I don´t like that I don´t have worksheets in all my classes like in secondary, it´s only available in DP section. Honestly, we've struggled to find anything major to fault. If anything, the platform is so feature-rich that there's a bit of a learning curve at first while you explore everything it can do, but the onboarding support and Absorb Academy has made that easy to work through. So many problems! It's solving the biggest issue: communication. Announcements are right at the top, if you set up your class that way. You can schedule your classes to publish which alleviates the time you have t do that. You can have a collaborative calendar and a to do list so it reminds you of assignments coming up which aleviates the excuse of "I didn't know when it was due." They could streamline the experience a little bit better for the user. A lot of the classes look similar when scrolling through and maybe they could separate them to look a little bit different each. the schedules can all look the same as opposed to making them look a little different so that you know that you're scheduling a summer session versus spring session Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I have been able to run all registrations for our wellbeing and inclusion focused events through Kallidus which has helped me to process RSVPs and dietary requirements. There is a better record of attendance and delegates can review the events they have attended. Running these events through Kallidus has also given them a Learning & Development status which is helping with uptake as people see them as more formal opportunities to grow and improve. While the platform is comprehensive, the reporting functionality could be more advanced. We sometimes find it challenging to extract specific data or metrics on learner performance without manual workarounds. The main sticking point for us as a UK school is the lack of European servers. Data processing currently happens outside the EU/UK, which adds complexity to our GDPR compliance paperwork and data processing agreements. Illumine could really use a parent volunteer sign-up feature to replace tools like SignUpGenius, which I find obnoxious. Also, the lesson planning and recording features aren't as smooth or capable as what I'm used to with Transparent Classroom. I miss the ability to do a multiple selection for changes instead of having to click individually for each student, and the way Transparent Classroom lets me plan by days and move lessons around is much more useful. I needed a simple to use, platform agnostic, flexible gradebook. I trialed many others, and found iGradePlus to be the standout. As a single user, its price tag (i.e., "free") was easy to adopt. I use Docebo and I really like how the platform keeps improving. Some parts look very modern and updated, and I am sure the older sections will also get the same upgrades soon, which will make the user experience even better.
