing heavily in improving the AI-assisted research experience, so feedback like this is incredibly encouraging for the team.

And thank you as well for mentioning the occasional small platform issues after recent updates. As we continue rolling out new features and improvements, there can sometimes be minor bugs along the way, and we truly appreciate your patience and understanding. We’re glad our support team was able to respond and resolve things quickly when needed.

Thanks again, Rosalie, for sharing your experience and for being part of the Userlytics community.

 ### 5. Essential Tool for Early-Stage Market Feedback

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Parisa Z. | Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Userlytics?**

I like the fact that I don't have to worry about finding the right target audience. I can define who I'm looking for and what type of target audience would be relevant to my space, and they will find the target audience quickly for me based on those criteria. Userlytics has a very extensive panel of participants that are diverse, and they have screening questions to help us figure out who would be the right fit for this product and we only get their feedback.

**What do you dislike about Userlytics?**

Userlytics was a good tool, but I think it can't replace the human interview

**What problems is Userlytics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Userlytics solves customer discovery challenges by capturing feedback at various business stages. It finds the right target audience quickly, from user experience feedback to new product ideas, utilizing a diverse participant panel and screening questions to ensure only relevant feedback is collected.

**Official Response from Denis Cristea:**

> Hi Parisa,

Really glad to hear that the participant recruitment side of Userlytics has been valuable for your work. Finding the right audience quickly can honestly be one of the most time-consuming parts of research, so it’s great to know the platform helped simplify that process for you.

It was also nice to read that the diversity of the participant panel and the screening questions helped you get more relevant feedback throughout different stages of product discovery and UX validation. That’s exactly the type of experience we aim to create, helping teams spend less time searching for participants and more time learning from the right people.

And your point about human interviews is completely fair. While Userlytics helps scale research and make feedback collection faster and more accessible, there’s definitely still unique value in direct human conversations and moderated discussions. We see the platform as something that supports and strengthens the research process, not something that replaces the human side of it.

We really appreciate you sharing your experience, Parisa. Feedback like this genuinely helps us continue improving the platform.

 ### 6. Quick Test Creation and Responsive Support

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Userlytics?**

I love how easy it is to create tests with Userlytics and how quickly we get responses. The Userlytics team is very quick to respond to any issues we may experience. I also appreciate working with Marielisa, who is great, and prior to her, Carlos was easy to communicate with and gave us a great 'crash course' on the platform. Additionally, the initial setup of Userlytics was super easy, which I found very helpful.

**What do you dislike about Userlytics?**

It is a niche problem, but I wish there were more testers in my state. Sometimes we don't want to pull from our own pool because they know what our brand is or how to use our website. But when we want to know residents' opinions from people who have not interacted with our department, we don't have as large of a pool. Of course, this is a niche problem since we are located in the least populated state in the US.

**What problems is Userlytics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Userlytics improves website usability, identifies advertising gaps, and helps gather audience feedback on messaging. It's easy to create tests and quickly get responses, which is great for urgent ad releases or website fixes.

**Official Response from Denis Cristea:**

> Hi there,

Really happy to hear that the platform has been helping your team create tests quickly and gather feedback fast, especially when working on time-sensitive website updates or advertising decisions. We know how important speed can be when teams need actionable insights without slowing down launches or fixes.

It’s also wonderful to hear your kind words about Marielisa and Carlos. We’ll absolutely share the feedback with them. Having supportive and approachable people guiding customers through the platform experience is something we care deeply about, so it’s great to know their help made a positive impact for your team.

We also appreciate you sharing the challenge around recruiting participants in a smaller population area. That’s a very understandable and nuanced use case, especially when you’re specifically looking for unbiased local feedback from people unfamiliar with your brand or department. Insights like this are genuinely valuable for us as we continue expanding participant reach and improving recruitment flexibility across different geographic areas and audience types.

Thank you again for taking the time to leave such thoughtful feedback and for trusting Userlytics with your research and usability work.

 ### 7. Intuitive and Effective for UX Projects, But Initial Recording Glitchy

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Haley G. | Operations Analyst, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Userlytics?**

I use Userlytics for school projects related to UX, and it's a good way to allow remote participants. I appreciate that we can send participants a link, and the website explains things clearly. We can see and hear what the users are doing, which I find helpful to understand people's thoughts. I thought the platform was really intuitive, and the video and audio recording features are great. The initial setup was very easy to use.

**What do you dislike about Userlytics?**

It doesn't record the first 30 seconds.

**What problems is Userlytics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Userlytics allows for remote participants by sending a link, which is perfect for my UX projects. I can see and hear what users do, making it easier to gather insights. The video and audio recording features are helpful for understanding people's thoughts.

**Official Response from Denis Cristea:**

> Hi Haley,

Thank you so much for your thoughtful review and for sharing your experience with Userlytics. We’re really happy to hear that the platform has been useful for your UX school projects and that the remote participant workflow has helped make research and insight gathering easier for you.

It’s great to know that features like screen, video, and audio recording helped you better understand how users think and interact during studies. One of our main goals is to make remote UX testing intuitive and accessible, so hearing that the setup process felt clear and easy to use means a lot to us.

We also appreciate you mentioning the issue with the beginning of the recordings. Feedback like this is incredibly valuable, and we’ll be sure to pass it along to our product team as we continue improving the platform and overall recording experience.

Thanks again, Haley, for taking the time to leave such detailed feedback, and we’re glad Userlytics could support your UX learning journey.

 ### 8. Effortless Participant Matching and Intuitive Interface

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jillian P. | Acting Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 01, 2026

**What do you like best about Userlytics?**

I like that Userlytics makes testing our public website straightforward. The software is easy to use, and the screener and demographic options make it easy to find participants that match specific user groups. The new 'Insights and Annotations' feature is especially helpful for getting a quick overview of results. Customer support is responsive and helpful and while the platform continues to improve, the interface remains intuitive without requiring relearning.

**What do you dislike about Userlytics?**

Bringing your own mobile participants is sometimes challenging, but it depends on the user's comfort level with technology.

**What problems is Userlytics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Userlytics helps us find participants matching specific user groups, analyze test results, and its easy-to-use interface with screener and demographic options makes the process seamless.

