Every system has its limitations, so I don't always find that everything works exactly as I want it to. But there is an ideas portal where you can post and upvote other users' ideas for improvements. Using Absorb for our LMS has created a more professional and consistent routine for training in our company. The Create feature makes it easy to build comprehensive modules that engage the learner instead of just reading through slides. And the LMS features make it easy to track learners and help them with user issues. I find it challenging to resend Edsby invitations because the current options are limited to 'NEVER' or selecting a specific date. I would prefer a more flexible option, such as 'LAST WEEK,' to make this process easier. The process of bringing marks to our SIS could be simplified. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is optional for professors if they wish to implement lockdown browser or not, and when they don't, it is easy for students to navigate to another tab and search the answers on google or use AI. And sometimes, the average on canvas is different from the actual class average because the class takes paper exams or completes other in person assignments, so canvas is not aware of the added grades and cannot make the necessary changes. In the beginning, Canvas LMS was very confusing to use, and sometimes I thought assignments were published while in fact they were not, and the students were not able to complete the work. Before I started using canvas, grades used to take very long to be put into the gradebook, but if the instructor allows the grades to be shown, canvas puts them into its own database immediately. And if there is an important issue the instructor needs to address, canvas allows them to send an announcement to the students. Kinderpedia has given me the advantage of bringing transparency into my educational work with students – something I’ve wanted from the very beginning of this journey.

Although the center I run doesn't follow a traditional afterschool or beforeschool format, their modules have proven flexible and adaptable to our specific needs.

Of course, it’s not perfect—the free version only supports a limited number of students, so for larger classes you need the professional license. Also, the wide range of functions can feel overwhelming at first, and since it relies on students having devices and internet access, it may be challenging for under-resourced classrooms. HiTeach has solved the problem of classroom interaction and real-time assessment. In the past, it was hard to quickly check whether all students understood the lesson, but now with HiTeach’s instant feedback, I can see their responses right away and adjust my teaching on the spot. The biggest benefit for me is that it saves a lot of time in preparation and evaluation, while also making the class more dynamic and motivating for students. I think that, as with many things, it can be very frustrating for teachers to see some of the tiered components cost extra. While it's completely understandable that the company needs to make money to continue to improve, as educators, it's generally outside the teacher's control for what funds are spent and where based on school/district budgets, which then can either lead them to personally paying fees for subscriptions, or in some cases, being restricted from using them where they are not allowed to pay for items personally (as in my previous district). Occasionally it might be difficult to get support right away at certain times of the day, particularly around August but I figured that is normal given how many of the schools typically start around that time. ClassLink helps take our current school roster information from our SIS and sends out that data to our various educational software vendors for student use. I have been able to run all registrations for our wellbeing and inclusion focused events through Kallidus which has helped me to process RSVPs and dietary requirements. There is a better record of attendance and delegates can review the events they have attended. Running these events through Kallidus has also given them a Learning & Development status which is helping with uptake as people see them as more formal opportunities to grow and improve. While Classter can do a LOT! It can be tricky and time consuming to get it designed and functioning the way we need it to. We've needed the Classter support team to 'fix' more than one item that should work upon turning on that doesn't. Some of the deeper reporting features feel a bit limited when trying to create custom compliance audit reports. I sometimes need to export data into spreadsheets to get the level of detail required for regulatory audits. DrivEd LMS has streamlined our sales training process, ensuring our managers receive consistent, high-quality training across the board. Honestly, there is nothing major to dislike about Google Classroom. It works well and covers almost everything needed for online learning. However, a few areas could still improve—like adding more customization options, better notification controls, and slightly enhanced file management. Of course, students being students, have found some ways to circumvent Dyknow. Ultimately though, I've decided if they are that dedicated to ignoring me, I'll just leave them to it. Using Dyknow to direct (and redirect) students has oddly increased their motivation. When students know that I have the ability to see what tabs they actively have open during class, they tend to stick with the class content better. There are a few basic limitations with the software that would make building content, personalizing content and assigning content faster and more effective. I wish these were prioritized over some of the AI improvements being made - seems like the cart before the horse in a sense.
