Would like to see tickets that can associate directly to a workflow requiring multiple back end touches and approvals within a facilities team. **What problems is OfficeSpace Software solving and how is that benefiting you?** Seat booking and room booking is bread and butter for many of my sites. Customer support and back-end programmation is quite easy and would say a pretty quick turnover to create the spaces into the plateforms. There is a lot of additional tools to highlight the type of spaces and the tech being used for each rooms. Implementation is quite easy. The software is friendly to users, and can be used with high frequency. **What do you dislike about OfficeSpace Software?** The software interaction with outlook exchange isn't developped enough. In addition, it is a lot of work on the UA to create a passerel between software, Exchange and or physical hardware to book a space as walk-ins. The integration and communication between global plateforms are complicated and often doesn't work with OfficeSpace. Last, I will say users don't use it as frequently as we would like. The software cannot educate people to use it every time. **What problems is OfficeSpace Software solving and how is that benefiting you?** It improves our capacity to review our space's traffic and footprint. We can collect data of how the space is used and what we can improve. In addition, it helps users find their desks when they are from out of town, and it makes sure everyone can have a desk. ### 4. Scheduling seats easily and determining seating of persons of interest at a glance without a problem. **What do you dislike about OfficeSpace Software?** UI and and seat selection on mobile Android version is a bit clunky and heavy on performance, every click takes a while to register. Very unfortunate since the functionality is great. **What problems is OfficeSpace Software solving and how is that benefiting you?** Solves the problem of more people than seats so you can plan around that, paints a great picture and layout of the office for anyone who isn't familiar. It is easy to use for employees that are booking desks as well as for our Workplace team to make changes and manage our spaces. **What do you dislike about OfficeSpace Software?** There are some feature limitations. We are unable to automatically import our badging data which makes utilization reporting more difficult. We have also run into difficulties regarding guests not being able to book desks when they are in the office. **What problems is OfficeSpace Software solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our company has moved to a hybrid desking model with some desks being assigned and others acting as hotel desks. OfficeSpace works well for this approach and gives a lot of flexibility for things like desk booking restrictions and ease-of-use integrations (i.e. Slack, Google Calendar, etc...). ### 9. It provides where the stairs, bathrooms, conference rooms and offices are. It also provides detail of where each person sits. In addition, I am able to remotely book a desk and reserve it for myself. **What do you dislike about OfficeSpace Software?** One dislike I have, I'm not sure if it's just my company but I am not able to book conference rooms through this. It would be a great function to be able to book a conference room and have that integrate with Zoom. Also, it would be helpful to have a mobile app so I can book a desk on the go. **Recommendations to others considering OfficeSpace Software:** It is a great tool if you have multiple office locations and want to keep track of headcount at each one. It also works great with traveling employees. **What problems is OfficeSpace Software solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are able to see how our space is utilized in each location. We can determine if we need to downsize a location based on what we see in Officespace. In addition, I am able to book a desk if I am working in an office in another city. I can book the desk in advance to ensure I have a spot reserved. ### 15.
