As an administrator, I can easily navigate the system, adjust desk bookings, generate occupancy reports, and identify office trends. The visibility it provides helps optimise space usage, support hybrid working, and make data-driven decisions about the workplace. It’s efficient, user-friendly, and well-suited to day-to-day office operations.

**What do you dislike about OfficeSpace Software?**

I haven’t encountered any major drawbacks so far. The features I use work reliably for my needs, and the system performs as expected. Any limitations I’ve seen haven’t impacted my day-to-day use, as the platform effectively supports the functions I rely on.

**What problems is OfficeSpace Software solving and how is that benefiting you?**

OfficeSpace Software solves the problem of limited visibility into office usage and space allocation.
It provides clear insight into occupancy levels, busy trends, and how space is being used across departments.

How it benefits me:
I can allocate desks and teams more effectively, balance departmental seating, and plan around peak office days. This improves space utilisation, supports hybrid working, and helps ensure the office is neither overcrowded nor underused.

**What do you like best about OfficeSpace Software?**

The ease of use for both admins and basic users. The graphics are bright and approachable . Great visualizations and great performance.

I have found integrations with other software to be straightforward and stable .

Overall, the software is best in class for seat management and a great ROI.

When needed, I've found the support teams responsive and helpful.

I would like to see a faster roadmap for some of the currently less supported features, like conference room management

**What do you dislike about OfficeSpace Software?**

I dislike the workflow for editing user information. Accessing it through the reporting tool is not intuitive.  

I wish there was greater flexiblity on field names and more custimaization options

**What problems is OfficeSpace Software solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Office Space solves our issue with future-looking space planning and scenario-building.  The in-line e-mail notifications allow our operations teams to be notified of seating changes and new staff.

I find the support team knowledgeable and easy to reach out to, which is really great. The visual layout of OfficeSpace Software is easy to understand, making it user-friendly. I also find the analytic tools really helpful for my needs. Setting up and uploading office maps was quite easy, which made the initial setup straightforward.

**What do you dislike about OfficeSpace Software?**

Right now being able to assign a conference room for ability to see available or busy without the aspect of setting it up for booking.

**What problems is OfficeSpace Software solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use OfficeSpace Software for easier control of desk assignments and setting restrictions. Its visual layout and analytic tools are really helpful.

Very intuitive to use, and it gives us a lot of flexibility in deciding the best way to manage our office portfolio.

Request Manager has limitations with request grouping, and there are also language limitations for offices around the globe—especially for our APAC region.

The software supports capacity management by helping us design the office around specific desk-sharing ratios. It also makes it quick and easy for us to adjust our workplace strategy as needed, so we can make and support these business decisions with confidence.

I most like the quick ease of access from the OfficeSpace Software dashboard, which is very multifaceted and allows for efficient navigation and management of tasks. The software provides detailed analytics behind the seating arrangements, which enables us to keep track of all the data our executive teams need to effectively manage our corporate bank’s operations. This feature has been invaluable in maintaining organization across multiple sites throughout the United States. Additionally, the OfficeSpace Software includes a feature that we are currently exploring, which is the Greetly visitors portion, adding even more functionality for our needs.

**What do you dislike about OfficeSpace Software?**

I find the lack of detailed information when hovering over a cubicle in OfficeSpace Software a bit frustrating. I'd appreciate more immediate insights, like the type of computer setup at each workstation, directly accessible from such hovers.

I use OfficeSpace Software to track employee seating, providing a quick overview of seating and department locations across the U.S., enhancing organization and clarity.

I love the ability to check any one of our offices map in one spot. It is amazing for someone who travels a few times a year and often to new places. Customer support has been great.

Officespace solves the problem of not knowing you way around an office when you visit and it also shows who sits where for newer employees learning their way around. It is benefiting the company as a whole because theres less confusion.

I like that OfficeSpace Software is very user-friendly with not a lot of clicking; it's upfront and direct, and not confusing. It might be the most efficient software I've used for facilities maintenance issues. I'm really happy with how well the system functions. The Request Manager tool is invaluable for keeping our building clean, running properly, and keeping our colleagues happy. I'm also pleased with how easy the initial setup was, thanks to the great help from OfficeSpace employees.