**Official Response from Denis Cristea:**

> Hi Jillian,

Really great to hear that Userlytics has been helping make your website testing process more straightforward and efficient. We’re especially happy to hear that the screener and demographic targeting tools have been useful in helping your team connect with the right participant groups more easily.

It’s also great to know that the new Insights and Annotations feature has been valuable for quickly reviewing and understanding results. We’ve been putting a lot of focus into making the analysis process faster and more actionable for researchers, while still keeping the platform intuitive and easy to navigate as new features are introduced.

We also appreciate your honest feedback around bringing your own mobile participants. Mobile onboarding can definitely vary depending on participants’ familiarity with technology, and feedback like this helps us continue improving the experience and reducing friction wherever possible.

And thank you as well for mentioning the support team — it means a lot to hear that their responsiveness and help have positively impacted your experience with the platform.

We really appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback, Jillian.

 ### 9. Easy, Intuitive Setup with good-Quality Participants and Responsive Support

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Userlytics?**

What I like most about Userlytics is how easy and intuitive it is to use. It’s simple to set up both quant and qual studies, and the features cover everything I need. The user panel also feels higher quality with fewer invalid participants, and the support team is super responsive and helpful.

**What do you dislike about Userlytics?**

What I dislike is that the AI features still feel a bit limited and don’t fully support deeper research needs yet. I’m hoping they’ll evolve and become more useful over time.

**What problems is Userlytics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Userlytics helps me quickly gather feedback on the topics I’m exploring. It makes it easier to validate ideas, identify usability issues, and get real user insights fast, which supports better and faster decision-making.

**Official Response from Denis Cristea:**

> Hi there,

Really glad to hear that the platform has been helping you run both quant and qual studies smoothly and efficiently. We’ve worked hard to make the study setup process intuitive while still giving researchers the flexibility they need, so it’s great to know that experience has been working well for you.

It’s also great hearing your feedback about the participant quality and support team. Making sure researchers can connect with reliable participants, while also having responsive support when needed ,is something we care a lot about internally.

We also appreciate your honest comments about the current AI capabilities. That’s an area we’re actively investing in, and your feedback aligns closely with the direction we’re already moving toward. We’re currently preparing to roll out additional AI-powered features designed to help researchers surface insights faster, process larger volumes of data more efficiently, and improve both the speed and overall quality of the research workflow. There’s still a lot more coming, and feedback like yours genuinely helps shape what we prioritize next.

Thanks again for sharing your experience and for being part of the journey as the platform continues to evolve.

 ### 10. Effortless UX Insights with Userlytics

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rick R. | Digital Merchandising Mgr, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 05, 2025

**What do you like best about Userlytics?**

I appreciate Userlytics for its ease of use, which makes navigating and employing the platform straightforward and efficient. The Highlight Reel function is particularly impressive as it allows me to easily extract the most meaningful and instructive user feedback, facilitating the collation and sharing of insights. I find this feature incredibly helpful in streamlining the evaluation process and enhancing collaboration within the team. Additionally, the initial setup of Userlytics was extremely easy, indicating a user-friendly onboarding experience that did not require unnecessary complications. Having used UserTesting.com in a previous role, I find Userlytics to be a superior tool, offering a better user experience overall. My satisfaction with the platform is evident in my strong likelihood of recommending Userlytics to others, as reflected in my perfect score of 10 out of 10.

**What do you dislike about Userlytics?**

I dislike that Userlytics only allows 'X second tests' to be conducted on static comps/images rather than live web pages. This limitation reduces the ability to test real-time user interactions and experiences, which is crucial for capturing genuine user feedback on live websites.

**What problems is Userlytics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Userlytics to explore user experience, uncovering CX friction points from selected demographics. The Highlight Reel function makes feedback collation easy, and the platform is user-friendly.

**Official Response from Liliana Camacho:**

> Hi Rick,

Thank you for your review. We're pleased to know your experience with our platform has been so "easy". We love that you're getting a use of our Video Analysis tool as well! We recently revamped it even more so we hope you get a kick out of those new features.

In terms of the audio challenge you've run into - Could it be related to how users are doing their setup? Either way, I'm passing on your feedback to Product.

On behalf of the entire team, thank you for choosing us for your UX research needs!

All the best,
Liliana

I really appreciate Userlytics for their very attentive and supportive customer service. Whenever I reach out, I quickly get an answer and don't have to worry about work being held up or project issues arising due to any delays on their part. Recently when I requested information for a quote to renew the service for another year, I received everything I needed back promptly and without delay.

**What do you dislike about Userlytics?**

Occasional bugs on the platform or issues with participants being unable to join a session.

**What problems is Userlytics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Userlytics for scheduling, hosting, and storing interviews, making it easy with my own participants or those from their panel.

 ### 12. Ease of Use and Fast Insights, But AI Needs Improvement

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Daniel K. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Userlytics?**

I like the ease of use of Userlytics, and the speed with which it provides answers. The auto-generated transcripts are another great feature. I also find the AI insights to be good, although they're not quite reliable yet. Setting up Userlytics was very easy for me, perhaps because I've used this and similar products in other roles before.

**What do you dislike about Userlytics?**

The AI insights are buggy, and there are issues like freezing or glitching when generating answers. Also, some testing methods like card sorting are not optimized for mobile screens.

**What problems is Userlytics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Userlytics helps me collect insights on why's and provide data points to improve on digital products and strategies.

**Official Response from Liliana Camacho:**

> Thank you for your 5-star review! We really appreciate you taking the time to share your experience.

Regarding your feedback on the areas for improvement:

Our AI Insights feature is currently in beta, and we're actively refining it based on user feedback like yours. As for card sorting on mobile, we hear you. That experience is currently being redesigned to work better across all screens as it’s currently optimized for desktop.

Thanks again for your support and for helping us improve as we’re committed to the quality and depth of our platform.

 ### 13. Excellent Usability Testing Platform

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Thomas P. | Student, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 04, 2025

**What do you like best about Userlytics?**

The reporting feature of the app is my favorite part. It was very easy to organize participant responses for our final report.

**What do you dislike about Userlytics?**

The largest dislike I have for Userlytics is the limitation on time a study link is available for users. It would have been nice to have an option to space a single study over the course of a week.

**What problems is Userlytics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I used Userlytics for a university project, and it made running usability tests much easier. It helped us gather clear feedback and organize our findings efficiently.

