Frequent personnel changes on the carrier side, especially among those responsible for tracking and tracing, often lead to knowledge gaps. Having concise, clear guidelines prominently available on the homepage would greatly improve usability and reduce onboarding issues. Regarding the service, responses from the support team can sometimes be overly technical or high-level, making it difficult for end users to understand the required actions. Additionally, resolution times are often longer than expected, even for relatively simple issues such as TMS disconnections that should require minimal effort to fix.
