What do you like best about Circle?

The tools offered continue to grow and meet the needs of a member-based community. The Circle team is the most amazing part! They are online and interacting with community builders and help us learn and grow. And the community builders are also an incredible source of information and inspiration. There are at least a couple dozen who respond to requests and add information that makes Circle easier to use.

I migrated my community from another platform and found their set up and implementation easy to follow. The Circle Academy has resources that walk you through every aspect to get started from scratch. And when you run into bumps, their email-based customer service team is awesome. What do you dislike about Circle?

As they continue to develop the system, it lacks a few features that would be helpful such as:

- Group billing to offer more B2B type services beyond the typical B2C

- Updates to workflows, such as turning standard workflows into one-time bulk updates (rather than having to recreate them) and more triggers in the workflows to allow more nuanced types of processes

- Small things like being able to reuse uploaded media in posts and courses rather than having to upload it again (adding to storage), ability to manage your bookmarks better, adding forms that go beyond standard name/email Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Circle solving and how is that benefiting you?

Circle is one place to gather the people who want to learn more about how to use AI to get things done. The ability to offer courses, have conversation spaces, and interact with each other as we learn is very helpful. What do you like best about AtomChat?

My favourite feature of AtomChat is its excellent video and voice calling. The video is extremely clear with no delays or fuzz when I use it to communicate with my friends and family. Excellent sound quality, with no strange echoes or robotic-sounding sounds. Despite the distance between us, it seems as though we are all in the same space. To be completely honest, I haven't discovered another chat programme that has such fantastic call quality. What do you dislike about AtomChat?

While AtomChat has typically been a decent fit for my needs, I do have a small complaint about the customising possibilities available. I do like how organised and user-friendly the programme is overall. I do, however, wish there were more options for customising my chats and profile. More emoji and GIF possibilities, chat colour choices, profile customization options, and a larger variety of notification noises would all be wonderful additions. These aren't deal-breakers, but it would be better if I had more control over how AtomChat felt like my own. While AtomChat's core messaging capabilities are fantastic, it could stand to be more distinctive and customised. I don't really have any problems other than that tiny issue. What problems is AtomChat solving and how is that benefiting you?

AtomChat provides significant benefits to me by resolving the following issues:

Streamlined Communication - It has been really helpful to have all of my chats and relationships in one spot. I don't have to move between different programmes anymore.

AtomChat's group chats and channels make it simple to segregate and organise various talks, which reduces chaos.

Media sharing has been made much easier thanks to seamless file, image, and video sharing. No more coping with incompatibilities or emailing files.

Excellent Call Quality - As I've already noted, AtomChat has excellent audio and video calling. On other messaging applications, I've never encountered calls that were that consistently clear.

Enhanced Security - I feel more secure knowing that my discussions are shielded by end-to-end encryption. There is no reason to worry about my privacy.

The most notable advantages I've noticed include centralising communication, upholding order, simple file sharing, outstanding call quality, and increased security. What do you like best about Bettermode?

It's easy to set up and to maintain, anyone can get started without code. It took a while for me to understand the concept of building CMSs that are then applied to spaces/pages but after I figured it out, it worked like a charm. Overall, there's minimal time spent on setting up the platform so you can spend more time on creating content.

There are also many templates to choose from to get started. Their support team is extremely responsive and helpful in answering questions.

We use Bettermode so we could build a community forum that we use to feed it into our AI chatbot. New questions and answers are submitted on a daily basis because of the ease of use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bettermode?

While many things can be customized, not everything can be. If anyone is looking for an extremely custom solution, I'd recommend resorting to building their own website.

What do you like best about Glue Up?

We implemented Glue Up in early 2025 and it has been really useful for events, email campaigns and contact management so far. We were previously using Eventbrite for event registration, but Glue Up is much better as it is a CRM function and has allowed us to combine data from multiple places. The system is easy to use and there is training available. We use it for all of our major events and are starting to use it for memberships too.

What do you dislike about Glue Up?

It will take quite a bit of time to set up and configure your account. You may need to allow more time for the setup process than your implementation manager will want you to take, so keep this in mind when planning. We have been able to combine data from multiple sources, and this has been a big time-saver. We also use the platform for membership management, which has made tracking membership expiration much more efficient than it was previously. At Kiteworks, we use Magentrix for a number of different functions which all connect directly to our Salesforce environment:

1) Partner portal - allowing our partners to log cases into the Magentrix portal. This flows directly into our Salesforce Service Cloud environment and integrates pretty seamlessly. We use this for a number of functions:

Partners can log cases which flows directly to Salesforce.

Partners can access Tool Kits and register deals.

The Magentrix UI is very easy to configure and the integration to Salesforce is pretty seamless.

2) Customer portal - We also have the customer portal where partners can log deals and deal registrations.

3) Support - Their support is small, but very responsive. I am especially impressed by their CSM who is very responsive and is able to resolve issues quickly.

4) Costs - Quite affordable given the substantial offering.

5) Implmentation cycle - Again, is very configurable, and flexible. They have Sandboxes which are easy to connect to a Salesforce environment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Magentrix Customer Portals?

Ability for partners to log customer cases. Ability for partners to search a knowledge base. Ability for customers/partners to have a community portal for playbooks and register deals.

There are no ads, no random accounts appearing on your timeline - just a direct channel to your users. Being able to embed coures and have these available free or behind a paywall is brilliant and there's a very powerful mechanism for who gets access and who doesn't - which I haven't quite figured out yet. What do you dislike about Heartbeat?

I was wanting to embed a pickaxe into my community but couldn't figure out how to do that... without a complicated integration I couldn't trial without signing up for an expensive plan which didn't even give a definitive "yes, it works" overview. I think as AI agents become more mainstream, Heartbeat will have to allow these embeds. I am a bit confused right now as every now and then I'm getting people joining my community and I have no idea where they're coming from! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Heartbeat solving and how is that benefiting you?

In a nutshell, I loathe Facebook communities. Facebook is a complete mess as it is right now and whenever someone says "come join my community" on FB my immediate thought is "cheapskate" 😳. What do you like best about Nas.io?

I had use other platforms and always was the same bad client services, changes with out notice, etc, I like Nas because it has a good client service, always has respond quickly and gave a solution.

I can upload easily my digital products, challenges, courses, events that I had to use different platforms for each one.

What do you dislike about Nas.io?

It has many black outs while using, several times I had to close and open again, it works so much better in website than te app.

There was not difference between digital product and course, a course sometimes I prefer to use a challenge because has more options Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I can create my community, although many people doesn't know it and prefer dont register, but I can control who are interested in learn more about different areas.
