“Canva: Empowering Everyday Creativity for Individuals and Businesses.”
What do you like best about Canva?

Canva stands out for its ease of use and quick implementation—you can start designing within minutes without needing professional skills. The number of features is impressive, from templates and stock elements to AI-powered tools, making it versatile for everything from social posts to presentations. I also appreciate the ease of integration with other platforms, like Google Drive and social media, which streamlines publishing. Customer support is generally responsive, and the platform’s frequency of use is high because it’s reliable for everyday design needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Canva?

While it’s fantastic for quick designs, it doesn’t offer the same depth or flexibility as professional tools when working on very detailed or complex projects. Integration is smooth but not always perfect with certain third-party apps, and support, while helpful, can sometimes take longer for complex issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Canva solving and how is that benefiting you?

For me, the benefit is clear: it saves time, reduces costs, and empowers creativity. As an individual, I can quickly design social posts or presentations without technical skills, and from a business perspective, it helps produce consistent branding and professional-looking content without needing a full design team. “Domo Turns Disconnected Reports Into a Game-Changing Sales Scorecard”
What do you like best about Domo?

What I like best is how Domo consolidates data that used to live in half a dozen places into one actionable platform. Before Domo, our sales managers spent 10-15 hours preparing for a single Quarterly Business Review, pulling numbers from separate activity, forecast, and lease maturity reports plus their own spreadsheets. Today they review one Scorecard at the start of each month and use the Pipeline and Lease Maturity views live in weekly one-on-ones. It has turned reporting into an active coaching tool: managers spot opportunities that need attention faster, make forecast adjustments in real time, and have more productive conversations around retention, performance, and business health. Our sales managers have called it a game-changer, and leadership sees the impact as massive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Domo?

The cost is high, and I also have to keep track of my credit usage. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Domo solving and how is that benefiting you?

Domo solved our fragmented sales reporting problem. Key business metrics like quota attainment, run rates, new business performance, pipeline, and lease maturity used to live across multiple reports, systems, and personal spreadsheets, and gathering and validating it all took significant time. Quarterly Business Review prep alone took each sales manager 10-15 hours; that work is now largely eliminated because everything lives in one centralized, validated platform. Beyond time savings, the biggest benefit is better decision-making: managers identify at-risk opportunities sooner, adjust forecasts throughout the month instead of waiting for quarterly reviews, and use the data to coach their teams week to week. Forecasting accuracy, customer retention conversations, and overall business visibility have all improved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Reliable Platform for Building Scalable Data Pipelines”
What do you like best about Databricks?

What I like most about Databricks is how its user friendly UI brings the entire data engineering workflow into one platform. In my project, data lands in the Bronze layer through snaplogic, and we use databricks to transform it into Silver and Gold data products. The serverless compute option has significantly reduced the effort of managing infrastructure, while Unity Catalog makes governance and access control straightforward. I also find AI Genie and the built-in monitoring features useful for investigating pipeline failures, checking job runtimes, and debugging issues much faster. From a pricing perspective, the pay-for-what-you-use model works well for us, especially with serverless compute and auto-scaling, as we avoid paying for idle infrastructure. The documentation is comprehensive, onboarding new team members is relatively straightforward, and there is a strong knowledge base and community that helps resolve issues quickly. Overall, it has made our ETL development and day 2 day operations more efficient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Databricks?

One downside is that troubleshooting can sometimes be difficult when a pipeline fails, as the error messages aren't always detailed enough and you may need to dig through multiple logs to find the root cause. The platform also has a lot of features, so it can take some time for new users to become comfortable with everything. While serverless is convenient, costs can increase if compute usage isn't monitored properly. I'd also like to see faster UI responsiveness in some areas, especially when navigating large job histories or catalogs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Databricks solving and how is that benefiting you?

Databricks has helped me and my team simplify our data engineering workflow by providing a single platform for data ingestion, transformation, governance, and analytics. We use it to process data from Bronze to Silver and Gold layers, which has made our ETL pipelines more reliable and easier to manage. Features like serverless compute, Unity Catalog, and built-in monitoring have reduced operational effort, improved collaboration across teams, and helped us deliver data products faster. From there, we can curate only the most relevant data for our clients and present it in visually stunning, fully branded reports. This powerful reporting platform not only saves us valuable time but also delivers meaningful insights that drive informed decision-making. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about AgencyAnalytics?

While Agency Analytics offers a solid range of integrations, I'd love to see even more options available. Given their current offerings, I'm not particularly optimistic that requesting a new integration would yield results. It's worth noting that what they do have is still quite impressive, though. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is AgencyAnalytics solving and how is that benefiting you?

Agency Analytics has streamlined my marketing reporting workflow. The platform significantly reduces the time I spend on reporting while enabling me to demonstrate my expertise to clients with polished, professional reports. I love that Hurree brings all our data into one easy-to-use dashboard, making it simple to analyze trends, spot issues, and make fast decisions. The AI analyzer gives my team confidence, and the platform’s intuitive design means no coding is required. The support team is proactive and quick to add new connectors, which makes the tool feel like it grows with us. What do you dislike about Hurree?

