It is SO easy to use, I have used many platforms to organize academic events and this is by far the most user friendly. It is also super tailored to academia with registration, abstract submission, schedules and linking to the event, incredible!

They also have amazing prices and flexibility with pricing which really helps when you are running an event on a budget.

Almost everything. The platform is intuitive, reliable, and very well-suited for managing a scientific conference. I appreciated the clear structure, smooth registration and abstract submission processes, and the flexibility in managing participants and content. Some specific features were missing or limited at times (e.g. invoice editing, form flexibility), but in every case, the customer support team helped me find a workable solution. It is a really useful platform. I wouldn't organize any event without Fourwaves, because it is very easy to use and consult. I have always received quick responses to my questions, and the team is very available. Even after my event is over, I still use Fourwaves to contact recipients or create documents with participants. Under the abstract management side, when authors/speakers are entered, they populate into a single cell in the report. We need all individuals names to populate in to separate cells (first name, last name, etc. for each), so we can filter.

It would be great if the schedule function on the event website could setup different types agendas. We do not Fourwaves for our event website, as a result. We would also prefer the event website to be more customizable, allow for more graphics. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is incredibly user-focussed and easy to implement. Their customer support is also top notch, very responsive and clear communication. While I am using this for a single conference, as an extension of a separate ongoing event, if I were to need a service like this in the future I will only use Fourwaves.
