**What do you like best about project44?**

Easy to use products (Transport Management System, Yard Visibility and Delivery Tracking)
Great Implementation Team which helps from the day 1 to the last minute. Great After Sales Support Team which solves every problem and guides us. The integration with our systems and the option to use AI Agents makes the difference.

**What do you dislike about project44?**

There are no issues with the product itself. Naturally, we did run into a few challenges during the implementation phase, but they were resolved in a short time.

**What problems is project44 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Live visibility has reduced back-and-forth communication between the customer, the logistics department, the depot, and the carrier side. This has increased productivity and helped us save time on tracking. By implementing Yard Management, we can now organize our sites better and have full visibility of the day’s schedule. With the Transport Management System (TMS), we also have the option to gain better visibility across our supply chain and logistics processes, along with automating steps that were previously manual.

**What do you like best about project44?**

Above all, the container tracking of our overseas shipments works very well and can be integrated into various areas of daily business. The support is very good both during implementation and when difficulties arise later. Furthermore, the platform is constantly evolving, for example through the use of AI assistants or the integration of news.

**What do you dislike about project44?**

Partially, the approach to implementation was somewhat too mechanical. An invitation was followed by many reminders, which initially overwhelmed some smaller service providers. However, we addressed this, and the process was subsequently improved.

**What problems is project44 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Tracking enables better and faster communication with our customers to inform them early about possible delays in a delivery. Especially in economically challenging times, this strengthens trust in us and the bond with the customer. In some cases, we were also able to improve content in our TMS through the information from P44 and uncover errors that were previously unseen. Additionally, tracking significantly supports the creation of reports.

**What do you like best about project44?**

I like the modern-feeling interface of project44, with its responsive boxes and numerous customization options available to suit my needs. I appreciate the very in-depth analytics project44 offers on shipments, as it tracks absolutely every movement of the cargo, which is honestly great. The initial setup was extremely easy, and the team at project44 was very supportive, listening to us carefully and setting timelines for the necessary amendments before the 'go-live.' They continue to deliver great service.

There's a slight lack of real-time data availability, but it seems to come down to shipping lines making their data available to project44.

**What problems is project44 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use project44 for cargo tracking, providing detailed insights into shipping routes, which helps identify trends and performance while offering in-depth analytics. It presents data in a user-friendly format, which is critical for evaluating shipping options. The customization options and modern interface enhance the user experience.

**What do you like best about project44?**

project44 is perfect to get expossure as a business, it is efficient and very good for time management. It also reduces detention time and every enetered data is secure.

**What do you dislike about project44?**

Until now we haven't had any issue with project44. The only thing is that we wished we had incorporated sooner project 44 in our work operations. I wish more and more businesses are familiar with project 44 because it is the best step for operating.

Clients are more satisfied with us after incorporating project 44 because of the real time visibility and delivery expetations. 
Reduced check calls and reduced emails requesting updates on deliveries. 
It is very time efficient

Project44’s modern interface and comprehensive tracking metrics help us proactively flag delays and stay on top of our operations. We can also set up multiple users with different access levels in P44 to cover all our load categories, which helps us get the most value out of the product.

**What do you dislike about project44?**

There is not much that we dislike about project44. If we had to say one thing, it would be that sometimes a few of the reports in the platform are a bit inconsistent and don't perform to par. However, we are always able to chat with our P44 reps and get these issues sorted through their great customer service.

**What problems is project44 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Project44 is enabling companies to use AI to stay on top of their tracking, and this is really helping us proactively flag delays in both our inbound and outbound operations. In an industry where delays and other issues are very important to get ahead of, p44's product is very valuable to us.

**What do you like best about project44?**

We like Project44's real-time visibility and ease of use. The team is very responsive and receptive to improving the platform, as we've provided feedback and ideas that have been implemented or are being implemented. We value the real-time shipment tracking, ETA predictions, shipment visibility dashboard, smooth carrier integration, and the wealth of data available for analysis and improvement activities. The initial setup was very easy, and around 30-40 people in my company use Project44.

Some reports cannot be personalized or views saved, so it's cumbersome to set up the filters from scratch every time.

**What problems is project44 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use project44 for real-time shipment visibility and tracking, reducing manual updates and delays. It supports proactive exception management and better communication, while providing data-driven insights for carrier performance improvement. It minimizes email communication and manual follow-ups.

**What do you like best about project44?**

I like project44 for its detailed visibility into shipment tracking, which wasn't possible before using it. With project44, I can see not just the shipment's location but also understand what happened to it during transit and identify any hiccups. I appreciate the root cause analysis feature because it helps us see which issues we're facing network-wide and categorize them by severity. This way, we can efficiently address each problem with targeted solutions. Also, the initial setup was very easy and user-friendly, and it works very well. The level of visibility and insight project44 provides is very valuable for the industry we're in.

I think the carrier or vendor creation process could maybe work a little better.