**What do you like best about OfficeSpace Software?**

The OfficeSpace Software went from a basic need to manage workplace moves and has ended up providing way more than we ever thought.  The additions keep coming along with expanded reporting.  The customer support is by far the best I have come across as they are always very responsive and have been great at communicating whether it is something we need assistance with (change to floorplan) or have a question on a possible need we have.

**What do you dislike about OfficeSpace Software?**

So far nothing negative. A few times I wished it allowed a certain addition or a new report they have come through and actually added it as a new feature or showed me an available feature that I was not aware was there.

**Recommendations to others considering OfficeSpace Software:**

Consider looking at it, once you are able to look at reporting you may realize the need.

**What problems is OfficeSpace Software solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Allocation of space makes annual budgeting a breeze and now integrating with badge access reports allows for great reporting of space utilization to help with future changes.  The addition of Greetly has saved us thousands of dollars annually as we no longer need a separate platform for visitor management.

On-Demand Ticketing system could use improvements. Would like to see tickets that can associate directly to a workflow requiring multiple back end touches and approvals within a facilities team.

Seat booking and room booking is bread and butter for many of my sites. This allows us to operate with less actual workspaces and drive higher use efficiency to the ones we have.

**What do you like best about OfficeSpace Software?**

So easy to use both from the corporate real estate perspective and the general employee standpoint. OfficeSpace allows us to maximize the ROI from our entire real estate portfolio. The system is very easy and intuitive to use. The integrations allow for a variety of ways to interact with the platform which aids in adoption by even those who are set in their ways and resistant to change. Our client success manager keeps us updated on new feature rollouts and takes our suggestions back to the development team.

**What do you dislike about OfficeSpace Software?**

I have not found anything that we don't like.

**What problems is OfficeSpace Software solving and how is that benefiting you?**

OfficeSpace allows me to create differently scenarios and stacking plans more efficiently and effectively. Our old way: print floorplans and use colored pencils 👎 . With OfficeSpace: a couple of clicks to create the scenario parameters and then as simple as drag and drop. We are making more informed decisions regarding our real estate spend. We are able to quickly adjust to demand trends on our bookable seats. The software package has transformed how we plan and use real estate. Goodbye Excel, paper floor layouts, and colored pencils.

**What do you like best about OfficeSpace Software?**

The best thing about OfficeSpace is it is extremely easy to use and offers value to everyone in the company. It offers simple wayfinding and ticket submission at the basic level all the way to in-depth reports for cost prevention and planning purposes. Implementation was extremely quick as well. We were up and running within a few months!

What makes OfficeSpace stand out is their customer service and the way they are involved with their clients beyond implementation! As part of their service, they offer quarterly meetings to review any questions about their software or how they can improve the program overall. New features are always being considered and introduce to enhance the programs offerings and performance.

**What do you dislike about OfficeSpace Software?**

Sometimes updates get pushed a little too quickly which introduces bugs, but OfficeSpace is quick to fix them. There are also some things that could help my business specifically, along the lines of asset management and additional hybrid features that are not included in OfficeSpace. The client also does not have the ability to update the floor plans with an upload. Because OfficeSpace is involved, my changes to floor plans are typically updated within a day or so depending on how complex they are.

With all this said, I have been involved with my customer service representative as well as the product team. They are constantly taking feedback and if the different features are requested enough, they listen and roll them out. I am confident that my wish list will be added in the future to some capacity.

**What problems is OfficeSpace Software solving and how is that benefiting you?**

OfficeSpace is helping with move management, wayfinding, facilities ticketing and space usage. 

We have an annual move where we shuffle 500 people throughout our campus. OfficeSpace saved us over 200 planning hours in preparation for our moves in the first year of implementation. 

In addition, we can use daily reports to analyze our building usage and have had a $13.5 million cost prevention in construction alone. Space analysis reports have also helped us with cost savings in our cafeteria and how much food we prepare each day. The insight has helped us manage our vendors such as cleaners and other building support.

Wayfinding and facilities ticketing have been game changers for everyone on campus. People can search by person, for meeting space, by department just to see where they are located on our multi-building campus. Before OfficeSpace our ticketing system was tied into another system that was not user friendly and not easy to understand for facilities requests. OfficeSpace allows us to categorize ticket types for facilities, anyone can quickly submit a ticket with a few easy steps, and our facilities team all have access to submissions so we can quickly delegate the work to the correct person.

This has multiple combinations to set your desired organizational set up. It also self explanatory details to use the software, although help is always available.

