Scheduled Reports, Suspense Reports, documenting multiple policies are once

**What do you dislike about AMS360?**

Workflow is cumbersome for entering data, creating forms, accounting, and more. System isn't designed to Personal Lines. Doesn't provide enough or adequate reports for my needs. Integrating and learning processes is difficult as there are way too many steps. I can't link activities, suspenses, and documents together.

We love that the companies download their info into the system daily. It has many features that helps us service and retain our customers.

They still have many areas that they can improve in but they are always updating and adding features to make a better product.

**What do you like best about AMS360?**

An agency management system is essential for running and securing your insurance business, but AMS360 does more. We are starting to leverage the Open APIs to connect to other services. The integrations with carriers is helping our agency go more and more digital/paperless.

**What do you dislike about AMS360?**

The user interface could be revamped/updated, but that's a minimal burden. Additionally, there are many clicks/steps to get to different pieces of information, but again some of that is security and workflow management that helps keep us compliant!

**What problems is AMS360 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

AMS360 allows us to run our agency with compliance and completeness. It allows us to see a complete picture of our clients.

nice to have the university to refer to and look up if stuck.

**What do you dislike about AMS360?**

There are a few things that you had but took away like automatically having to do activity on an endorsement. sometimes it comes up other it doesnt. I guess I havent figured out why yet on some transactions that it does or doesnt.

**What problems is AMS360 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I like submissions are separate and you dont have to make a 'policy' when you havent even bound it yet like some other systems do.

I LOVE AMS! I'm a huge fan of AMS because it just makes my life so much easier. I'm on Man Show and AMS makes it simply because it offers so many tools for retention and also gives me great data on all my work. Saving time and helping strategy for the next month.

Accounting can be very challenging sometimes!

Clients retaintion and clients management ( i know it's cliche but all the notes and reminder tools are very helpful )

**What do you like best about AMS360?**

I love being able to send documents through DocuSign directly from AMS! It makes everything so much simpler!

**What do you dislike about AMS360?**

The pop-up error messages when trying to submit activies or suspenses. Also, I don't like how short the Transaction Description field is! There is so much unused space to the right of this box, but the box is too short for descriptions

**What problems is AMS360 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We recently upgraded our AMS from an in-house server to the online AMS, and it has made our connection much more reliable. I work in a branch office, and we would lose AMS every time the power went out in the main office or issues with their internet. Now the main office calls us when their system is down to help look up accounts. It has made my day much easier!

I think the ease of us is the best part of it.  Plus, the fact that I can have everything needed for all my insureds in an easy to access manner. And if there is ever an issue the customer service is quick and they handle the problem right away.

**What do you dislike about AMS360?**

The maximum amount of characters for certificate holders.  A lot of holders these days want longer names on the certificate holder box.

I love how easy AMS360 is to use, they have help readily available at anytime to answer any questions or resolve any issues. Other management systems are hard to learn or always have server issues, I will always use AMS360 if its available.

**What do you dislike about AMS360?**

Although I love how easy it is to send documents through AMS360 DocManagement, I wish we could review what has been sent. Another thing I believe could be improved is the ability to transfer activities to another client in the event notes were made on the wrong file.

**What problems is AMS360 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

AMS360 is solving the problem of agents forgetting to input notes on client files, with the new ability to make activities right from outlook while emailing them. This new solution is saving us time and ensuring we always have our files up to date.

**What do you like best about AMS360?**

I like the integration, the ability to market from within the agency management system. I like the ability to pull my applications and forms without having to edit them, when the system is completely loaded. Customer support is awesome to work with and I use this system daily. Using the system and creating documents and forms is very easy.

I really cannot think of anything that I do not like, except the history being wiped out when you allow carrier download.

AMS 360 is very easy to use and navigate, also with their suite of add-ons it makes managing an agency super easy!
We use this EVERYDAY and the policy download features are top notch! Definitely helps us to stay on top of renewals etc. The reporting is clear and concise, and if there is ever an issue the support team is always ready and willing to help. You never feel alone from the time you go live with AMS and beyond.

**What do you dislike about AMS360?**

The only downside of AMS360 is the Alerts and Suspense, it does not "pop up" or alert you if there are pending, due, or overdue suspenses. Wish they would change this.

you cannot add multiple lines of business on one invoice
you cannot export COI's & EOP's to pdf's ams automatically saves as xps and novody can open these files.
renewing certificates does not keep the holder information and you have to manually retype and add.
you cannot use the new version of outlook.
you cannot attach files without adding an activity first.

I'm finding myself with more problems since using ams360.

What I like best about AMS 360 is how easy it is to use.

**What do you dislike about AMS360?**

What I don't like is that the server is down sometimes which makes it hard to use especially since that is my main way of doing my tasks at work.

**What problems is AMS360 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The problems that AMS360 is helping me solve is being able to finish my tasks in a timely manner. I am able to put my suspense down and am able to catch cancellations just so that the insured will not have to go through cancellation. It benefits my department and I because through AMS360 we are able to stay on top of things and not having to rewrite any policies.

AMS has a lot of reporting features that allow you to keep track of your customers and their policies. There is also a lot of features such as being able to send documents and integration to help you with you business.

I wish that AMS would have more features within itself to create chase capaigns (there is current integration with other platforms that work with AMS though).