**Official Response from Victoria Pinto:**

> Hi Thomas,

Thank you for your review! We are glad our reporting features added value to your project. Your feedback regarding the study link availability is very much appreciated and has been shared with our development team to help us improve.

We look forward to supporting your future research!

 ### 14. High-Quality Insights That Drive UX Strategy

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ella C.

**Reviewed Date:** December 02, 2025

**What do you like best about Userlytics?**

I appreciate Userlytics' access to high-quality users who provide invaluable insights. This access is crucial because it enables me to gather direct feedback from users to inform my UX strategy effectively. I find that many other platforms offer similar survey creation capabilities but often result in poor quality and unhelpful responses. In contrast, Userlytics provides tangible insights that I can directly apply to my strategic planning, which sets it apart from competitors. Furthermore, the initial setup of Userlytics was very easy for me, simplifying my transition and enabling me to utilize its features without hassle. These aspects, combined, enhance the overall value of Userlytics for me.

**What do you dislike about Userlytics?**

I wish the results analytics were more developed, featuring pre-made visuals that could be easily shared with my team to provide a quick summary of survey performance. Additionally, a word cloud for qualitative responses would be beneficial. The inclusion of simple visuals for quantitative questions and potential LLM integration to synthesize qualitative insights would greatly enhance usability.

**What problems is Userlytics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Userlytics to obtain high-quality user insights directly, which are crucial for developing my UX strategy, especially for credit card landing pages.

**Official Response from Victoria Pinto:**

> Hi Ella,

Thank you for your review! We're glad to hear Userlytics stands out from the competition by providing the high-quality insights you need for your UX strategy. Your feedback regarding more developed analytics and AI synthesis is invaluable and has been shared with our product team to help us prioritize our next updates.

We look forward to continuing to support your research!

 ### 15. Easy Setup and Responsive Support, But Needs Transcription Enhancements

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brandon C.

**Reviewed Date:** December 02, 2025

**What do you like best about Userlytics?**

I enjoy using Userlytics for its easy-to-use platform which allows me to recruit participants and record sessions effortlessly. The ease and functionality of the platform significantly streamline the research process, allowing for both unmoderated and moderated testing. I also appreciate Userlytics' responsive and friendly operations team and support staff. Their promptness in addressing issues is impressive, as I experienced when they efficiently edited a video to blur parts of my screen, ensuring the privacy of sensitive information. This was accomplished within two to three hours, making the video ready for public sharing. The combination of the platform's usability and the team's responsiveness makes the overall experience with Userlytics very delightful and efficient. Additionally, the setup process for Userlytics was quick and straightforward, aided by customer support every step of the way, which made it very easy to get up and running with our first studies.

**What do you dislike about Userlytics?**

I find the ability to identify who is speaking during the transcription process challenging to distinguish between my speech and that of the participants or clients. This deficiency makes it a bit tricky to review and analyze conversations effectively.

**What problems is Userlytics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Userlytics primarily for recruiting to conduct unmoderated and moderated user research, record insights, share screens, and set up metrics, streamlining our research process and consolidating tools for quick studies.

**Official Response from Victoria Pinto:**

> Hi Brandon,

Thank you for your feedback! We are pleased to hear that our platform’s ease of use and our team's responsive support—especially regarding your video privacy needs—have added value to your research process. We also appreciate your specific feedback on transcription speaker identification; we have shared this with our product team to help us improve our analysis tools.

We look forward to supporting your future studies!

 ### 16. Wide Respondent Panels, Helpful Support, and Reasonable Pricing

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Shubham K. | Senior Consumer Insights Specialist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**What do you like best about Userlytics?**

Wide variety of respondents via their panels and their support team. The pricing is reasonable too

**What do you dislike about Userlytics?**

Dislike is a strong word. I don't dislike anything but do feel the UI/UX of the site could be smoother

**What problems is Userlytics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

helping us reach out TG

**Official Response from Denis Cristea:**

> Hi Shubham,

Really appreciate you sharing your experience with Userlytics. It’s great to hear that the participant panel, support team, and pricing have all been valuable for your work. Helping teams connect with the right target groups quickly and efficiently is a big part of what we aim to do, so we’re glad the platform has been supporting your research needs in that area.

We also appreciate your honest feedback about the UI/UX experience. That’s completely fair, and it’s something we’re continuously working to improve as the platform evolves. Small usability and workflow refinements can make a big difference in day-to-day research operations, so feedback like this is genuinely helpful for our team.

If there are any specific parts of the experience that felt less smooth or intuitive, we’d definitely love to hear more about them. Insights from active researchers like you help us prioritize the improvements that matter most.

Thanks again, Shubham, for taking the time to leave a review and share your perspective.

 ### 17. Exceptional Reach and Insightful Analysis, Needs UI Modernization

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Arizona R.

**Reviewed Date:** November 20, 2025

**What do you like best about Userlytics?**

I really like Userlytics for multiple reasons. The platform has an impressive global participant pool that covers over 135 countries, which is crucial for conducting diverse research. Its AI-powered qualitative analysis tools are also a standout feature, as they allow for deeper insights from user data. Userlytics offers unlimited team access without any extra costs, promoting a more democratic research process by enabling collaboration across the entire team. The professional UX Consulting services offered are invaluable for efficiently planning and moderating tests, as well as analyzing results. Another great aspect is Userlytics' integration with popular design tools like Figma and AdobeXD, which streamlines the workflow significantly. I also find the customization options especially useful; being able to create custom screeners to target specific user groups, along with the flexibility to conduct various types of tests like card sorting and usability testing, greatly enhances the research process. Moreover, Userlytics is exceptional for remote usability tests, as it provides video and screen recordings for thorough behavior analysis, and the responsive customer support is commendable. The setup process is fairly straightforward, with clear steps and a user-friendly interface that is easy to navigate even for beginners.

**What do you dislike about Userlytics?**

I dislike the usability and interface design of Userlytics, which some users find cumbersome, non-intuitive, and slow. Moreover, the interface could be modernized, as it is described by some as dated or clunky. A visually clear design with intuitive navigation would significantly enhance the user experience, especially for those new to the platform.

**What problems is Userlytics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Userlytics to eliminate internal bias by integrating actual user feedback into product development, leveraging a global participant pool for diverse insights, and its AI-driven analysis tools to enhance research depth.

