**What do you like best about AmplifAI?**

i log into amplifai twice a month for my one to ones with my tl. we can record the session and we go through the coaching form. the form is helpful to guide the conversation and I can look at my stats before the meeting and know what my tl is going to say before he says it. before we implemented amplifai we couldn't see where we were until we saw it on the board.

**What do you dislike about AmplifAI?**

the library has a lot of videos and if you spend time watching them sometimes you forget to login to your station on time. it would be more helpful if it told you how much time the video would be before you start the collection.

**What problems is AmplifAI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

we didn't see a lot on where we were vs goal - we used to be told to just "do more" or "do better".now i can see where i am vs the other agents and i know where i need to improve before i go into my one to one with my tl. that's helpful because i can be prepared and know what he gonna say before he say it.

**What do you like best about AmplifAI?**

Amplifai is fully equipped with what the team leaders and managers need to improve their performance. It not just helps with coaching but it helps the team leaders be organized and which tasks to prioritize. Team leaders' struggle nowadays is prioritizing which task to do first, and Amplifai plays a big role on that. It also helps the team leaders to follow through with their agent's performance!

**What do you dislike about AmplifAI?**

When a lot of users are logged in, it takes time to load the site or to move from one page to another. Another is when resetting a password. It takes time to load the page before a name can actually be entered in the field. Last would be the extraction of tasks data. It requires more details like the Hot Topic title and all./

**What problems is AmplifAI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Overall performance improvement and the follow through for each performance review for agents. Amplifai is also helping in reviewing how our team leaders coach through the coach the coach feature. This feature is very vital and our Geo even has a Coaching Certification program and uses the scores in the Coach the Coach form to certify the team leaders.

**What do you like best about AmplifAI?**

AmplifAI has enabled our call center to have a centralized portal to view our KPIs and Quality metrics and goals. They are ahead of the industry in developing coaching packages with quick access to job aids and micro learnings. They support teams are super responsive and involved from build stages through implementation and beyond

**What do you dislike about AmplifAI?**

There's nothing about the application to dislike! If anything, adding AmplifAI to your organization helps you look at your metrics with a different perspective because you "see" them altogether

**What problems is AmplifAI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

AmplifAI is helping us communicate our metrics op down so everyone is aware and engaged in the common goal. AmpliFAI has also helped us identify trends in quality performance

**What do you like best about AmplifAI?**

I love that performance intelligence dashboards are designed so many roles. They provide a view of performance metrics and highlight recommended actions for agents, superviosrs, trainers, QAs, and our senior leadership. AND their customer sucess team is unbelievable. I've learned so much from Melissa about contact center best practices, in addition to how to best use the platform.

**What do you dislike about AmplifAI?**

I haven't disliked much thus far. It took a while to explore and learn the entire platform, as there are many capabilities that come with their standard offering. But it was so helpful when I got through it all.

**What problems is AmplifAI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As long time ops leader,  I have found AmplifAIs performance enablement platform to be highly beneficial. It has helped us successfully tackle obstacles we've encountered for a while, such as performance inconsistency, ineffective workflows and the laborious task of manually tracking performance metrics. The platforms use of AI powered actions have increased employee efficiency, leader-to-ratios and overall engagement.This has resulted in six-figure cost savings over a period of 7 months.

**What do you like best about AmplifAI?**

AmplifAI has changed my coaching sessions with my manager. I'm able to see where I am against my goals and how i'm going against my peers. Since we started recording the coaching sessions, I don't have to be confused on what was said, and I don't have to ask my manager to remind me. I get a pop-up reminder when I have a committment coming up. I also like the ability of being able to acknowledge messages that used ot be in different systems. I really like the ability to play games that allow me to make even more money. I can make a commitment that I can hit and make some extra money when I hit it, especially when I need to make rent. AmplifAI also has an amazing cs team. I am able to get ahold of a knowledgable representative who has been in my shoes and can help me with my issues.

**What do you dislike about AmplifAI?**

The UI/UX is not as sleek as I've seen other tools out there. I wish AmplifAI had a more modern look to the tool. I don't like the fact that it highlights the calls where I made a transfer, but could've probably handled it. I can't always be on, but that's part of the visibility that we have. It gives me and my manager something to talk about and areas where I need to improve.

