
The best thing about OfficeSpace is it is extremely easy to use and offers value to everyone in the company. It offers simple wayfinding and ticket submission at the basic level all the way to in-depth reports for cost prevention and planning purposes. Implementation was extremely quick as well. We were up and running within a few months!
What makes OfficeSpace stand out is their customer service and the way they are involved with their clients beyond implementation! As part of their service, they offer quarterly meetings to review any questions about their software or how they can improve the program overall. New features are always being considered and introduce to enhance the programs offerings and performance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Sometimes updates get pushed a little too quickly which introduces bugs, but OfficeSpace is quick to fix them. There are also some things that could help my business specifically, along the lines of asset management and additional hybrid features that are not included in OfficeSpace. The client also does not have the ability to update the floor plans with an upload. Because OfficeSpace is involved, my changes to floor plans are typically updated within a day or so depending on how complex they are.
With all this said, I have been involved with my customer service representative as well as the product team. They are constantly taking feedback and if the different features are requested enough, they listen and roll them out. I am confident that my wish list will be added in the future to some capacity.
