**What do you like best about project44?**

Tracking loads from inception to arrival at the receiver has become a standard service. Now that Amal Dey is Gerdau's Customer Service Rep, providing this service to customers has become a less daunting task. Having Amal as our Point of Contact has made carrier integrations and troubleshooting issues simpler to resolve. This allows us to focus on the value P44 offers versus outstanding help desk tickets.

**What do you dislike about project44?**

The revolving door of customer service reps when we had questions became an issue, as we felt we were constantly having to update the new contact on our needs, and answers to questions did not have clear answers.

**What problems is project44 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Shippers and receivers appreciate visibility of material in transit to plan receiving. Also, in this market, stolen freight has become more common. P44 allows us real-time tracking to determine punctuality and location of material from driver pickup to unloading at the receiver.

The attention to detail regarding our business needs is impeccable.  The in-depth overview of reporting is not utilized enough on our end but is very detailed and will provide our team with a wealth of information.  The customer support is top notch with immediate responses and continued review until resolved.

**What do you dislike about project44?**

At present, there are no issues that I can highlight with P44.  The willingness to work with businesses is a testament to their continued success.

P44 is providing our business with final mile delivery information as well as updates to the estimated delivery dates with all carriers in one place.  Additionally, the offerings will further assist our Call Center division with a more compact set of offerings to the end customer.

While the tool is undoubtedly robust, smaller businesses might find the pricing on the higher side...Apart from this minor or no drawback...I REALLY LOVE THE APP AND ITS OFFERINGS.

The ability to track shipments in real-time in one place and having a single platform to monitor all shipments allows real-time visibility, making it easier to make informed decisions.

There is not much to dislike,  there have been some gaps in data, however, the support team has been on hand to resolve as and when these issues appear.

**What problems is project44 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is solving several key challenges, it allows full visibility of shipments during any stage of transit which allows visibilty of where goods are.  This in turn allows us to evaluate carrier performance by measuring on time performance metrics using the project44 data allowing more informed and data backed decisions to be made with freight partners and within supply chain.

Some of the menus and filters are more comprehensive than before and provide clearer results. While this level of detail might be challenging for new users at first, it will become easier over time.

We're able to track our shipments in real-time, allowing us to quickly identify and address any errors while keeping our KPI data up to date. This approach has had a positive impact on our business performance, and it's especially helpful to monitor and improve the operations of our team.

These methods have significantly improved our business performance. Being able to spot and address operational errors quickly has been extremely beneficial for us.

Last year, our review stated that we would like to have more fuzzy data accpeted, and that is now possible. There are constant improvements with the product. Our support rep is always helpful.

**What do you dislike about project44?**

Easier tracking for non-US carriers. Currently, if a carrier is not registered with the FMCSA we cannot track.

**What problems is project44 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have been growing our brokerage department over the last few years so we have been moving a lot of expedite loads for JIT freight. P44 helps meet our customer requirements of frequent tracking reports. they are currently working to improve mexico tracking to help us comply with our customer demands.

I like the ease of use when working properly and correct information flows over without hounding the carriers.

**What do you dislike about project44?**

I do not like that you have to keep hounding carriers and have monthly conversations to ensure that it works properly otherwise you have misinformation and incorrect times to go off of for one of the main reasons we need tracking.

It is rarely helping with detention requests, what i need it most for.

The platform is so easy to use and I most like that it provides detailed information on each container's location alon'g it's journey and how long it sat in any given port. Also love to be able to see the map and which route vessels are taking

Sometimes (rarely) infirmation on particular container is missing, but we love the ability to populate the information ourselves

Personalized notifications for managers, opeartional workers and customers.
Impact on possible improvements, changes, modifications depending on business needs and in the event of an operational process changes.

From time to time there are minor errors or complications in the functioning of the platform or some technical issue appears regarding GPS signal but this is normal. The most important thing here is that thogether with P44 support we are able to solve them.

Thanks to this solution, we can provide logistics services at a higher level and meet the ever-growing needs of our customers.
In addition, using the platform eliminates the need to be in constant contact with carriers or their drivers in the context of timely performance of the transport service. Our customers can also receive notifications directly from the platform in the event of a transport after the working hours of the operational office.

Ease of use and it helps a shipper like us with bog volumes to track the shipments very easily .

Also, whenever there is some international SCM disruption like red sea, East coast port strike or Valencia floods, we receive the data of all our affected shipments in just a click.