**Official Response from Victoria Pinto:**

> Hi,
Thank you for taking the time to write such a detailed review. We are very glad to hear that you are finding value in our global participant pool, our AI-supported qualitative analysis tools and the flexibility to run different types of studies. It is also great to know that the unlimited team access, UX Consulting services and integrations with tools like Figma and Adobe XD are helping streamline your workflow.

We also appreciate your honest feedback about the platform’s interface and usability. We understand how important a modern, intuitive UI is for researchers and teams, and feedback like yours is incredibly helpful as we continue working on improving the overall experience.

Thank you again for sharing your perspective and for using Userlytics to bring diverse, unbiased user insights into your product development process.

 ### 18. Outdated Interface with High Learning Curve

**Rating:** 1.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Danny F. | Manager, User Experience Research, Market Research, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 19, 2025

**What do you like best about Userlytics?**

I find Userlytics fairly efficient in quickly attracting new users to our platform, Spotter Studio. This speed in acquiring users is beneficial as it allows us to rapidly understand how first-time users navigate through our onboarding process, from setting up their profiles to grasping the core principles of our platform.

**What do you dislike about Userlytics?**

I think the UI and UX of Userlytics is horrible. It is extremely outdated and not easy to do anything on the platform. The navigation is confusing, making it difficult to add questions to a test plan and moving questions around is super buggy. For a company built on improving usability for others, I would expect a better UX experience. Navigating through a test plan is outdated, glitchy, and cumbersome; it could be simplified completely. Additionally, the initial setup was hard due to a high learning curve.

**What problems is Userlytics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Userlytics to understand how first-time users navigate our onboarding process, from profile setup to grasping key principles. It's quick to get user feedback, but the UI and UX are outdated and difficult to navigate, impacting overall usability.

**Official Response from Victoria Pinto:**

> Hi Danny,
Thank you for taking the time to share your detailed feedback. We are glad to hear that Userlytics has helped you quickly gather insights from first-time users and better understand how they move through your onboarding process. Fast access to real user feedback is something we always aim to support.

We also appreciate your honesty about the challenges you faced with the old interface and navigation we had at the beginning of 2025. We hope you will appreciate the many changes thereof that have been released over the past months and weeks. Critical feedback is always welcome at Userlytics and is one of the main drivers of our roadmap.

Along with other changes:
-Navigation has been simplified
-Metrics and Analysis have been enhanced with advanced charts and matrices
-UI and UX has been a priority in Q4 and it is in Q1 2026

We would love to invite you to check out and compare the system as it stands today, and also, to check out the many additional improvements and added capabilities that we are launching in January 2026 and over the coming months; making sure you are able to seamlessly generate multiple insights across a mixed method series of UX research capabilities is our holy grail, we sincerely thank you for your feedback, and look forward to continue using suggestions such as yours to improve the value of our offerings to our clients.

All the best,
Victoria

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Liah Y. | Senior UX Researcher, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** İlayda Sena . | UX Research Lead, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 03, 2025

**What do you like best about Userlytics?**

Ability to share calendars with users, selected slots automatically appearing on the calendar. Successful transcription in Turkish.

**What do you dislike about Userlytics?**

The lack of a Turkish language option in the application makes it difficult for users who do not speak English to create appointments, download the application, and enter the meeting.

**What problems is Userlytics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It greatly facilitates tasks such as participant recruitment and scheduling appointments. I also find the transcription feature useful for taking notes after meetings.

**Official Response from Victoria Pinto:**

> Hi İlayda,

Thanks for your feedback! We’re happy to hear you're finding our scheduling and Turkish transcription features helpful. We take your comments about the Turkish language availability for onboarding seriously, as we aim to make our platform accessible to everyone. **Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nadia K. | Graduate Teaching Associate, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**What do you like best about Userlytics?**

The user friendliness of Userlytics to conduct unmoderated remote testing is exceptional.

**What do you dislike about Userlytics?**

The feature of creating questions including scenarios and other types should be more comprehensive.

**What problems is Userlytics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Usability testing of products

**Official Response from Denis Cristea:**

 ### 24. Does what we need it to... great account support.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** ◑ Russ B. | Director, User Experience (UX) & Interactive Design (IxD), Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 05, 2025

**What do you like best about Userlytics?**

Easy to setup and integrate into our process. Customer support/account rep has been great! We have used this for many different types of research (surveys, prototype testing, card sorting, tree testing, etc). Big selling point for me and my team is the ability to invite your own research participants. This is big because we often test member-only type stuff that is difficult for non-members to comprehend.

**What do you dislike about Userlytics?**

A recent change requires participants to download something before being able to participate. THis is not ideal. We have had difficulty conducting research in China.

**What problems is Userlytics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helps us identify pain points that cause confusion, frustration, or drop-off. It has helped uncover issues such as unclear instructions, too many required fields, poor mobile usability, lack of progress feedback, or intrusive data collection. By observing real users, we have been able to prioritize improvements that streamline the experience, reduce abandonment, and boost successful completions (and almost equally important... get stakeholder buy-in).

**Official Response from Liliana Camacho:**

> Hi Russ,

Thank you for your thoughtful review. We're thrilled to hear that Userlytics has been easy to integrate and supports your wide range of research needs. It's great to know that features like inviting your own participants and our account support have made a positive impact.

We understand the concern about the recent download requirement. We have a number of resources available that might help - please review the link below for more info.

Thanks again for sharing how Userlytics is helping you solve a wide range of usability issues and drive improvements. We're honored to be a part of your research toolkit!

Userlytics helps us to make data-driven product design decisions.
Customer support is great and setting up prototype tests is very easy.

**What do you dislike about Userlytics?**

I have the feeling some testers lie about screener questions to get paid for more tests.

**What problems is Userlytics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Userlytics helps us to collect feedback from existing or potential users.
Userlytics helps us to make data-driven product design decisions.

**Official Response from Victoria Pinto:**

> Hi,
Thank you so much for taking the time to share your experience with Userlytics. It really means a lot to hear that our platform helps you make confident, data-driven design decisions, and that our support team and prototype testing setup have been helpful for you.

Regarding the concern about some testers possibly misrepresenting screener answers, we truly appreciate you mentioning it. We take participant quality very seriously, and we’re constantly working to strengthen our verification processes through a mix of profile checks, AI behavior monitoring, and manual reviews. Feedback like yours helps us keep improving in the right direction.