**What do you dislike about OfficeSpace Software?**

Nothing much as dislike. It has self-explanatory details but can add auto tour to software so new users can get acquaint faster.

**What problems is OfficeSpace Software solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Many offices have downsized and so it is good to have flexible desk booking. Office space offers this option of allocation a desk to many different combinations. It also allows to book desk for any location & from anywhere. Mobile is useful too.

**What do you like best about OfficeSpace Software?**

It is easy to use for anyone. It is so helpful for new hires to find their way around the office and for office managers to keep track of seating, hoteling, conference rooms, and so much more. We have now added all of our amenities to our floorplan, including our AEDs and first aid kits, which is so helpful. We just added guest sign-in software, too (Greetly), which has been a huge help.

**What do you dislike about OfficeSpace Software?**

Nothing, it's awesome! They have added so many features there's nothing left out. If ever I have a question or want a new feature the support team makes it happen and fast!

**Recommendations to others considering OfficeSpace Software:**

I have done demos with every other competitor for this type of software and OfficeSpace is by far the most affordable and with the best support service, hands down.

**What problems is OfficeSpace Software solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Seating assignments and hot desking. With a hybrid office, it's difficult to know who is coming to the office and when. OfficeSpace can book a desk if they don't have one already assigned. We're in a new location than before the shutdown, so it has been hugely helpful for assisting employees finding things around the office.

**What do you like best about OfficeSpace Software?**

Officespace provides an efficient and robust space management and request management software. Previously, we used AutoCAD to keep seating assignments and locations up to date. Officespace provides a much better visual display and allows for easy employee move requests to be generated. 

Notable features in my opinion:
Customer support is amazing.
Client success mangement makes for easy implementation of new features and integration.(Shoutout to Mariana Medeiros/Cuoto.)
Clean look and feel of software. 
Room booking is a nice change from traditional outlook booking.

**What do you dislike about OfficeSpace Software?**

I do not "dislike" anything in particular, however there are some enhancements that I can see  the request management functionality benefiting from.
 
Specifically, the request management forms do not currently have the ability to have sub categories. Our facilities department provides support to a lot of different functional groups causing our request category options to get out of control sometimes. If we simply had sub-categories for the request types, it would make it easy for users to request the appropiate work and in the correct way.

**What problems is OfficeSpace Software solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Officespace allows for us to visually see our employee space needs from a higher level. With it's ability to integrate with badge data, it allows for Facilities management to easily see if we are providing the proper space allocation to departments. Our EMEA sites rely on desk booking for it's hybrid work models. 

Meeting room booking is also going to enhance our user's ability to book conference rooms with a more "new age" feel to it. Traditionally Outlook has always been the standard, but it is going to be nice to "disrupt" the norm by giving employees a more intuitive method of conference room booking without causing issues with existing processes.

**What do you like best about OfficeSpace Software?**

The software is easy to use to book a desk as a sole space management tool. Customer support and back-end programmation is quite easy and would say a pretty quick turnover to create the spaces into the plateforms. There is a lot of additional tools to highlight the type of spaces and the tech being used for each rooms. Implementation is quite easy. 
The software is friendly to users, and can be used with high frequency.

**What do you dislike about OfficeSpace Software?**

The software interaction with outlook exchange isn't developped enough. In addition, it is a lot of work on the UA to create a passerel between software, Exchange and or physical hardware to book a space as walk-ins. The integration and communication between global plateforms are complicated and often doesn't work with OfficeSpace.
Last, I will say users don't use it as frequently as we would like. The software cannot educate people to use it every time.

It improves our capacity to review our space's traffic and footprint. We can collect data of how the space is used and what we can improve.

Officespace is an extremely user friendly tool, and provides great visibility into most aspects of our facilities. The mobile app is intuitive, and in general Officespace has added significantly to our new user experience as we transitioned to a hybrid model with large areas of hoteling.

The one issue I would identify as a concern is the speed in which our user requests for updates are addressed. As we have entered into RTO, we identify various areas within the program that need to be addressed to assist us operationally but there doesnt seem to be enough resources to address all of the feedback coming in.

Officespace was the best tool I considered when looking for a product to help us get ready for return to office. 
My opinion has not changed, our users enjoy using the tool and it has significantly streamlined our operations and reporting in multiple areas.

