What I like most about Eventee is how easy it is to manage and communicate the conference program.

For ML Prague, the agenda is clean and easy to follow. Our audience is quite technical, so it’s important that people can quickly scan sessions and plan their day without overthinking it.

The Q&A feature is especially valuable for me. Questions are ranked by votes, which improves the interaction with speakers and makes sessions more interesting. Instead of passing around a microphone, you get relevant questions that actually add value, and you can moderate them.

Session feedback is another key part. Right after each talk, we get a clear signal of what worked and what didn’t. As a program organizer, that’s very useful to understand which topics resonate and improve future editions.

What I like most about Eventee is how simple and reliable it is, both for organizers and attendees. We’ve been using it for Machine Learning Prague for several years, and it just works every time.

From the organizer side, you can have everything ready in an afternoon. Setting up the agenda, push notifications, partners, and the event feed is super straightforward. The first time I used it, it literally took me 5 minutes to understand how everything works.

During the event, it’s especially useful to move people towards talks and partner booths using push notifications. The Q&A feature makes it much easier to manage questions for speakers without chaos, and the feedback after each session gives you a clear view of which talks and topics people actually enjoyed.

The networking feature solves a very real problem: a lot of people attend conferences alone, or don’t feel comfortable starting conversations. Instead of waiting for the afterparty to break the ice, they can start connecting directly through the app, which makes networking much easier and more natural.

From the attendee side, the feedback we get is simple: no complaints. And honestly, that says a lot.

We’ve tried other tools in the past. Hopin worked well for virtual events but was very expensive, and I’m not sure how it would perform for in-person events.

In the end, it’s worth paying for because it gives you exactly what you need for a physical event: it’s easy to use, looks great, and above all, it’s extremely reliable. In previous years, we missed having a built-in registration feature, as we had to manage that part externally.

I used Eventee for a large event, and it was very easy to create an online interactive agenda. The app let me include speaker bios, headshots, and session titles seamlessly. I find it very easy to use, and the pages look neat and professional. The team, including Philip, is very helpful, which was crucial in setting up the agenda quickly within a day. A feature that would significantly enhance the attendee experience is the option to export selected lectures or workshops directly to personal calendars, e.g., Apple, Google, or Outlook. It's extremely user-friendly while providing a clear structure of all the stages with detailed information. Great thing is that attendees can brows the stages at their own pace and read about them even before the event. Including the map of tzhe venue is a helpful feature. The Eventee App is an outstanding event platform that simplifies hosting events. It offers robust features with user-friendly functionality, streamlining the entire event management process. By using Eventee, our organization presented a professional image and accessed all the desired features and more in an event app.

Users found the app exceptionally easy to set up and navigate. I received excellent feedback on its features, with many noting it was significantly better than other well-known event apps, which are often more complex and challenging to use.
