So many problems! It's solving the biggest issue: communication. Announcements are right at the top, if you set up your class that way. There are some minor cosmetic issues that could be improved that would further enhance usability. One issue is supporting multilingual course creation so that learners can choose their preferred language within a course. presentations start having many interactive slides together, managing the overall flow can take little extra adjustment during live sessions. For webinar style presentations with polls, surveys, Q&A and word clouds on multiple slides, sometimes I need to double check the sequence before starting the session. customization and layout controls feel slightly limited when trying to match presentation visuals with existing educational content or branding style. mentimeter is helping solve the problem of low audience interaction during online health education sessions and webinar presentations. In normal presentations many people only watch slides quietly, but with polls, surveys, Q&A, word clouds and live responses, sessions become more interactive and people participate more actively. It helps me understand audience opinions, health habits, feedback, and common questions in real time during awareness presentations and webinar discussions. This makes educational sessions feel more engaging instead of one sided communication.

The platform also helps organize interactive presentation content more properly from one place. I can manage surveys, audience responses, quizzes, and presentation slides together without using multiple tools separately. overall, it helps make health education presentations more engaging, improves audience participation, and makes online webinar sessions more interactive and easier to manage. I think some of the click paths are a little bit onerous. Sometimes there's not an easy way to access content, except through many clicks. I use D2L Brightspace for all my classes. It offers flexibility with open HTML for authoring courses, creating colorful and intuitive pages. The only downside is the QR code to scan. It can be small for people who are in the back of the room. I've printed out QR codes on table-tents and encourage people to sign into the slides on their way into the room; there are great work arounds. Also, if internet is slow/not available the slides won't work. I have to inquire with the room host if internet is available and if it's ok to use for bigger workshops so I don't tie up the internet for the entire building. I mainly facilitate in person events and people attend during their workday. By encouraging them to participate on their devices I notice that people are more engaged and less inclined to check computers or work devices during our time together. I wish CoGrader had an easy way to share the AI score and feedback with students. I understand that AI detection is not the most reliable, according to CoGrader, for detecting AI, but from practical experience, when the score is high, with further investigation, most students admit the use of AI in their writings. It would be nice to have an option to easily share that with the students, and it is frustrating that it does not do it. AI is only getting more and more frequently used by students, so it is weird that CoGrader makes it so difficult to share that score with students. The biggest advantage is that it can provide timely feedback on tasks that would take a human too long. It allows me to spend my time responding to that data to better lesson design in the future, and allows me to focus my feedback specifically on what our focus standard is at the time of the assignment, without ignoring other concerns the student has with their writing. I have been able to run all registrations for our wellbeing and inclusion focused events through Kallidus which has helped me to process RSVPs and dietary requirements. There is a better record of attendance and delegates can review the events they have attended. Running these events through Kallidus has also given them a Learning & Development status which is helping with uptake as people see them as more formal opportunities to grow and improve. One challenge I’ve experienced with Google Classroom is that “shared” documents are not always sent to students through email notifications. This can create confusion because the system’s communication features are not always consistent. As a result, some students miss assignments or do not realize materials have been posted, which affects their ability to stay on track. While the platform integrates well with Google Docs, clearer guidance about notifications would help reduce these issues. Before using Google Classroom, we struggled with students losing directions or missing due dates, and a lot of time spent re-explaining or re-sharing materials. After implementation, we can post all assignments and resources in one central place that students can access anytime. I also spend less time (about 20–30 minutes per class period) reissuing directions or answering repeated questions, and feedback is now quicker and more consistent through digital submission and commenting tools. There isn't enough parity between the Employee Learning Cloud and the Customer Learning Cloud. Some features like the reporting could be greatly improved. The bulk editing of native WorkRamp content also needs some work. The pre-built reports don't provide enough detail and don't allow customization with the data we care about, and it's unclear how the data is generated. The new report builder, although better, is still in beta, and features like sharing reports and dashboards still need work. For bulk editing of course content, the only feature available is a find and replace tool. There isn't an easy way to update all of the design elements within a course nor to standardize questions across courses. I think that, as with many things, it can be very frustrating for teachers to see some of the tiered components cost extra. While it's completely understandable that the company needs to make money to continue to improve, as educators, it's generally outside the teacher's control for what funds are spent and where based on school/district budgets, which then can either lead them to personally paying fees for subscriptions, or in some cases, being restricted from using them where they are not allowed to pay for items personally (as in my previous district).
