“A Powerful Design Tool for Everyday Creators”
What do you like best about Canva?

What I like most about Canva is its ease of use. The interface is clean, intuitive, and well-designed, making it simple to create professional-looking designs without a steep learning curve. The AI-powered features are particularly valuable, as they help streamline workflows and save time on repetitive tasks. For most of my design needs, the free version provides everything I require, making Canva my preferred design tool.

Performance is consistently smooth and reliable, with no noticeable lag during use. The mobile app is also a great addition, allowing me to work on projects conveniently from anywhere. The onboarding experience is straightforward, and I have found the support resources helpful and easy to access. Additionally, integrating Canva with tools such as Claude is simple and seamless, requiring minimal setup and enabling a more efficient workflow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Canva?

While Canva is an excellent tool overall, some advanced features and premium assets are locked behind the paid version, which can feel limiting if you rely heavily on the free plan. Also, when it comes to highly customized or professional-grade design work, Canva doesn’t always provide the same level of control and flexibility as dedicated design software. I’d like to see more advanced AI features as well as broader customization options to make the platform even better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Canva solving and how is that benefiting you?

Canva helps me solve design and content creation challenges by providing an easy-to-use platform for creating presentations, social media graphics, documents, posters, and other visual content. It eliminates the need for advanced design skills while still enabling me to produce professional-looking results. The built-in templates, design tools, and AI-powered features significantly reduce the time required to create and edit content. As a result, I can complete projects more efficiently, improve the quality of my visual communications, and focus more on the content itself rather than the technical aspects of design. “Powerful once it's set up properly, that's once is doing a lot of work in that sentence”
What do you like best about Looker?

Dashboards are clean and the scheduled reports feature is something I set up for a few client and basically forget about. Every monday morning the right numbers land in the right inbox without anyone having to manually run anything. That kind of automation compounds over time, it sounds small but it removes a whole category of recurring tasks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Looker?

Performance on complex curious can be slowed pending on how the underlying data warehouse is setup. Looker itself isn't always the bottleneck but its hard to explain that two stakeholders steering at a spinning loading circle. pricing is also on the heavier site for a small operation its built for team with dedicated data infrastructure and the cost reflect that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Looker solving and how is that benefiting you?

Mainly eliminating the constant request queue that builds up when all reporting goes through one person. With looker the model is built once and stakeholders explore it themselves. Scheduled reports remove the manual work of pulling and sending numbers regularly. Embedded analytics turns data from an internal tool into something client facing. Those three things together justify the complexity and cost for us, but it took several months of setup to get there. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“All-in-One Platform for Real-Time Analytics and Dashboards”
What do you like best about Domo?

What I like best about Domo is its ability to bring data from multiple sources into a single, easy-to-use dashboard. The real-time data updates and interactive visualizations make it very convenient to monitor performance and make quick decisions. It also offers strong reporting features and user-friendly interface, which helps both technical and non-technical users work efficiently. Additionally, the cloud-based access allows me to view insights anytime, anywhere, improving overall productivity. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Domo?

One downside of Domo is its relatively high cost compared to other BI tools, which can be a concern for smaller teams. Additionally, some advanced features have a learning curve and may require technical knowledge to fully utilize. At times, performance can slow down when handling large datasets, and customization options in certain areas feel limited. Improving documentation and support response time would also enhance the overall experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Domo solving and how is that benefiting you?

Domo helps solve the problem of scattered and disconnected data by bringing multiple data sources into one centralized platform. Earlier, it was time-consuming to manually collect and analyze data from different systems, which often led to delays and inconsistencies. With Domo, data is integrated and updated in real time, allowing for faster and more accurate reporting.

This has benefited me by saving time, improving data visibility, and enabling quicker decision-making. The interactive dashboards make it easy to track key metrics, identify trends, and share insights with the team, ultimately increasing productivity and efficiency. JL
Original Information
“Seamless Integration and Unified Features for Advanced Users”
What do you like best about ILUM?

What I appreciate most about ILUM is its Ease of Integration. The platform is built to be open and modular, allowing it to connect seamlessly with the tools we already rely on, such as Airflow, dbt, Jupyter, and various BI tools through JDBC. We didn't have to overhaul our existing workflows; ILUM integrated effortlessly, which meant less hassle during implementation and a much quicker realization of value—something I consider a major advantage.

Another standout aspect is the impressive range of features combined with how easy it is to use. Since ILUM is a unified platform, I can run SQL queries, review data lineage, and launch Spark jobs or notebooks all from a single interface, eliminating the need to constantly switch between different tools. Having that centralized control is incredibly convenient.

The process of implementing ILUM is both straightforward and nuanced, but for the most part, it's simple if you have the right infrastructure in place. Because ILUM is Kubernetes-native and deployed via Helm charts, if you already have a Kubernetes cluster set up, you can get the core components—Spark and the UI—up and running in less than five minutes using a basic Helm command.

Personally, I use ILUM as my main platform nearly every day in my work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ILUM?

If I had to nitpick, the initial UI for the truly deep engineering stuff can be a little much for new users, but once you get past the initial setup (which is covered well by Customer Support and training), the daily use is very intuitive. The Interactive Sessions feature is also amazing for cutting down on Spark job startup time, making my day-to-day work way more efficient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is ILUM solving and how is that benefiting you?

