There are lots of things I like about Vevox, it's hard to narrow it down! Definitely near the top of the list is the fantastic support provided by the Vevox team. Since becoming a Vevox customer six years ago, our university has continued to have a strong and mutually beneficial relationship with Vevox. The team are invested in our success, and go above and beyond to check in, support and encourage our usage of the platform. The platform itself has a fantastic UI, the best of any similar product on the market. It is fresh, clean, modern, intuitive and so easy to use. This is vital for university lecturers, many of whom would not have strong digital skills, so being able to quickly and easily pick up a digital tool for their teaching is so important. Lastly, the continuous, steady development of new features for Vevox is another fantastic dimension of the platform. The platform is so different to when we first used it six years ago, and has so many new features added, many of which were developed based on customer feedback. I appreciate being able to create interactive classes and how seamlessly the quizzes are integrated into the PowerPoints. My students are impressed by the way the correct answer is displayed. I also value that the platform is anonymous, not time-based, and doesn't highlight wrong answers with a red light. This really helps reduce students' anxiety and makes them feel more comfortable participating. I enjoy the variety of quizzes available—not just multiple choice, but also options like pinning on images or guessing a number. It is very easy to impement and reuse in following years. I also love that I can collect data about participation and identify muddy points during the class. I use Vevox for personal and internal team engagement, and it does a great job of running live quizzes virtually with colleagues across different regions. It's quick to set up, easy for participants to join, and the interface feels clean and polished. This makes my sessions run smoothly, and the team genuinely enjoys it. I also appreciate how flexible and helpful the Vevox team is, as they work well with my small, occasional use cases without making it feel like a one-size-fits-all approach. I think more in-app tips/tooltips while building the first quiz would help first-time admins avoid trial-and-error. It would be nicer to add more in-dashboard guidance for first-time hosts, such as tooltips/help icons or a short setup checklist to make it even more intuitive and end-to-end. Vevox is a great tool to enhance interactivity and engagement for students in higher education. It can be integrated with Canvas PowerPoint, MS Teams and Zoom. I like the AI feature within the Quiz which can generate questions for you on a topic or an uploaded document. I am excited to trial the new the Spin the wheel activity. So far I have found:

- the person who created the question has to share their screen to be able to display the answers to the rest of the audience

- the answer spaces on the PowerPoint slide need to to be realigned as they can overlap the question in the title Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like that Vevox is very similar to tools like Wooclap and Kahoot, allowing for various types of questions to be inserted into teaching slides and providing live information from participants. What I appreciate most is its integration with Bright Space, our current VLE. This integration means scores from student participation are directly published into Bright Space grades, which saves a ton of time in tracking student engagement and performance. This feature is really valuable as it streamlines the grading process. I also think Vevox can be integrated with other systems, though I'm not fully familiar with those yet. There are certain question types I would have hoped for, especially card sorting & matching. A nice to have would be allowing Maths algebraic inputs as answers (an on-screen keyboard where students can choose some structures such as fractions, indices, roots, integrals then input their algebraic expressions). The other aspect that I don't like is that all Vevox question slides on PowerPoint add-in have the same layout and font size. Some longer questions don't display fully, but if I change the font size on Slide Master, it changes all Vevox question slides. I like the variety of options we can use in teaching or engagements with varying group sizes to gain immediate, focused and easy to understand data in real time. I used it recently with a class of 250 students in a Tertiary education space and was able to not only gain immediate input from multiple people, but also use the easily displayed input to encourage critical discussion on the topic we were covering (which was on health systems in New Zealand). I would like to see a feature that gamifies the input - there are times when gaining the data from tertiary students also requires a small amount of energy and enthusiasm.
