# How do I make it easier for my carriers to trust us and the project tracking without them thinking we are always looking to know where the trucks are?

How do we get updates on the tracking and what changes will occur?

Is there a better way to explain the software into a 5 minute conversation rather then a lot of confusion?

What would be the best way to implement this software to our customers and carriers?

Start CDL https://startcdl.com/ is one of the few firms that will cover your travel and hotel expenses while you complete your training. The training and subsequent employment with these firms will also come with financial compensation.

Hi Christian,

So glad that you asked! project44 only tracks a truck for the duration of a customer’s load. Our customers will tell us the shipments origin, destination and any stops in between. We only share tacking information 90-minutes before the scheduled pick up to help with scheduling, and we end tracking when the truck leaves the final delivery location. We do not track in between carriers shipments. We respect the carriers privacy.

We’d love to schedule time with you to tell you a bit more about our platform and how customers and carriers connect! Can’t wait to hear from you!