**What problems is AmplifAI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

AmplifAI helps me and my manager have coaching sessions that are easily referencable. I can track where my progress is and finally have visibility into where I am against goal. I have an easy way to see my progress and I used it on my last annual review to get a raise. I am motivated to help the company meet their performance goals while I can get some extra money with the games for performance.

**What do you like best about AmplifAI?**

Amplify is good at showing me where I am compared to the other agents. My team leader is able to see where my stats are for aht and fcr which is what we are focused on right now. I don't know how they did it before, but I get sent videos to watch when I need help on something. I think it saves time for my team leader when we go into the coachings, she does not have to tell me everything I need to focus on.

**What do you dislike about AmplifAI?**

Sometimes the videos that I get sent are the sames ones for the same topics, so if I have a hard time with fcr, it shows me the same videos from the library. It should show that I watched it before and that I need additional help cause it did not work the first time.

**What problems is AmplifAI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Amplify helps provide transparency into our metrics in a single dashboard. The fact that there are games that we can play makes work a little more tolerable and has prevented some of the other agents from quitting.

AmplifAI allows front line associates and their leaders to quickly identify performance opportunities and enables a myriad of methods to coach to these opportunities using positive reinforcement.  Meaningful and positive conversations in a call center keep employees happier and engagement higher.

**What do you dislike about AmplifAI?**

Dashboard views don't have multiple display options.

**What problems is AmplifAI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Timely and meaningful coaching conversations.  Data that allows us to track these conversation and identify the ROI on person to person coaching.

**What do you like best about AmplifAI?**

AmplifAI has greatly benefited the management of our customer service teams by allowing leaders to increase coaching, focus on skill development, and spend more time with their team members due to less time spent on performance report creation. This has led to improved daily performance metrics and positive feedback from our frontline agents.

**What do you dislike about AmplifAI?**

I wish the platform had built-in speech recognition capabilities, but it only works with external speech recognition vendors and we are currently not using one.

**What problems is AmplifAI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

AmplifAI has enabled our team leads and supervisors to make informed decisions when supporting their team members. By providing recommendations based on performance, leaders are now able to spend more time coaching and engaging with agents, resulting in a significant improvement in KPI performance. 

Prior to AmplifAI, our management team struggled to understand the factors impacting performance, both positive and negative. With AmplifAI, we now have a clear understanding of the specific activities that are driving success for different individuals and teams. Additionally, the effectiveness scoring feature has been particularly valuable in identifying coaching best practices. 

Our executive leadership can now easily identify which supervisors are driving success, and the skills that have enabled this success.

**What do you like best about AmplifAI?**

AmplifAI has been a game changer for our team. Our team leads are great, but they were overwhelmed... many have now reached out to tell us how much they are using the coaching tips and Next Best Action. We've only used it a short time, but already seeeing improvement in multiple areas across the company. It's reminds me a lot of  Gong but for our team leads.

**What do you dislike about AmplifAI?**

While the support from AmplifAI is great, I can still get lost sometimes following their screenshares and not the best at getting the info relayed to my colleagues. That said, I think they're  adding field services soon, and that would be a huge help for us.

**What problems is AmplifAI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Voice of the customer is really important to us, but we've struggled to make headway in the right direction. This is really helping develop actionable plans and leading to results in a short time.

**What do you like best about AmplifAI?**

They sold me when I could cut down the number of systems I need to log into, in order to understand my business.  I had to log into 8 different systems to understand metrics like NPS, Hold time, conversion rates. There's this single dashboard that I can now drill down into a metric, and identify not only who I need to work with to improve, but also, on what.

**What do you dislike about AmplifAI?**

I wish I would've had this technology sooner for my business. I think about the amount of time I've personally wasted without a solution like AmplifAI. Get this into your business now.

**Recommendations to others considering AmplifAI:**

The thing that took the longest time was the setup of the data - which, in all fairness, was partly our fault, because it took us a few weeks to give them all of the data sources, the people, and the information they were asking for. They provided an example of what we needed to provide, and when they say they can't have gaps, they mean it. They were really quick to reply when there was an issue or missing data.

**What problems is AmplifAI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are expected to coach the team, but it takes so much time to identify where there was even a problem.  When you measure life in terms of seconds and shaving off a few seconds here or there in order to get more through the center, finding ways to improve the team is important, but not always urgent.  We used to coach everyone the same - the same content, the same way. Now, we can personalize how we coach, and we can even coach the coach.
