“Canvas”
What do you like best about Canva?

Canva is basically built for one core problem: you need something that looks good, but you either don’t have design skills or don’t want to spend hours creating it. It removes the friction of traditional design tools and replaces it with speed and simplicity. Instead of learning complex software, you’re mostly editing pre-made structures that already work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Canva?

That said, Canva definitely has limitations. The biggest one is that you hit a ceiling pretty quickly if you care about design details. It’s not built for precision or deep customization, so more advanced users often feel constrained. You can’t fine-tune things the way you can in professional tools, and that becomes frustrating once you move beyond basic needs.

There’s also the issue of designs starting to look similar. Because so many people rely on the same templates and assets, it’s often easy to recognize something that was made in Canva. If originality or strong branding matters, that can be a drawback.

Another downside is how many useful features are locked behind the paid version. The free version works, but over time it starts to feel limited, especially when you run into things like resizing designs or accessing better assets. Performance can also be inconsistent, particularly with larger or more complex projects, where it may lag or feel cluttered. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Canva solving and how is that benefiting you?

What stands out immediately is how easy it is to use. The interface is extremely intuitive, and most people can figure it out in minutes. That’s not something you can say about tools like Photoshop or Illustrator. Canva lowers the barrier so much that design stops feeling like a specialized skill and starts feeling more like editing a document. That’s a big deal, especially for small businesses, students, or content creators who just need things done quickly.

Another major strength is the template system. You’re rarely starting from a blank page, which saves a huge amount of time. Whether it’s a social media post, a presentation, or a flyer, there’s usually something close to what you need already built. You just tweak it instead of creating from scratch, and that alone can turn hours of work into minutes.

It’s also become more of an all-in-one tool over time. You can create graphics, presentations, short videos, documents, and even schedule content. For a lot of people, that means fewer tools to juggle, which simplifies their workflow. Collaboration is another strong point. It feels closer to something like Google Docs than traditional design software, where multiple people can edit and comment in real time without friction. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“All Our Metrics in One Place with a User-Friendly, Easy-to-Navigate Looker UI”
What do you like best about Looker?

My favourite thing in Looker is going to be having all our metrics in single place which has really user friendly user interface and we can easily navigate and filter as per our requirements and it also helps to non technical person for looking for any analysis. I also like about query feature which can be integrated with Bigquery and other Data warehouse and can retrieve any information based on business requirements. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Looker?

Only thing that looker has to work on is sometime it feels like their dashboard is not responsive or taking too much time to load respective filters especially when loading large historical data and also each time we need to click on submit icon to get the filtered data which can be automated in future Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Looker solving and how is that benefiting you?

Mainly it helps on solving data silos and as recently they integrated LookML in their backend logic, all our data stays in organized and also helps to create data models and relationships with them so that we can just use already defined field without writing complex SQL query which helps to speed up my workflow Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about AgencyAnalytics?

Before AgencyAnalytics, I was using other tools like WhatAGraph, but the other tools were not perfect all the time. Since we moved to AgencyAnalytics, things have got better to a great deal.

Reports are easy to design and dashboards are very easy to navigate.

Yesterday, I accidentally deleted a client, and the support person (Leah), restored it within seconds. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about AgencyAnalytics?

AgencyAnalytics' UI got updated, and the navigation through the tool was difficult for a couple of weeks. Once we got familiar with the new UI, things got better again. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is AgencyAnalytics solving and how is that benefiting you?

In my personal opinion, actually reporting to the clients is very easy with AgencyAnalytics. We have built templates for dashboards and reports, and onboarding a new client on AgencyAnalytics can be done in minutes.

I love that Hurree brings all our data into one easy-to-use dashboard, making it simple to analyze trends, spot issues, and make fast decisions. The AI analyzer gives my team confidence, and the platform’s intuitive design means no coding is required. The support team is proactive and quick to add new connectors, which makes the tool feel like it grows with us. What do you dislike about Hurree?

Honestly, there’s not much to dislike. Original Information
“Seamless Integration and Unified Features for Advanced Users”
What do you like best about ILUM?

What I appreciate most about ILUM is its Ease of Integration. The platform is built to be open and modular, allowing it to connect seamlessly with the tools we already rely on, such as Airflow, dbt, Jupyter, and various BI tools through JDBC. We didn't have to overhaul our existing workflows; ILUM integrated effortlessly, which meant less hassle during implementation and a much quicker realization of value—something I consider a major advantage.

Another standout aspect is the impressive range of features combined with how easy it is to use. Since ILUM is a unified platform, I can run SQL queries, review data lineage, and launch Spark jobs or notebooks all from a single interface, eliminating the need to constantly switch between different tools. Having that centralized control is incredibly convenient.