**What do you like best about OfficeSpace Software?**

The user interface for OfficeSpace is simple and easy to use. All of the admin tools available provide robust reporting and useful people insights when it comes to office utilization. We use this platform across several offices in 3 different countries and have had a great experience implementing it in new locations. Customer support was very communicative and engaged in all issues that we faced. I appreciate being able to allocate certain desks for departments and being able to annotate what kinds of IT materials can be found at each workstation. Employees also found it useful to book a desk and know exactly what to expect.

**What do you dislike about OfficeSpace Software?**

OfficeSpace offers very little in terms of real-time space adjustments. Users are not able to make modifications to the floorplans in real-time or on their own. While we have always had a good experience working with the engineers to make the changes on our behalf, it would be great to be able to make minor adjustments like desk re-organization or adding soft seating ourselves. Additionally, trying to add on conference room booking in addition to desk booking was more of a challenge than it needed to be. The extra fees associated with adding on this feature as well as ramp up for implementation and Zoom Room integration was a daunting prospect that we ended up not moving forward with due to these barriers.

**What problems is OfficeSpace Software solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Space Management and overall office wayfinding were huge barriers to implementing a return-to-office plan. OfficeSpace helped us to allocate desks and meeting rooms intuitively and also helped employees feel better about coming back to the office in a "post-COVID" era. When employees who have worked from home for 2+ years, coming back is an intimidating prospect. But with OfficeSpace, employees who had never been to our office were able to get a preview to the space's layout, know exactly where their team and friends were sitting, and find their way to bathrooms, kitchens, meeting rooms, and more.

I have used OfficeSpace and worked with their support team for nearly 5 years now and have seen it grow into one of the most used tools in our organisation by our end-users. It's integrations has made it easy to maintain and allow our team to focus on other things. Two features in particular that I like best are it's Desk booking tools and granular reporting capabilites.

I have very happy with using OfficeSpace but if I could ask for one thing from them it would be to have a way to track assets within it and report on them. This would make it the ultimate tool for our Facilites team.

Currently we are working with our OfficeSpace Customer Success Manager to tidy up our OfficeSpace instance to get the fullest from the software. We are beginning to look into OfficeSpaces calendar integration and see how it can help our end users (particularly our remote and hybrid users that may not have visited the office) visualize where the meeting room they are booking is, what technology is in the room that will cater their collaboration needs and consider it's location for their in-office team mates. Office Space software performs EVERY task a corporate real estate professional needs to manage their portfolio.  It provides basic services to employees such as being able to easily view where people are sitting in the building to complex occupancy metrics to be viewed only by the facilities team.

I would like OfficeSpace Software to continue building their API's with badge systems.  For example, if Office Space showed me who has badged in at each site, then it would truly be a single pane of glass for our team to use when space planning.

OfficeSpace's automatically generated Google Calendar event blocks off my entire day rather than using an "All Day" event. I usually have to reconfigure the event to ensure my calendar reflects my actual availability.

In the current system, it may be challenging for admins to retrieve historical ticket data, as they may need to rely on the OfficeSpace help desk to obtain this information. This can create additional delays and workload for the help desk, as well as inconvenience for the admins who require the data. Allowing admins to download all ticket history themselves would provide a more efficient and streamlined process for both parties.

Providing this functionality would also enhance the flexibility and autonomy of admins, allowing them to access the data they need when it is convenient for them. This can be particularly beneficial for large organizations or those with a high volume of tickets, where the ability to download data quickly can help with reporting, analysis, and decision-making.

Overall, allowing admins to download all ticket history without needing to engage the OfficeSpace help desk can lead to increased efficiency, flexibility, and autonomy, benefiting both the admins and the help desk.

OfficeSpace is a great tool for seating associates and determining space allocation.  It is very easy to use and captures all the data I need in one place.

**What do you dislike about OfficeSpace Software?**

I have not found anything that I dislike about this software.  My job responsibilities changed mid-year, so I have not utilized it as much this year with all of the new improvements as I have in years past.

**What problems is OfficeSpace Software solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are no longer having to utilize a manual way of tracking employees and seating.

The interface has got a refresh. The addition of neighbourhoods has been very helpful. Being able to get new features is somewhat been quite easy.

The software is laggy and the mobile version is simply unusable from a manager stand point.

Have a clear view of the ratio of seats vs. headcount.