I’m really glad that Userlytics is supporting your team in gathering meaningful feedback from your users and turning it into actionable design decisions. Thank you again for sharing your thoughts and for helping us continue to grow and refine the experience.

 ### 26. Exceptional Participants, Seamless Platform — Userlytics Delivers Meaningful Insights

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Erica M. | Marketplace Operations Coordinator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 24, 2025

**What do you like best about Userlytics?**

I inherited our user research program midstream after a contracted employee’s term ended — and with it, responsibility for managing our ongoing studies through Userlytics. At the time, I had no prior experience with the platform and honestly felt a bit daunted by the handoff.

That worry disappeared almost immediately.

Userlytics turned out to be incredibly intuitive. The platform guides you through setup with clear, simple steps that make even first-time users feel confident and in control. But what has truly amazed me — and what sets Userlytics apart — is the caliber of participants.

Every single tester has been a standout: articulate, engaged, thoughtful, and deeply responsive to the tasks provided. Their feedback has been genuinely valuable, offering clear insights we’ve been able to act on quickly. What’s more, many of them went above and beyond — thanking me for the opportunity to participate, expressing hope that their input was useful, and even saying they were disappointed when the session ended because they were enjoying it so much. That kind of authentic engagement is rare — and invaluable.

When I first stepped into this role, our company gave me the option to explore alternative platforms. After my experience, I made it clear: we’re staying with Userlytics. Between the ease of use, the remarkable participant pool, and a responsive, helpful support team, I truly can't recommend them highly enough.

Userlytics is everything I didn’t know we needed — and more. Five stars, hands down.

**What do you dislike about Userlytics?**

The only improvement I'd like to see is to make the integration of my Google Calendar automatically adjust time availability as I add other events to my calendar. I have struggled with a few overlaps and had to cancel some sessions as a result. The good news is, as long as you do that more than 4 hours prior to the scheduled time, you are not charged credits for the session.

**What problems is Userlytics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Userlytics has been instrumental in helping us uncover key areas of improvement across our platform that directly impact user engagement and conversion. Through moderated and unmoderated testing, we’ve been able to identify communication and perception gaps that may be affecting how our users understand and navigate our product offerings.

It’s also allowed us to evaluate how users perceive the value and pricing of our products in real-time — a level of insight that’s been critical in validating our messaging and product positioning. Beyond that, Userlytics has helped surface meaningful UX opportunities — both small and large — that can enhance the overall user journey and ultimately lead to higher conversion rates.

A particularly valuable aspect has been the ability to conduct side-by-side experience comparisons between our platform and competitor sites. These sessions have illuminated not only where we shine, but also where we fall short — often in ways we hadn’t even considered internally.

In short, Userlytics is helping us solve the problem of internal bias by bringing the real voice of the user into our process — revealing blind spots, validating hypotheses, and fueling ideas that are genuinely impactful to our growth and success.

**Official Response from Liliana Camacho:**

> Hi Erica,

Thank you for your amazing review. We’re absolutely thrilled to hear about your experience with Userlytics! It means a lot to know that our platform’s ease of use, high-quality participants, ability to run both moderated and unmoderated studies, and support for competitive testing are helping you generate impactful insights. We're especially grateful that you chose to stay with us when you had the option to try out other providers. Your words fuel us to keep improving and delivering exceptional value.

Regarding your feedback on the Calendar tool, thank you for highlighting that. I’ve shared your input with our Product team for further review.

We wish you continued success in all your UX endeavors!

All the Best,
Userlytics team

 ### 31. Userlytics: A Game-Changer for Quick, Insightful UX Research in a Fortune 500 Company

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Manuel R. | UX Researcher, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 16, 2025

**What do you like best about Userlytics?**

Userlytics has been an amazing tool for our UX research. It’s easy to use, helps me set up tests quickly, and provides valuable feedback. The video recordings are a great way to see how users interact with our websites, and the insights have been eye-opening.

I love the feature that lets the team join as observers without disrupting sessions—it keeps everyone aligned. As the only UX researcher in a Fortune 500 company, speed is critical for me. Userlytics’ AI summaries for unmoderated sessions save me so much time and make creating topline reports effortless.

The platform is flexible, reliable, and backed by an awesome support team. Highly recommend!

**What do you dislike about Userlytics?**

Surveys are a great feature for quick feedback, but larger sample sizes can take a bit more time.

**What problems is Userlytics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Userlytics helps us gather quick, actionable user insights, saving time and improving our website’s user experience.

**Official Response from Liliana Camacho:**

> Hi there,

 ### 32. Very good but it will be great to add few improvments

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Paweł . | Global UAT Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 11, 2025

**What do you like best about Userlytics?**

Simple and easy to use
Good breakdown into three types of tests
Availability of users from all over the world
Quick response from users even in exotic corners of the globe
Detailed reports and analyses, facilitating design decisions based on real data
Easy way to create tests
Advanced filtering options for participants
Great support on the UserLytics side in case of questions or problems
It's easy to rerun the same case or make a copy

**What do you dislike about Userlytics?**

1. It is not possible to mark several tests (no checbox). This would make it easier to delete or move tests to another project.
2. No possibility to open tests in a new tab from the project level. Having a list of tests you have to open each one manually, then return to the main directory. Being able to open them in tabs would make it quicker to analyse multiple tests.
3. The colours in the multiple choice questions are very similar. When I have two questions ‘Passed’ from ‘Failed’ the colour is very similar for both answers which makes analysis difficult.
Ideally, the colour should be set for specific answers. E.g. example: Passed - green, Failed - red.
4. A useful option would be to be able to sort by the last time the user performed a test
https://dashboard.userlytics.com/client/app/dashboard

**What problems is Userlytics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

What problems does Userlytics solve and what benefits does it bring?

Helps to find independent ‘testers’ around the world
For me, the location and country of the users plays a key role. UserLytics solves this problem.

 ### 33. Excellent service

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Health, Wellness and Fitness | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 30, 2025

**What do you like best about Userlytics?**

We were easily able to find users in our demographic. Tests were completed within 1-2 days. If there were ever any issues, our account manager responded quickly. The platform was easy to implement and use.

**What do you dislike about Userlytics?**

There was no way way to recruit a group of users and then have them test our app and return feedback at a later date. All testing was within the session.