**What do you dislike about project44?**

There are some exceptions like the sailings are not updated or some containers are cleared by custome but still shows in stuck at Port of discharge, Which can be streamlined and improved.

Aslo we would like more and more carriers to be tracked on project44.

**What do you like best about project44?**

-           We are very pleased with how easy it is to use.

-           It is very useful tool  when looking for a container without the need of having to type  the container information each time.

-           The ability to filter the information especially by country is very  helpful.

-           Platform provides real-time updates on current locations arranged by date and shows the POL and POD locations  from the start and how long they stay at these locations

**What do you dislike about project44?**

-           The part that we are missing is not showing the BSH containers. Otherwise  this project  works extremely well when tracking our containers and providing the updates in a timely manner.

-           In overall it is a great  tool for providing the  container shipping information.

It is very useful tool  when looking for a container without the need of having to type  the container information each time.

Project44 maintaining the APIs with our providers directly allows us to implement API feeds with new carriers immediately, which is great because there is no lag time between onboarding a new carrier and accessing the API capabilities

Due to Project44 managing the API requests directly, sometimes troubleshooting issues can be drawn out

Data Automation & Integrity/Quality to automate shipment tracking is our number one focus. Additional value is achived through carrier / routing analytics, data integrity auditing. The UI is easy to use and navigate, however would benefit from ORG default setups rather than purely user based. Customer support is always prompt, and eager to help.

**What do you dislike about project44?**

Airfreight Analytics are missing, however this is due to come out soon.

**What problems is project44 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

P44 is automating sea-freight and air-freight tracking, and feeding back into our TMS system through EDI integration. Benefits include automated date updates as they happen.

Containers status are updated instantly, customer care is good, number of features are various and helpful, easy usage.

It is better to find a way to intergrateatutomatically  between P44 and our ERP system.

It provides a live tracking of your containers and helps actively avoid unnecessary logistics costs to the organisation. It has helped our organisation identify improvement opportunities within a time of implementing it, hence reducing logistics costs such as detention and demurrage. The tool is easy to use and deploy to a very large organisation quickly. The customer support has been active and reliable at all times since we started using the tool. Project44 actively takes feedback from customers and improves functionality continuous.y

There are still some good to haves that project44 can implement that would help our organisation(for example Logistics service provider management).But at the rate they are churning out updates, no doubt they will have this setup in no time

Carrier find it difficult to implement P44 into their routine. There are a lot of moving parts whether implimenting API, ELD or using mobile.

Project 44 has great customer service and account managment that assists us through any issues that arise. Their system uptime is fantastic and they have great communication for planned maintenance or outages.

My only recommendation and I am aware it is a dream request would be to have a way for carriers making changes requiring approval prior to their implementation. We have been caught off guard a few times by carrier changes that P44 also was not made aware of. P44 did a great job in those instances to help provide us great customer service and get the new programming in working order for us to continue business as usual.

limited to data carriers share with P44 - some carriers transmit more data points than others.  This is not a P44 issues it is dependent on carrier specs

P44 has assisted in lowering the manual effort involved in tracking our import volume.  Prior to P44 every shipment was tracked manually on each carriers website.  P44 has reduced time involved in updating our teams on the current status of our imports.

**What do you like best about project44?**

Project 44 allows us to not rely on the word of drivers for tracking updates. By having accurate location data for our customers just by connecting to this product, it saves us time and money while creating a better experience for our customer base. The excellent customer service and ease at which this product has been implemented into our systems have both contributed to our like for this product.

**What do you dislike about project44?**

Sometimes ELD providers have issues connecting to Project 44, which can cause some tracking disruptions. Overall this is not generally a big deal, but since we do use this product every day for now the majority of our customers, it would be preferred if more ELD providers could become integrated in the future.

**What problems is project44 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We used to have to rely on the driver's word for tracking, but now we can just provide the driver's location to our customers instead through P44 and the ELD system. This has made our customer relations much easier and tracking overall just way smoother.

P44 improves our logistics planning a lot. Intuitive usa and detailed tracking information about the container journey on a single shipment basis allows for data driven decisions in our supply chain. 

I like best the predictive analytics, providing most accurate ETAs for containers. The coverage of milestones by the carriers has improved a lot during the last 3 years we use the platform and is close to 100%.

The exceptions on the Home section often do not work when you create from scratch. This could be better.

**What problems is project44 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Cost reduction in demurrage/detention, accurate on-time-delivery planning, discover disruptions and unplanned changes (transshipments, change of rotation) from carriers, lead time analysis
