They are happy to guide you through setup if needed, and they occasionally check in to make sure everything is running smoothly and to see if you have any questions. They also make improvements and add new features on a regular basis. After each event I've provided feedback on my experience, and by the time I start my next event they've already implemented much of what I've suggested or are in the process of doing so. Each event gets better and easier thanks to their hard work and dedication to the product. **What do you dislike about Fourwaves?** For the cost of the lower tier events I think more submissions should be included without needing to purchase the "unlimited submissions" add-on. A compromise may be that more submissions are allowed, but the limit applies to how many submissions are actually accepted and included in the event. If you have the top tier plan and want to run a second active event that is much smaller, you are forced to pay the full price of the top tier plan for each event even if you don't need all the bells and whistles. It should be an option to purchase the appropriate tier based on each individual event needs.