**What problems is Userlytics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were designing an app and the platform allowed us to: 1. do user research to understand user needs 2. Test variations of app design

**Official Response from Victoria Pinto:**

> Hi,
Thank you for your review. We're pleased to know your experience with our platform has been, overall, satisfactory.

In terms of the feedback at a later day feature, we’re sorry if this was not clear during your experience with Userlytics. In fact, we do support studies where participants are recruited and asked to provide feedback at multiple points in time, such as in diary studies.

These types of longitudinal projects are available through our Project Management service, which allows us to work closely with you from day one to ensure the study is set up properly and delivers the insights you need.

If you’d like to explore this option further, please feel free to reach out to your Account Manager directly, who will be happy to provide more information.
Thank you again for sharing your perspective and helping us improve clarity around our services.

All the best,
Victoria

 ### 34. Very useful with some little points to improve

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Aleksandra N. | Global VoC Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 21, 2025

**What do you like best about Userlytics?**

I highly appreciate the customer service and technical support. As for the tool itself, a particularly valuable element is the well-thought-out flow for creating screeners and activity questions, with easily implementable suggestions.

**What do you dislike about Userlytics?**

A very cumbersome process for creating shorts from video recordings, highly non-intuitive, and a main dashboard that is not entirely useful.

**What problems is Userlytics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows me to speed up the research process – users can participate in the study at a time that is convenient for them.

It gives me access to users with profiles similar to my customers from around the world, maximizing the speed of the recruitment process for the study.

**Official Response from Liliana Camacho:**

> Hi Aleksandra,

Thank you for your feedback. We're delighted to hear that our customer and technical support has been on point and that Userlytics is helping you accelerate research and connect with the right participants globally.

In terms of your feedback on creating shorts and the dashboard experience, please now I have passed over your comments to the Product team.

Thanks for being part of our community!

Best Regards,
Userlytics

 ### 35. A very positive experience working with Userlytics.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 04, 2025

**What do you like best about Userlytics?**

This was my first time working with Userlytics for a research study and I was very happy with how the experience went. Customer support was excellent, the application was easy to install and navigate and the quality of participants was very good. Overall the experience was very positive and I look forward to using Userlytics again.

**What do you dislike about Userlytics?**

There really wasn't anything that I didn't like about Userlytics.

**What problems is Userlytics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helping me reach out to customers of a luxury brand to gain insight into their online experience.

**Official Response from Liliana Camacho:**

> Hi there,

We're thrilled to know your first experience using our platform has been so positive! We aim to make the process as seamless as possible so you can focus on extracting the most meaningful user insights for your business. But, hearing it first-hand from a customer is next level!

We hope you continue exploring the platform and lean on customer support if needed.

All the best,
Liliana

 ### 36. High-Quality User Feedback Instantly

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Derrick K. | Senior Director of Product Marketing, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 06, 2025

**What do you like best about Userlytics?**

Userlytics allows us to receive user feedback on products instantly. A typical process would involve pitching multiple research agencies, reviewing their pitches, signing a contract, fielding participants, etc. At least a 2-month process.

With Userlytics I can instantly set up a study and get feedback within hours, allowing our business to move and pivot quickly.

**What do you dislike about Userlytics?**

It can be difficult to edit studies once launched.

**What problems is Userlytics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Userlytics allows us to instantly understand how consumers feel about our products - what they like, dislike, and therefore where we should focus our efforts.

**Official Response from Liliana Camacho:**

> Thank you for your review! We’re thrilled that Userlytics helps you get instant user feedback, streamlining what would otherwise be a lengthy research process. Hurray!

We appreciate your feedback on study editing and understand the importance of flexibility. Our Product team is always working to enhance the platform, and we’ve shared your input with them.

Thanks again for choosing Userlytics. We’re excited to continue supporting your research needs!

 ### 37. Solid, with a great variety of tests that can be conducted

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Retail | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 13, 2024

**What do you like best about Userlytics?**

My Customer Success Manager is brilliant. They have continually sought to implement feedback we've given and find ways to help us build upon any projects we've been doing, adding to their value.

They have 10+ self service tests and have added to their assortment, especially ones we've requested. It's fairly easy to use and integrates well with prototype platforms.

**What do you dislike about Userlytics?**

They've continually been behind the curve on visualising the data and this is something I've fed back to them openly. However they plan to make a significant improvement in 2025. So the jury is out on this one.

**What problems is Userlytics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Quite simply we get to understand the "why". This is the main reason for using Userlytics.

**Official Response from Liliana Camacho:**

> Hi there,

We're delighted to hear that you’ve had a great experience with our platform, as well as the Customer Success Manager supporting you along the way! We're also happy to hear that our self-service tests and integration capabilities are meeting your needs.

We appreciate your feedback regarding data visualization and improving this aspect is a key focus for us. We're in the midst of revamping the UI of our metrics section, planned for release in June 2025.

Best Regards,

Liliana

 ### 38. Fast & informative

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Trent C. | Content Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 26, 2024

**What do you like best about Userlytics?**

The amount of customization and control is remarkable. They provide you with a wide array of templates for tasks, questions and any user ratings you can think of.. all of which can be modified to your specific needs.

The ease of use and virtual lack of any meaningful learning curve was amazing. Also, the speed in which we received our results (in 24hr) was an unexpected and very pleasent surprise.

We plan on performing another market test study with Userlytics in a couple of weeks, and having learned how to best use their platform, I'm convinced this session will be even more productive than the first.

**What do you dislike about Userlytics?**

Honeslty, the platform does exactly what it sets out to acheive.

Having succefully concluded our first beta group study, if anything, we now have a better understanding on how to organize and present the next session to receive even better feedback. 🤷‍♂️

**What problems is Userlytics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Userlytics took all of the time-consuming guesswork of finding a diverse group of beta testers, precisely within our user profile, in record time.

**Official Response from Davide Valente:**

> Hi there,

Thanks for sharing your experience with Userlytics!

We're thrilled to hear that you found our platform's customization options and ease of use remarkable. We have a recruitment panel of more than 2 million people worldwide, and we are very happy to hear that it helped you find the testers profile you needed in record time.

Thanks again for choosing Userlytics and for your valuable feedback.

