We use Crisp for a few things, including a newsletter, as an email tool to nurture our leads, and as a live chat/customer support platform. I think our main dislike is the inability to schedule emails to be sent out at a specific date/time (single-shot emails). The automated emails are easy to use, setup and all that. But single emails are not possible to schedule. Also don't like that we're not able to a/b test our email campaigns. We're big on optimizing our processes/campaigns/etc and the inability to test our emails is no fun. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
