Also I like availability of different reports and filters, which allows you to analyze the data: tracked and not tracked shipments from yetserday, last week, last months etc. I also like real time visibility of loads, which can show you your shipments being executing rig now and their statuses. The platform can show also very frequent of GPS pings on the map. Due to this tool you can predict ETA of the loads and ensure your customer is notified about potential delay. **What do you dislike about project44?** Sometimes delayed in updates from trucks or tracking of incorrect vehicle- due to different trucks usage. But this can be also related to carriers integrations and their settings. **What problems is project44 solving and how is that benefiting you?** It helps to get visibility of our orders from origin point to destination It helps to inform our customer about potential delays, rather than waiting for customers to call us first to ask where are their orders. It helps also our loading / warehouse teams to prioritze loading of shipments by seeing which truck arrives first based on P44 filters. It helps to get reports from past days, weeks, months to analyzed our performance, on time visibility of carriers and waiting times in order to claim penalties correctly. ### 4. In my case, it is Bindu Suma and a ten for her. You receive weekly reports with the tracking status of each fleet. Once we are integrated with P44, the ease with which we can receive positions from suppliers and send them to clients. **What do you dislike about project44?** I consider it necessary to have an integration with temperature, being able to have the information from the thermograph probes and the refrigeration equipment from the suppliers. **What problems is project44 solving and how is that benefiting you?** To have the positions of different providers with different GPS. Having the ability to check on all shipments as long as you have an internet connection is amazing. There is endless customization to this tool and could definitely be used to set your company from your competition. We love that Project 44 team is heavily customer orienteted and meet with us monthly to review our utilzation of the tool. Integration with P44 was one of the smoothest migrations we have had and would highly reccommend doing all API connections. I cannot thank the P44 team enough on how much they have helped us. **What do you dislike about project44?** There are some features that have yet to been added but we know these will be added in the future. **What problems is project44 solving and how is that benefiting you?** P44 is solving our issue of looking at our final mile delivery network. This tool not only gives us visibility to our network but it gives our customers visivbility to their own. Not having to answer a customer call about a shipment is a huge relief to our transportation team. Your customer will be able to look up their own shipments and see that there is an issue or that there is not an issue. Another benefit is having all of the analytics done for you. The days of downloading information and pivot tabling or doing an analysis are over. P44 already has advance analytics built into it. ### 8. Rather than keeping manual files or other time-consuming methods, we use project 44 to monitor our shipments for us automatically. We use the tool multiple times per day. **What do you dislike about project44?** project 44 is a great tool that we use daily. However, much of its data comes from the ocean carriers, who were far from accurate prior to the COVID-19 induced supply-chain crisis. Also, the platform could use more customizable reports/dashboards. **Recommendations to others considering project44:** Understand the scope of what you are trying to accomplish. For ocean container tracking, p44 was the best solution we found after running a targeted process. **What problems is project44 solving and how is that benefiting you?** Reliability - Much of the ocean container tracking was done manually by employees, leading to errors and data consistency issues. Time - Tracking containers manually takes time, something better spent on other activities.
