add contracted subcontractors without the same suite of telematics, what would be the best way ?

Why carriers are not able to access to P44
Carriers could advice regarding quality of the signal, arrival prediction and adjust truck plates directly on platform.

Is there a way to get an update on the spot when I need it? Or do I have to wait 15-30 for the next population?
When tracking, a location will populate every 15-30 minutes so the location isn't 100% accurate to the exact second. I was wondering if theres a function to get exact location at an exact moment in time