The process of implementing ILUM is both straightforward and nuanced, but for the most part, it's simple if you have the right infrastructure in place. Because ILUM is Kubernetes-native and deployed via Helm charts, if you already have a Kubernetes cluster set up, you can get the core components—Spark and the UI—up and running in less than five minutes using a basic Helm command.

Personally, I use ILUM as my main platform nearly every day in my work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ILUM?

If I had to nitpick, the initial UI for the truly deep engineering stuff can be a little much for new users, but once you get past the initial setup (which is covered well by Customer Support and training), the daily use is very intuitive. The Interactive Sessions feature is also amazing for cutting down on Spark job startup time, making my day-to-day work way more efficient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is ILUM solving and how is that benefiting you?

ILUM solves a few major headaches that were common in the big data world. The main problem is fragmentation—trying to stitch together separate, expensive data lakes and data warehouses, which leads to messy data silos, inconsistent results, and a lot of unnecessary work. Older proprietary systems like Cloudera or Databricks are costly and lock you in. ILUM gets rid of those problems. It's an open-source based Data Lakehouse platform that unifies everything.

For me as a user, this translates to tangible benefits. First, it is much faster. The interactive Spark sessions eliminate those 20-40 second job start times, and processing can be up to twice as fast overall. This means I'm not waiting on the infrastructure; I'm actually doing my job. Second, it's cheaper and more efficient. The platform is zero-license, Kubernetes-native, and runs anywhere (cloud, on-prem, hybrid), which drastically cuts infrastructure costs—we talk about 60% savings for clients. That budget can go to actual development, not just licensing fees. Third, it provides clarity and governance with features like automated Data Lineage and a central Data Catalog, so I can trust the data's quality and know exactly where it's been. In short, it lets me focus on the challenging and valuable work of data science and analytics instead of wrestling with complex, slow, and expensive tools. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Coefficient?

It's easy to set up/launch the connection, but I find that a lot of my programmed refreshes aren't actually happening at the cadence I set. ex: I'll visit a file that should be refressehed daily, and it's multiple days old since the last refresh, and when I hit refresh, it hangs awhile, and sometimes errors out. I've set up a lot of coefficients lately, but some of them have just...tired-out or something. I also have noticed that we get emails from you guys saying that we need to re-do or refresh all our coefficients because of an update on your side or something. Don't want to sound like a brat, but I don't want to have to do that. I used to love how it was a "set it and forget it" product for me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I don't know if it's a Google setting or Coefficients setting, but at times when I need a SF report to push to Gsheets, there are too many rows I think (it can't go higher than 50-60K it seems) which isn't helpful for me, because we have a lot of data.

“All-in-One Analytics Powerhouse with Outstanding Support”
What do you like best about Count?

I have switched to Count for all the analysis I run, so I would say I use it on a daily-basis.

With Count, you can have queries, plots, text, reports, and comments all in the same place. I find this extremely valuable, as it effectively makes everything self-documenting: the queries that support the results, the interpretation, and the reviews that were made all live together. Moreover, we can collaborate in real-time on the same canvas, which is amazing.

I really like that Count allows you to create tiles and reference results, in a way that feels similar to a DAG in dbt. This helps avoid a lot of code duplication and significantly streamlines query creation. Personally, I think this makes a big difference because it allows me to split complex queries into clearly defined components and then combine their results as needed.

When using other tools, I sometimes felt constrained by the lack of flexible filtering, which was often managed at the organization level and pushed me toward hacky solutions. With Count, control cells make it easy to implement the exact filters you need, giving you a lot of freedom and power to build very flexible dashboards.

Finally, I think the Count support team is excellent. They are consistently helpful, whether I’m stuck or just looking for best practices to implement something in the tool. They either provide a solution or take note of the feedback to improve the product. A good example is the recent addition of support for different scales in facet plots, which addressed a limitation I personally encountered. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Count?

Regarding areas for improvement, I do have a few ideas.

I think the construction of frames could live in a separate canvas, similar to how Tableau approaches dashboards. This would offer the best of both worlds: plots would remain close to the queries that generate their data, while still allowing the creation of a dedicated dashboard that brings everything together.

There are also some smaller usability issues that can make the interface feel unintuitive at times. For example, when creating custom plots, individual marks cannot be named, which makes it harder to understand what each mark represents. Similarly, when multiple marks are used, it’s not always clear which variable is assigned to the secondary axis.

Some solutions also feel a bit hacky—for instance, adding vertical lines to indicate events by using bar plots, where it’s not always obvious how to control the bar width cleanly.

Overall, these are relatively minor points. They don’t slow me down in my day-to-day work, and I see them more as a wishlist than as real blockers. As with any tool, there is always room for improvement—but Count is already a superb product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Count solving and how is that benefiting you?

