What do you like best about Text Request?

I like the ability to separate the different lines of business that we use. This is beneficial as we have additional employees who do not need to see all the other numbers we use for texting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Text Request?

The layout of the incoming texts is cluttered. Not in such a way that it discourages use but it can be problematic when you need to find a specific thread of texts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Text Request solving and how is that benefiting you?

We have multiple lines that target different needs of small to medium businesses. Text request allows us to manage the different services in one place. The ability to integrate with chrome is an additional benefit to us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