“Seamless Integration and Unified Features for Advanced Users”
What do you like best about ILUM?

What I appreciate most about ILUM is its Ease of Integration. The platform is built to be open and modular, allowing it to connect seamlessly with the tools we already rely on, such as Airflow, dbt, Jupyter, and various BI tools through JDBC. We didn't have to overhaul our existing workflows; ILUM integrated effortlessly, which meant less hassle during implementation and a much quicker realization of value—something I consider a major advantage.

Another standout aspect is the impressive range of features combined with how easy it is to use. Since ILUM is a unified platform, I can run SQL queries, review data lineage, and launch Spark jobs or notebooks all from a single interface, eliminating the need to constantly switch between different tools. Having that centralized control is incredibly convenient.

The process of implementing ILUM is both straightforward and nuanced, but for the most part, it's simple if you have the right infrastructure in place. Because ILUM is Kubernetes-native and deployed via Helm charts, if you already have a Kubernetes cluster set up, you can get the core components—Spark and the UI—up and running in less than five minutes using a basic Helm command.

Personally, I use ILUM as my main platform nearly every day in my work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ILUM?

If I had to nitpick, the initial UI for the truly deep engineering stuff can be a little much for new users, but once you get past the initial setup (which is covered well by Customer Support and training), the daily use is very intuitive. The Interactive Sessions feature is also amazing for cutting down on Spark job startup time, making my day-to-day work way more efficient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is ILUM solving and how is that benefiting you?

ILUM solves a few major headaches that were common in the big data world. The main problem is fragmentation—trying to stitch together separate, expensive data lakes and data warehouses, which leads to messy data silos, inconsistent results, and a lot of unnecessary work. Older proprietary systems like Cloudera or Databricks are costly and lock you in. ILUM gets rid of those problems. It's an open-source based Data Lakehouse platform that unifies everything.

For me as a user, this translates to tangible benefits. First, it is much faster. The interactive Spark sessions eliminate those 20-40 second job start times, and processing can be up to twice as fast overall. This means I'm not waiting on the infrastructure; I'm actually doing my job. Second, it's cheaper and more efficient. The platform is zero-license, Kubernetes-native, and runs anywhere (cloud, on-prem, hybrid), which drastically cuts infrastructure costs—we talk about 60% savings for clients. That budget can go to actual development, not just licensing fees. Third, it provides clarity and governance with features like automated Data Lineage and a central Data Catalog, so I can trust the data's quality and know exactly where it's been. In short, it lets me focus on the challenging and valuable work of data science and analytics instead of wrestling with complex, slow, and expensive tools. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What I love most about BlazeSQL is how quickly it turns natural language into accurate SQL queries. It saves me so much time writing complex JOINs and aggregations from scratch. The interface is clean, intuitive, and seamlessly connects with my database, allowing me to pull insights without constantly referring to documentation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BlazeSQL?

While it handles standard SQL queries exceptionally well, it occasionally requires a bit of manual tweaking for highly customized schema logic or non-standard SQL dialects. Also, the query generation speed can sometimes slow down slightly during peak usage, though it rarely affects the overall workflow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is BlazeSQL solving and how is that benefiting you?

“Effortless Data Integration and Beautiful Dashboards That Boost Productivity”
What do you like best about Coefficient?

I’m thrilled with how effortlessly we can integrate various data sources and create visually appealing dashboards. It’s been a game-changer for us, significantly boosting our productivity and meeting efficiency. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Coefficient?

The only thing I don’t like is that in the dashboard, we can only change one thing at a time with the AI. Sometimes, this is annoying, especially when you need to change a lot of things in the dashboard. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Coefficient solving and how is that benefiting you?

We run marketing and ops for 18 campgrounds, and our reporting used to be stuck in copy-and-paste mode. Every week, I’d manually pull numbers from HubSpot, PostHog, Aircall, and ClickUp, then rebuild the same report from scratch. Coefficient connects those systems directly into Sheets, so the report now refreshes on its own and stays easy to filter by park and by date range.

The most obvious win has been time: I’ve gotten about an hour a week back. The bigger win is trust. Leadership can open a single view and see up-to-date numbers for each park, instead of waiting for me to assemble everything. Since then, we’ve moved beyond that first report into a multi-tab dashboard that covers sales, service, and spend. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Count Streamlines SQL, Python, and Collaborative Data Storytelling”
What do you like best about Count?

What I like most about Count is its ability to combine SQL, Python, and interactive data storytelling in a single collaborative workspace. It makes it easy to explore data, build visualizations, and present insights without constantly switching between different tools. Collaborative notebooks that allow teams to work on analyses together in real time. Support for both SQL and Python, providing flexibility for different types of data workflows. Interactive visualizations that update automatically as the underlying data changes. Clean, intuitive interface that encourages exploratory data analysis. Easy sharing of reports and dashboards with stakeholders. For me, the most valuable feature is the live, collaborative notebooks. They make it simple to iterate on analyses, receive feedback, and keep everyone working from the same source of truth. The biggest benefit is increased productivity. Count streamlines the journey from querying data to creating interactive reports, helping teams collaborate more effectively and deliver insights faster. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Count?

