I would like to see more interactive features- while I find the current ones useful, I find that there could be more to represent different types of content. Also, there is a bit of rigidity with the interactive features - I can combine or edit other content into the features. Like many robust systems, Absorb has a learning curve for administrators. There are many interconnected settings involving departments, enrollment rules, permissions, reporting relationships, integrations, and the learner experience. Administrators need dedicated time to understand how these elements work together.

Some of our implementation delays were related to internal technical coordination and ownership rather than the Absorb platform itself. Absorb communicated the data integration and SFTP requirements, but those requirements were not acted upon promptly by our internal IT team. Organizations considering Absorb should make sure their IT team, data owners, LMS administrator, and leadership are aligned and accountable before implementation begins.

We have also found that navigation within third-party course content can occasionally confuse learners when both the LMS and the course display navigation controls. So many problems! It's solving the biggest issue: communication. Announcements are right at the top, if you set up your class that way. You can schedule your classes to publish which alleviates the time you have t do that. You can have a collaborative calendar and a to do list so it reminds you of assignments coming up which aleviates the excuse of "I didn't know when it was due." Honestly, the only thing I dislike is that the free option comes with limits. But I’m okay with that, because they need to make money to keep it running and to still offer a version that some people can use for free. One area that could be improved is the use of screen space when viewing Brightspace in a desktop browser. The large margins on either side of the page leave a significant amount of unused white space, reducing the available area for course content and creating unnecessary scrolling. Making better use of the full browser width—or providing an option for a wider content layout—would enhance the experience for both instructors designing courses and learners navigating course materials. I love most part of this platform but I wish that the interface of this platform was more user friendly. The movement around this platform feels restricted on this platform. This platform really assist in making interaction with audience more fruitful and interactive. This platform enables the session to be two ways communication and allowing the audience to even set priorities on the question. Creating polls is also easy and effective using this platform. I wish CoGrader had an easy way to share the AI score and feedback with students. I understand that AI detection is not the most reliable, according to CoGrader, for detecting AI, but from practical experience, when the score is high, with further investigation, most students admit the use of AI in their writings. It would be nice to have an option to easily share that with the students, and it is frustrating that it does not do it. AI is only getting more and more frequently used by students, so it is weird that CoGrader makes it so difficult to share that score with students. The biggest advantage is that it can provide timely feedback on tasks that would take a human too long. It allows me to spend my time responding to that data to better lesson design in the future, and allows me to focus my feedback specifically on what our focus standard is at the time of the assignment, without ignoring other concerns the student has with their writing. Vevox is helping me make educational sessions more interactive and engaging. When I am sharing health education content or conducting awareness discussions, it can be difficult to understand what participants are thinking if the session is only one-way communication. This helps me understand participant awareness, interest levels, and overall engagement during a session instead of waiting until the discussion is over.

I also find it useful for identifying which topics generate more interest and participation. I don´t like that I don´t have worksheets in all my classes like in secondary, it´s only available in DP section. Also, I´m still waiting that in DP Library they add Spanish A language and literature with practice questions and samples of paper 1 and paper 2 mock papers. I have been able to run all registrations for our wellbeing and inclusion focused events through Kallidus which has helped me to process RSVPs and dietary requirements. There is a better record of attendance and delegates can review the events they have attended. Running these events through Kallidus has also given them a Learning & Development status which is helping with uptake as people see them as more formal opportunities to grow and improve. I wish Google Classroom had a better way of making sure students were only on the assigned assignments while working in Google Classroom. I have to use a separate program called Hapara to make sure students aren't surfing the web when they should be working on their assignment. Google Classroom could give the teacher tools where they could 'lock' computers to only go to sites or assignments that were assigned at the time. Students would be prevented from searching the web or going to other sites. Wooclap helps engage the entire class by giving every student an opportunity to participate. It allows us to view responses in real time, identify trends immediately, and build knowledge collaboratively as a group. There isn't enough parity between the Employee Learning Cloud and the Customer Learning Cloud. Some features like the reporting could be greatly improved. The bulk editing of native WorkRamp content also needs some work. The pre-built reports don't provide enough detail and don't allow customization with the data we care about, and it's unclear how the data is generated. The new report builder, although better, is still in beta, and features like sharing reports and dashboards still need work. For bulk editing of course content, the only feature available is a find and replace tool. There isn't an easy way to update all of the design elements within a course nor to standardize questions across courses.