Count solves the problem of fragmented analytics workflows by bringing queries, plots, text, and reviews into a single place, which makes analyses naturally self-documenting. This benefits me because I can always trace results back to their underlying logic and interpretation without losing context. It also addresses code duplication by allowing results to be referenced across tiles, in a way that feels similar to a DAG in dbt. As a result, I can break complex queries into clear, reusable components and iterate much faster.

Count also solves the rigidity of traditional dashboards by giving you control cells to define filters directly in the analysis. This gives me far more flexibility than organization-level filters and avoids the need for hacky workarounds. Another key problem it solves is reviewability: comments, interpretations, and feedback live right next to the data. That makes collaboration easier and decisions easier to justify.

Finally, Count reduces the risk of getting stuck with tool limitations thanks to a very responsive support team. Knowing that feedback is heard and often translated into product improvements makes me confident in relying on Count for my day-to-day analytical work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“PopSQL is the most seamless database client out there!”
What do you like best about PopSQL?

- User Interface. It's smooth, modern and easy to use.

- Easy to setup connections

- Parameterized Queries

- SQL query autocomplete suggestions

- Schema introspections

I started using PopSQL almost 2 years ago, and it's always my go-to for querying a relational database. I first learned about it in a freecodecamp video on learning SQL, and having tried over a dozen other market offerings for SQL clients, I can confidently say that PopSQL is the best out there!

The user interface is one of its strongest points, having a sleek, responsive and reactive layout that keeps the important elements in focus. Outdated UIs like pgAdmin, dbeaver and mysqlworkbench do not have the same smoothness or UX.

The parameterized queries are a blessing for plugging in values through a dropdown, selection or otherwise. The introspection is fast, and shows all relevant data such as column names and types in milliseconds! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PopSQL?

While I'm aware that PopSQL has more features like Dashboarding, query alerts and others, I just don't use them as much, and just prefer it as a reliable SQL client that can help me get my database work done with the least amount of effort. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is PopSQL solving and how is that benefiting you?

PopSQL is making data accessibility easier for both individuals and organizations. I'm more productive when I use it and can easily share queries with teammates thus improving collaboration. There's no huge technical barrier between me and the database when I'm using PopSQL. Their support system is excellent, and customer care is quite helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Simplifies Marketing Data with Stylish and Intuitive Dashboards”
What do you like best about Whatagraph?

I use Whatagraph every month to show my client roster their marketing campaign metrics data. It solves a unified vision of all the campaigns we run with our clients; it's easy to understand and to connect platforms. I love the modern design and how easy it is to edit reports and personalize them. The edit section of each widget is easy to update, from changing colors to adding logos/images from the different platforms we use like GA4. This makes data look understandable and easy to digest for a client who is not an expert in marketing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Whatagraph?

The only thing I don't like about Whatagraph is that sometimes the website/server is slow when I need to download multiple reports. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Whatagraph solving and how is that benefiting you?

I use Whatagraph to provide a unified vision of all campaigns, making it easy to understand and connect platforms. Editing and personalizing reports is simple, allowing me to make data digestible for clients who aren't marketing experts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Screenful turns Trello into an enterprise grade tool!”
What do you like best about Screenful?

I love the advanced analytics provided by Screenful regarding how our development sprints are progressing. One of the most useful features is being able to forecast how long it will take your team to complete a sprint with a certain number of points. It does this based on historical data, so the more releases your team does with Screenful the more accurate your release date forecasting becomes! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Screenful?

“Insightful, Privacy-Respecting Employee Work Patterns with Prodoscore”
What do you like best about Prodoscore?

I like how Prodoscore gives insights into how our employees are working throughout the day - their patterns, rhythms, and what types of tools they are using and how frequently to do their jobs. I also like that it is honestly not too intrusive. Still protects the privacy of those being monitored. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Prodoscore?

Honestly I find it very hard to use. The UI is not intuitive at all. It is very difficult to follow the logic in getting certain things done, so much so that it is prohibitive to product adoption. Conceptually Prodoscore is amazing. However, I really feel that Prodoscore needs a huge upgrade in terms of ease of use for the admin and the managers. The menus, the logic behind how employees are managed, etc. is just confusing and difficult. Also, I find the way products are added is just so weird and challenging to figure out. And it would be good to get automated feedback from the product that certain products assigned to users aren't being used much, since this can actually be detrimental to their Prodoscore as it dilutes the issue. They also need to upgrade their knowledge base. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Prodoscore solving and how is that benefiting you?

It's giving us visibility to the work habits and patterns of our remote workforce which is highly beneficial data that can validate assumptions based on other aspects of performance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
