Circle solves the challenge of building genuine community connection across a dispersed geography — our AwakenHub and AwakenAngels members span across Ireland, the USA, and beyond. It gives us one central space where founders and investors can engage with each other regardless of location, rather than relying on in-person events alone. It also helps us systemise and automate parts of our community management, which means our small team can focus on delivering value to members rather than getting bogged down in manual admin. I wish Mighty Networks included a native slideshow or image gallery feature. My community consists of mosaic artists who frequently share visual artwork, so built-in slideshow display options would make showcasing their work much easier. Mighty Networks eliminates the learning curve of setting up a new community platform. Whenever I run into questions or don't know how to configure a specific feature, their 24/7 AI CoHost gives immediate assistance, saving me valuable setup time during my pre-launch phase. We really haven’t run into many downsides with Clowder. Any time we’ve encountered a roadblock, Clowder's team has been willing to work toward a solution, and the platform continues to improve through regular updates that add functionality and enhance both our workflow and user experience. The only small drawback we’ve noticed currently is on the admin side. Currently scheduled push notifications tied to news feed posts don’t currently appear in the main scheduled push notification area, so there isn’t a fully comprehensive view of every notification that is scheduled. Clowder has helped us solve two major challenges. First, it allows us to deliver our #1 member benefit, the coaching education resources like videos, charts, and documents, directly to coaches wherever they are instead of limiting access to when they’re at a computer. Second, it helped eliminate data silos through SSO integration with iMIS, creating a much more seamless member experience. It also transformed our mobile presence from being just an event app used around our annual convention into a true year-round engagement platform that keeps members connected to ABCA content, updates, and resources on a regular basis. The best improvement that could be made would to increase the AI features as they're already developing and to allow those AI features to complete even larger functions, such as page creation, event creation, and more. We are a new organisation and have a slightly different set up in that we are connected to a school but not directly part of the school. Faking a live session convincingly enough that nobody noticed solved a real scheduling problem we didn't have a good answer for otherwise. Gesture recognition added a nice touch for smaller, more personal sessions where typing felt less natural than just raising a hand like you would in person. There is little I don't like about Swarm. After trying many other products, there is nothing much to complain about. That being said, they make a lot of updates often, based on user experience and requests. If you don't want a product that grows alongside you, keeping up with updates may be frustrating. However, the communication and support with each update has made it easy for me to keep up, and I feel heard and supported as they try to meet the needs of as many users as they can.
