What do you like best about Litmos?

I like the organization and interface of the software. It is easily to understand and navigate. It is easy to assign courses, grade and recognize who has taken courses. The gamification features are also simple. To an in experienced trainer this software is a great way to start documenting and improving the training process of new employees. What do you dislike about Litmos?

I think this software is limiting when developing courses. For some professionals it is probably nice to have a very basic lms to develop and use, but as a trainer with experience in a lot of LMS this really doesn't scratch the surface of what an LMS can do in terms of interactions and module development.

If you're looking for something that allows you to use building blocks and has unique development features, this is extremely limited. It does not have the aesthetics I would like to have in a LMS either. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Litmos:

if you want something that can be used quickly then Litmos is great. if you're looking for a robust productive with a lot of bells and whistle because you know how to use them... I would recommend a different product Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Litmos solving and how is that benefiting you?

training of new employees, training for entire organization of new process, procedure and technical tools.

We are currently ramping up to hire a significant number of new employees. In order to do this we will be relying heavily on Litmos to train the new employees and get them onboarded.
