# Is there a way to get an update on the spot when I need it? Or do I have to wait 15-30 for the next population?

When tracking, a location will populate every 15-30 minutes so the location isn't 100% accurate to the exact second. I was wondering if theres a function to get exact location at an exact moment in time

We do not have an option for customers to request a location update in real time, but we can certainly work with you to adjust the minute frequency in an effort to maximize the number of updates that you are receiving from us!