Best regards,
Davide

 ### 39. Reliable platform but needs more self-service functionality

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consumer Goods | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 06, 2024

**What do you like best about Userlytics?**

Good panel coverage. Easy-to-use platform

**What do you dislike about Userlytics?**

Needing to reach out to support to do basic tasks like rescheduling participants or renaming recorded videos if frustrating and slows down the work.

**What problems is Userlytics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Provides qualitative research functionality for design purposes

**Official Response from Davide Valente:**

> Hi there,

Thanks for sharing your feedback!

We're happy to hear that you find our panel coverage and platform usability valuable.

We're working on expanding our platform's self-service features to provide a more seamless experience.

Thanks for choosing Userlytics, and we're here to support your needs.

Best regards,
Davide

 ### 40. Great platform for a team wanting to run usability test

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Catherine Stockdale G. | Web Experience Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 02, 2024

**What do you like best about Userlytics?**

The platform keeps all tests very organized, which is great for a team or a company using the product at an enterprise level. My team runs a lot of repeat tests throughout the year (ex: website homepage every quarter), which is easy to dupliate within the platform and run against various audiences

**What do you dislike about Userlytics?**

The quality of testers isn't always great, they don't always seem to have passed the requirements or qualifying questions at the beginning of the test

**What problems is Userlytics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Hearing the qualitative feedback on our websites - how the design leaves an impression, where their eye is drawn to, etc. It also allows us to observe how they find content or links on the website, while they expalin *why* they are clicking there or what they expect to see on certain website pages

**Official Response from Davide Valente:**

> Hi there,

Thanks for the great review! Happy to hear Userlytics has changed how you do testing and that you like our customer support.

Thank you for using Userlytics. We're here to help with your future testing needs.

Best regards,

Davide

 ### 41. Worth the move away from UserTesting.com

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Higher Education | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 26, 2024

**What do you like best about Userlytics?**

It's very easy to use and has all of the functionality we need from unmoderated testing to card sorts. The customer service has been top-notch and very responsive. And set-up and administration have been smooth and easy to monitor across projects!

**What do you dislike about Userlytics?**

No complaints! It has been positive all around

**What problems is Userlytics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's providing a platform we can use across very graduate classes as they complete real user research for real clients. The set-up and admin has been seamless!

**Official Response from Liliana Camacho:**

> Hi there,

Thank you so much for the fantastic feedback!

We really strive to provide this kind of experience, so we’re thrilled to hear that Userlytics has been a great fit for your needs and that our customer service and admin process have been seamless.

We look forward to continuing to support you in your projects!

Best regards,
Liliana

 ### 42. It's so rare for a company to give you a consistent point of contact

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Larry A. | Principal, Creative Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 10, 2024

**What do you like best about Userlytics?**

How many times have you gotten the call or email, "Hi, I'm Gloria, and I'm going to be taking over the customer service on your account..."? It seems like every few months another new person is going to intimately know your needs and your business.

The exact opposite has been true with Userlytics. We've dealt with the same knowledgeable, responsive, low-pressure professional since day one.

While the technical performance of the platform is A+, the human side of Userlytics is even better.

**What do you dislike about Userlytics?**

It's not exactly a downside, but since the UX world seems to have standardized around usertesting.com, it can be a little more challenging to get people immediately up to speed who are more familiar with that platform.

**What problems is Userlytics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's a solid, fully-featured platform for a wide variety of the most common testing scenarios.

 ### 43. Thank you Lucas for all your help!

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Education Management | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 06, 2025

**What do you like best about Userlytics?**

Big thank you to Lucas for their continued help, nothing is too much to ask and the reply is always speedy! It's enabled us to boost tests and continue user testing at pace, which is vital for our startup.

**What do you dislike about Userlytics?**

Some of the UX isn't very clear or the UI for the calendar selection, it doesn't feel like it's confirmed.

**What problems is Userlytics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helps me test usability of designs.

**Official Response from Liliana Camacho:**

> Hello,

Thank you for your review! We're glad to hear that you've received the support you've needed throughout your experience with us. We'll be sure to share your kind words with Lucas.

We recently made improvements to our calendar, which has significantly improved the UI. If you have any specific feedback or additional suggestions, we’d love to hear them and share them with our product team. Your input helps us continue enhancing our platform to better meet your needs.

Thank you for choosing us, and we wish you continued success with your designs!

Best regards,
Liliana

 ### 44. Good experience with the existing features, but missing features compared to concurrents

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Laila B. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 09, 2024

**What do you like best about Userlytics?**

Saved videos, nice tools that help the analysis, good customer support, the platform is easy to use.

**What do you dislike about Userlytics?**

The transcription has a lot of problems when the person has an accent, and since it's used in the IA analysis we can't trust the analysis and we can't use it.
The videos given are very small when the test is on mobile in landscape mode, it's very hard to analyse.
Also there are missing features compared to the conccurents (playtestcloud) I'm frustrated to not be able to to multi-session tests, which means test with the same person multiple times, or longitudinal study, a test that lasts multiple days with the same person.

**What problems is Userlytics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We struggle in recruiting players to test our game in real life, it's a lot of organisation. Userlytics helps getting the players we need easily and test the onboarding in our game to continue improving it.

**Official Response from Davide Valente:**

> Hi there,

Thanks for sharing your thoughts on Userlytics!

We're delighted that you found our saved videos and customer support beneficial.

Your constructive feedback regarding transcription accuracy and video sizing is important to us. We're actively working on these.Stay tuned for updates.

Thanks again for choosing Userlytics and helping us improve.

Best regards,
Davide

 ### 45. Experience with UserLytics

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Legal Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 10, 2024

**What do you like best about Userlytics?**

I've been using Userlytics to get customer feedback and surveys on design and usability. Super useful! Customer support is great. I use it about 3 times every 2 months.

**What do you dislike about Userlytics?**

While Userlytics offer access to testers from various demographics, increasing the representation of users across different regions, languages, and specific niche groups could provide more comprehensive feedback, especially for my business which is targeting global or specialized audiences.

**What problems is Userlytics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Answered previously already

**Official Response from Liliana Camacho:**

> Hi there,

Thank you for sharing your experience! We’re thrilled to hear that Userlytics has been a valuable tool for gathering design and usability feedback and that our customer support has met your expectations.