ILUM solves a few major headaches that were common in the big data world. The main problem is fragmentation—trying to stitch together separate, expensive data lakes and data warehouses, which leads to messy data silos, inconsistent results, and a lot of unnecessary work. Older proprietary systems like Cloudera or Databricks are costly and lock you in. ILUM gets rid of those problems. It's an open-source based Data Lakehouse platform that unifies everything.

For me as a user, this translates to tangible benefits. First, it is much faster. The interactive Spark sessions eliminate those 20-40 second job start times, and processing can be up to twice as fast overall. This means I'm not waiting on the infrastructure; I'm actually doing my job. Second, it's cheaper and more efficient. The platform is zero-license, Kubernetes-native, and runs anywhere (cloud, on-prem, hybrid), which drastically cuts infrastructure costs—we talk about 60% savings for clients. That budget can go to actual development, not just licensing fees. Third, it provides clarity and governance with features like automated Data Lineage and a central Data Catalog, so I can trust the data's quality and know exactly where it's been. In short, it lets me focus on the challenging and valuable work of data science and analytics instead of wrestling with complex, slow, and expensive tools. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Experiencing challenges I didn't have before”
What do you like best about Coefficient?

It's easy to set up/launch the connection, but I find that a lot of my programmed refreshes aren't actually happening at the cadence I set. ex: I'll visit a file that should be refressehed daily, and it's multiple days old since the last refresh, and when I hit refresh, it hangs awhile, and sometimes errors out. I've set up a lot of coefficients lately, but some of them have just...tired-out or something. I also have noticed that we get emails from you guys saying that we need to re-do or refresh all our coefficients because of an update on your side or something. Don't want to sound like a brat, but I don't want to have to do that. I used to love how it was a "set it and forget it" product for me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Coefficient?

I don't know if it's a Google setting or Coefficients setting, but at times when I need a SF report to push to Gsheets, there are too many rows I think (it can't go higher than 50-60K it seems) which isn't helpful for me, because we have a lot of data.

“Flexible, User-Friendly Collaboration for SQL & Python Analysis with Solid LLM Integration”
What do you like best about Count?

I like that it’s a very flexible collaboration and analysis tool. It solves a lot of the headaches that come with working alongside other analysts, and it also makes it easier to share those analyses with business stakeholders. On top of that, its LLM integration is solid and pushes the overall user-friendliness even further.

It integrates well with our data warehouse (BigQuery), and is generally quite performant. It's very useful that you can both run SQL and Python for analysis. The support team is very helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Count?

I would like it slightly more if it had more features to lock down reports and create truly reusable dashboards. Right now it's more of a scratchpad (which is very useful), but we still use Tableau next to it for our "gold standard" reports as Count can be quite "open" and does not (to my knowledge) allow for the possibility to completely lock down a certain canvas to enable users to use it as a dashboard. “PopSQL is the most seamless database client out there!”
What do you like best about PopSQL?

- User Interface. It's smooth, modern and easy to use.

- Easy to setup connections

- Parameterized Queries

- SQL query autocomplete suggestions

- Schema introspections

I started using PopSQL almost 2 years ago, and it's always my go-to for querying a relational database. I first learned about it in a freecodecamp video on learning SQL, and having tried over a dozen other market offerings for SQL clients, I can confidently say that PopSQL is the best out there!

The user interface is one of its strongest points, having a sleek, responsive and reactive layout that keeps the important elements in focus. Outdated UIs like pgAdmin, dbeaver and mysqlworkbench do not have the same smoothness or UX.

The parameterized queries are a blessing for plugging in values through a dropdown, selection or otherwise. The introspection is fast, and shows all relevant data such as column names and types in milliseconds! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PopSQL?

While I'm aware that PopSQL has more features like Dashboarding, query alerts and others, I just don't use them as much, and just prefer it as a reliable SQL client that can help me get my database work done with the least amount of effort. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is PopSQL solving and how is that benefiting you?

PopSQL is making data accessibility easier for both individuals and organizations. I'm more productive when I use it and can easily share queries with teammates thus improving collaboration. There's no huge technical barrier between me and the database when I'm using PopSQL. Their support system is excellent, and customer care is quite helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Blazing-Fast In-Memory Performance with Seamless SAP Integration”
What do you like best about SAP HANA Cloud?

The in-memory architecture is the standout feature. Query execution is extremely fast, even with complex joins and aggregations across large datasets.

I also appreciate its integration capabilities. It works seamlessly with the broader SAP ecosystem, including tools like SAP S/4HANA and SAP Analytics Cloud, which makes building end-to-end enterprise solutions much smoother.

Another strong point is scalability. You can scale compute and storage independently, which gives flexibility based on workload demands. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SAP HANA Cloud?

Cost transparency can sometimes be challenging, especially when scaling resources dynamically. For teams that are new to SAP pricing models, estimating long-term cost may require careful planning.

Initial setup and optimization also require skilled resources. While the platform is powerful, you need experienced architects to fully leverage advanced features like data lake integration and workload management. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is SAP HANA Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?

The biggest problem it solves is performance at scale. Traditional databases struggle with large volumes of transactional and analytical data running simultaneously. SAP HANA Cloud handles both without noticeable lag.

It also reduces infrastructure management overhead. Since it’s fully managed in the cloud, we don’t have to worry about patching, hardware scaling, or high-availability setup manually. That frees up our team to focus on application logic and business use cases instead of database maintenance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
