The tool is very dynamic and user friendly, but it's really about the work the team does on the back end! Officespace is very proactive in implementing changes that fill needs of the business. Some enhancements they make, I don't even realize I need until they've introduced it to me. The team is also very receptive to feedback and suggestions on functionality and I've seen many of those suggestions implemented. We stumbled upon OfficeSpace Software as we were looking for a daily health assessment tool. What we found is a well built platform for facilities management with some great planning features to help us return to the office after COVID. There is a distance planner that gives us an idea of how many folks can be in the office at any given time and a shift planning tool as well. Visual Directory is an excellent resource for staff to find colleagues and rooms speedily. Every time I demo I get a 'wow'. Request manager is a versatile function that we can build on as required and has been invaluable during Covid times to record equipment at home. I love the fact that I can see everything that I need on one screen. Moving, adding and removing employees is an easy task with this tool. With the newest update I am also to see how many empty seats I have per floor for space utilization planning. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Fairly intuitive software but also pretty robust in functionality. I mostly modify, add, or delete seats, utilities, etc. and that is very easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

For our processes, we could use the ability for a guest to request a seat be vacated. It takes two clicks to get to reports; it should be one. There is a bug where the paper size choice for printing a floor does not go all the way through to the print dialog box. You always have to double check that. The software is extremely user friendly - it is so easy to manage moves and team seating - especially witht the new multi-select tools. Also, they keep releasing updates and new features every quarter - most recently a social distancing feature which automatically marks your floorplan to show which workstations are 6 feet apart. The software can track asset types, but I wish it had a full Asset Management module. Although the majority of the extra features they release each quarter are free to all users, some require an extra fee. I would like to be able to do more of my own moving of things on the floor maps. OfficeSpace support does it for you as part of the support cost, and they are generally quick, but it would be nice to be able to make some changes myself sometimes.