The biggest drawback is performance on resource-intensive analyses. While Count works well for most day-to-day analytics tasks, large queries and complex notebooks may require optimization to maintain a smooth experience. Dashboard customization options are not as extensive as those offered by dedicated business intelligence tools. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Count solving and how is that benefiting you?

Count solves the problem of fragmented data analysis workflows by bringing SQL, data exploration, visualization, and collaboration into a single workspace. Instead of using separate tools for querying data, creating dashboards, and sharing insights, Count enables teams to do everything in one collaborative environment. Enables collaborative data analysis through shared, live notebooks. Combines SQL, visualizations, and documentation in a single workspace. Creates interactive reports that update automatically as data changes. Makes it easier to share insights with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Reduces context switching between data querying, reporting, and collaboration tools. In my workflow, Count helps streamline exploratory data analysis and reporting. I can query data, build visualizations, document findings, and share interactive reports with teammates without exporting data or moving between multiple platforms. The biggest benefit is better collaboration and faster insights. Count shortens the time from raw data to actionable reports, helping teams work together more effectively and make data-driven decisions with greater confidence. What I like best about Elastic Stack is its ability to handle massive volumes of log data in real time. Elasticsearch provides fast indexing and search, while Kibana makes visualization intuitive and powerful. The stack integrates seamlessly with DevOps workflows, enabling proactive monitoring, anomaly detection, and performance optimization. This combination of scalability, speed, and flexibility makes it invaluable for system reliability and observability. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Elastic Stack?

Elastic Stack can be complex to configure and requires significant tuning for large-scale deployments. Scaling clusters is resource-intensive, and some advanced features are only available under commercial licensing. Better documentation for integrations would make adoption smoother. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Elastic Stack solving and how is that benefiting you?

Elastic Stack solves the challenge of managing large-scale log data by centralizing it into one platform. “DashThis Makes Reporting Effortless with Best-in-Class Customer Support”
What do you like best about DashThis?

What I like best about DashThis is how simple and intuitive the platform is. It takes complex analytics data from multiple integrations and organizes it into clear, easy-to-read dashboards that make reporting much more efficient. This has saved our team significant time and improved performance by eliminating the need to manually compile reports. The dashboards are easy for leadership teams and board members to understand, allowing them to track key metrics and monitor results in real time. DashThis also provides strong value for the cost, making it a worthwhile investment for organizations that need streamlined, professional reporting.

The area where DashThis truly stands out is customer support. It is, without a doubt, the best customer support experience I have ever had with a software platform. Not only does the team respond incredibly quickly to questions and requests, but they also take the time to meet with you at no additional cost to ensure you understand the product and are getting the most out of it. They work with your specific needs, provide personalized guidance, and help identify areas where additional training might be useful.

I especially want to recognize Alaric. His attention to detail, responsiveness, and genuine care for customers have been exceptional. To be honest, a big reason I chose DashThis was because of how positive my experience was working with him from the start. Having someone so invested in helping clients succeed makes a huge difference and reflects very well on the entire organization. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DashThis?

If I had to point to one area for improvement, it would be the AI features. Like many AI tools currently on the market, they are still a work in progress and can occasionally be inconsistent or produce analyses that require a bit of review. That said, I see this more as a reflection of where AI technology is today rather than a limitation unique to DashThis.

Even with those occasional hiccups, I find the AI integration useful. It can quickly compare datasets, identify trends, and provide insights that help guide further analysis. As AI technology continues to improve, I expect this feature to become even more valuable and powerful within the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is DashThis solving and how is that benefiting you?

For me, DashThis solves the challenge of turning large amounts of marketing and communications data into something that is easy to understand and share with others. In my role, I need to report on performance across multiple channels and provide updates to leadership, board members, and other stakeholders. Before using DashThis, gathering and organizing that information could be time-consuming and repetitive.

DashThis allows me to pull everything into one place and create dashboards that are clear, professional, and easy for non-technical audiences to follow. The biggest benefit for me has been the time savings. Instead of spending hours compiling reports, I can focus on analyzing what the data means, identifying trends, and using those insights to improve our work. It has made reporting more efficient, helped me communicate results more effectively, and given our team better visibility into our performance in real time. “Exceptional Support and Effortless Onboarding Experience”
What do you like best about CorralData?

The greatest strengths of CorralData are the outstanding team, the thoughtful support structure, and the ease of onboarding. Vera and Ellie were incredible throughout the onboarding process—patient, responsive, and fully committed to answering every question and concern to the best of their ability. They moved quickly on implementing fixes and always followed up so I felt supported the entire way. While getting integrated does take some work, the way CorralData supports you through it is truly exceptional. Being able to ask the team direct questions on a widget makes it incredibly simple for clients to get clear, timely answers, and that level of accessibility is hard to beat. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CorralData?

My single issue is that it was extremely difficult and time consuming validating and checking that the Data is accurate once you have made your widget. You can't see the source data to make sure that it is coming in correctly or the filters are matching up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
