I think one of the best things about Userlytics is that we get the participants that we're looking for, and there are no repeat participants. This is quite rare and ensures that the quality of the participants is very premium. They follow instructions precisely and are willing to talk out loud when needed. Additionally, the engagement with the Userlytics team is really good as they reply fast. If there's any concern or something not working for me, they help me solve the problem almost immediately and help me understand the feature without delay. Also, Userlytics allows us to add both male and female participants in the same study without needing to create separate studies, which is very convenient. The initial setup needed some help, but once I got the hang of it, it was really simple to understand, and ongoing UI changes are only making it better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I think definitely, it could be faster. Maybe that's a backend thing because they're doing a lot of other things. Some knowledge around more features like card sorting and tree test and how to use other methods would be really, really nice. They can do better in terms of, like, how Maze is doing, especially on the first click and giving that impression. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
