Based on my view the initial setup was complex and resource-heavy, posing challenges for some of my team members. And the cost also was a barrier for for us, limiting accessibility. Knowledge management of o9 solutions is not in depth compared to other software

The best thing about o( solutions is the end to end solution it proovides in the space of planning. o9 takes care of all the steps in the process of planning and literally eliminates the need of legacy excel sheet for any planning and planning analytics requirements. The downside is that there integrating it with the existing data sources is really difficult. One needs a really excellent system implementor to ensure that all the data is correctly and accurately brought into the o9 systems. If this is not done correctly and the planning outcome would not be correct due to the age old principle of "garbage in, garbage out" Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