We appreciate your feedback on tester representation and are always working to expand our global reach and diversify our panel. Your input is invaluable as we continue to improve.

Thanks for being a part of the Userlytics community!

 ### 46. Easy to use

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Higher Education | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 25, 2024

**What do you like best about Userlytics?**

Userlytics is great because it's easy to use and allows us to gather valuable feedback from real users quickly. The platform offers a full range of tools for conducting remote usability tests, including video recordings, screen captures, and detailed user interactions. The customer support is fast responsive and super helpful. I use it multiple times in my studies and work and it's great!

**What do you dislike about Userlytics?**

The data collected can be a bit overwhelming, it takes some time to analyze everything but that's the only pinpoint. The collected data can be overwhelming, requiring some time for analysis. However, that's the only drawback.

**What problems is Userlytics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Userlytics is solving the problem of understanding how real users interact with digital products, which is crucial for improving usability and overall user experience.

**Official Response from Liliana Camacho:**

> Hi there,

Thank you for your thoughtful feedback! We’re thrilled to know that your experience with Userlytics has been so positive.

We completely understand that analyzing data can be time-consuming, that's why we do offer UX analysis and reporting services through our team of UX consultants. If you're curious to learn more, just ask your Customer Success Manager for more info.

Thank you for choosing Userlytics!

Best regards,

 ### 47. Strong on potential, weak on supporting natural work - especially in moderated research

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Health, Wellness and Fitness | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 13, 2024

**What do you like best about Userlytics?**

Nothing for participants to download or install, has a bit of everything to support all kinds of research, very good client support.

**What do you dislike about Userlytics?**

I found Userlytics to have gaps in supporting a researcher's natural work, especially when conducting remote moderated sessions with own recruits. Top issues are: poor participant scheduling experience, little visibility of the participant experience, requiring separate effort for common steps that can be integrated, poor flexibility in building a study.

It would be good to see improved usability of the scheduling feature supporting calendar integration beyond Google. There can also be support to allow invited participants to complete informed consent ahead of their session and easily get session times added to their calendar instead of emails going to the spam folder. Users can have an option to add a session script visible to the moderator during a live session, and have the ability to conduct a test run making the end-to-end participant experience visible. Live sessions can also offer moderator control to have study questions appear together with the interactive prototype. Also have the ability to import study questions from a document. The UI, overall, can also benifit from an investigation toward improved user experience and flexibility.

Note: The feature rating questions do not have any N/A option and I have arbitrarily rated features I have not used yet.

**What problems is Userlytics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

So far I have used Userlytics to conduct moderated 1:1 sessions for formative evaluation of concepts. The ability to access target users remotely offers more diversity outside of the local community and saves logistics to prepare for in-person study sessions. The 100% browser based platform allows easy participation while still supporting prototype interaction and recording both the screen and webcam feed.

**Official Response from Davide Valente:**

> Hi there,

Thank you for sharing your feedback.

We're glad to hear that you appreciate our platform's comprehensive research capabilities and customer support.

As for our scheduling options, we recently released a new calendar integration with Microsoft, meaning that you can now see your scheduled sessions in both Google and Microsoft calendars.

Our team is working hard on improving both the testers’ and researchers’ experience. Your feedback is invaluable and we’ll make sure to keep it top of mind for our next product updates.

Stay tuned for upcoming improvements!

Thanks again for choosing Userlytics and helping us grow.

Best regards,
Davide

 ### 48. A more cost-effective alternative for smaller businesses

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 13, 2024

**What do you like best about Userlytics?**

The best thing about Userlytics is the flexibility in studies. With other, more expensive services, we were limited in how we used our credits, or for example with UserZoom we could do unlimited usability tests but had to pay extra for other types of tests. Combining study methods is easy and doable on any plan. Scheduling integration has been extremely helpful for us as well. We've been able to run more studies more often and truly get our money's worth with Userlytics.

**What do you dislike about Userlytics?**

Some of the features are new, beta, or incomplete, such as moderated studies on mobile. Analytics of quantitative studies is far from being as complete as with bigger packages like Qualtrics.

**What problems is Userlytics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are able to quickly get insight into problems with usability on website and app features, which allows us to start projects with good information and create customer journey maps more accurately. With the project organization system, it's easy to start with broad-scope studies like surveys to figure out initial direction, then narrow down into more specific studies, all while keeping them associated. Something that they've recently unveiled is the ability to run most kinds of studies in a browser without the user having to install an extension, which solves one of the worst issues with remote testing.

 ### 49. Easy User Testing Experience

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 08, 2024

**What do you like best about Userlytics?**

I have really enjoyed the non moderated portion of Userlytics. I love that I can easily annotate and grab clips to use in my powerpoint research decks.

Overall, it has been easy to navigate and use for me.

**What do you dislike about Userlytics?**

When we've used your moderated testers in the past I wish that they would have asked further questions based on someones feedback. For example:

Testers Answer: I'm not really liking this navigation, difficult to use and too cluttered.

Often times the moderater would repeat what they said, but didn't go further for example:

Moderator: Okay, so what I'm hearing is that the navigation might have to much content which makes it hard to use.

It would be nice for them to ask what are some changes you would make or what do you feel is missing, etc. This way we can get better feedback on ways to alter and improve the design and expereince for our customers.

**What problems is Userlytics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Having an easy and organzied site to use for both unmoderated and moderated testing. The biggest benefit for me is that I can grab clips to help support a design change or prototype, it's way more impactful for senior leaders to hear what actual users/testers are saying.

 ### 50. Powerful, reliable, effective User Research

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Automotive | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 02, 2023

**What do you like best about Userlytics?**

As a UX professional, it is much easier to share bad news or consructive criticism from an outside source. Userlytics makes it easy to:

a) Recruit the right people
b) Get the right feedback
c) Share that feedback with stakeholders.

Also, their customer service has been great. We have a dedicated rep at Userlytics that has helped us on numerous occasions.

**What do you dislike about Userlytics?**

The speed of the results.

And even that seems unfair - we get actionable results in around 24 hours or less in most cases. But in this right-now world we live in, sometimes 24 hours seems like forever!

**What problems is Userlytics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Userlytics helps us solve the age-old question - what do our users think of this?

Like many companies, we get caught into thinking that what is easy for us to accomplish will be easy for our users to accomplish. Userlytics takes our biases out of the equation.