**What do you like best about project44?**

I like how project44 provides comprehensive support and collects information from all shipping companies. It's great that it allows us, as a vendor, to offer our customers in Israel detailed information on all containers and the bill of lading. I really appreciate how project44 aggregates all the information in one place, which saves a lot of time as we don't have to look at each shipping company's website separately. Setting up project44 was easy, and it integrates well with our Unifred tool, alerting it about delays and changes in ETA or ETD.

**What do you dislike about project44?**

I would suggest providing the information for each customer separately.

I use project44 to track container information, including delays, ETA, and ETD over the ocean, consolidating data from shipping companies into one place for our customers.

At this time, I don't have any suggestions for improvement. We previously experienced occasional timeout errors, but after reporting the issue, it was addressed promptly and has since been resolved. Overall, the product has been performing well.

P44 has been very helpful in supporting our daily operations. The platform makes it easy to add new codes, resolve mapping issues, and manage carrier integration challenges. Intuitive UI. Ease of integration (clear and complete API documentation, availability of multiple connection methods). The project was actually quite challenging, with many changes of interlocutor and loss of transparency of objectives. Good performance, we did not detect any downtime.

The work group assigned to us during the implementation phase changed countless times, and each time we found ourselves having to explain our expectations again. The promised features were ultimately not delivered: the requested customizations did not materialize.

We have greater visibility of the transports entrusted to subcontractors: this allows us not only to provide higher quality service, but also to automate a series of activities such as the management of events (arrived/departed) in our TMS.

There is also limited flexibility and customization, and some workflows or reporting views could benefit from more customization. The platform is also very dependent on carrier data quality, which can occasionally impact reliability.

Project44 provide clear visibility into the status of all shipments with it's TMS offerings it helps with the execution and planning. The integration with SAP has helped us and UI/UX and ease of use it great. We never faced any performance issues or pricing concerns. AI enabled agents are great as well

as of now nothing we can see all shipments and it helps us with the execution and customer relations with procurement as well

In some cases not all the shipments are showing, that are incoming to some of our regions.

p44 is ensuring real time tracking of our shipments, by all modes, as well as providing several products including AI-based services and market intelligence helping us make critical business decisions.

Being able to see carriers integrations and load updates live in the system.

Not being able to see the most recent integrations. On most accounts, we have to wait up to a month to see the change.

They created a new page called Movement that has a wide range of tools to us. We have bi-weekly meetings sometimes to go over possible changes/upgrades.

The API webhook enables a seamless data flow between carrier Project 44 and our ERP system, allowing staff to access the most recent dates.

**What do you dislike about project44?**

The price is on the more expensive side but as the market leader we were happy to accept this. Project44 do not yet have full integrations with the larger UK ports so accurate berthing milestones are not supplied.

Automatic updates on shipments allow staff to trust the data being supplied and focus on other operational tasks. It also bring trust and confidence to our customers.

Tracking & visibility, also very satisfied from the support we receive from our key account. Always trying to find a solution that fits our needs as a company

Always trying to sell other features at an additional cost.

The lack of visibility in ocean, we can monitor performance of carriers which gives us insides on the market. We are also setting up an API connection to integrate our systems, however I was less involved in this development, but P44 managed to workout a workable solutions for both sides.

The system aligns with my expectations. There is room for improvement in the "Test simulator". It would be better to have manual control over the different milestones instead of having to wait for an unknown amount of time for the test to move forward

I like the user friendly platform where there are many options of personalizing the information that is reflected. The performance is good. There is a lot of data available.

Downloading excel reports from the platform is a hassle. This takes too many steps/clicks to get a simple datasheet.

Inconsistancy of carrier updates is being chased by P44 on their own initiative, which takes away pressure from us.

I like the easy handling of project44 and the information I receive about the movement platform. It's particularly good that the manual effort in tracking shipments is minimized. Additionally, I appreciate that project44 is directly connected to our SAP, allowing real-time data from the ships to be integrated directly into our DMS or ERP system, thus saving resources.

**What do you dislike about project44?**

Unfortunately, it is not as we imagined it, and that is unacceptable. It was originally promised that we could track rail shipments like sea freight and air freight transports, but that was not possible due to restrictions, and the alternative solution doesn't really work. The service providers are too weakly positioned on this topic. Additionally, the integration of topics like the live positions of Hapag is missing. There are issues with the integration in the parcel area with various carriers and interfaces, for example, it doesn't work so well with DHL, which is a major disadvantage for us.

With project44, my team gains better visibility of our shipments, which improves our planning and reduces manual effort. The integration with SAP provides us with real-time data directly into our system and minimizes resource consumption.

Regarding the service, responses from the support team can sometimes be overly technical or high-level, making it difficult for end users to understand the required actions. Additionally, resolution times are often longer than expected, even for relatively simple issues such as TMS disconnections that should require minimal effort to fix. Improving clarity in communication and accelerating response times would significantly enhance the overall experience.
