My most disliked issue is the workflow limitations, I feel like there is so much more possible, whole workflow sets that you could create, but all of it is just running based on ONE trigger only for ONE small thing, or Im using it wrong idk. And not only that then you pay around 2K annually just to get 20 workflows, like dude it's not even a proper "AI" feature, it doesn't use up tokens, just runs a task based on a predefined set of rules. Mighty Networks lets me separate spaces for my different programs, which solves my problem of having everything combined and overwhelming. We really haven’t run into many downsides with Clowder. Any time we’ve encountered a roadblock, Clowder's team has been willing to work toward a solution, and the platform continues to improve through regular updates that add functionality and enhance both our workflow and user experience. The only small drawback we’ve noticed currently is on the admin side. Currently scheduled push notifications tied to news feed posts don’t currently appear in the main scheduled push notification area, so there isn’t a fully comprehensive view of every notification that is scheduled. Clowder has helped us solve two major challenges. First, it allows us to deliver our #1 member benefit, the coaching education resources like videos, charts, and documents, directly to coaches wherever they are instead of limiting access to when they’re at a computer. Second, it helped eliminate data silos through SSO integration with iMIS, creating a much more seamless member experience. It also transformed our mobile presence from being just an event app used around our annual convention into a true year-round engagement platform that keeps members connected to ABCA content, updates, and resources on a regular basis. While AtomChat has typically been a decent fit for my needs, I do have a small complaint about the customising possibilities available. I do like how organised and user-friendly the programme is overall. I do, however, wish there were more options for customising my chats and profile. More emoji and GIF possibilities, chat colour choices, profile customization options, and a larger variety of notification noises would all be wonderful additions. These aren't deal-breakers, but it would be better if I had more control over how AtomChat felt like my own. While AtomChat's core messaging capabilities are fantastic, it could stand to be more distinctive and customised. I don't really have any problems other than that tiny issue. AtomChat provides significant benefits to me by resolving the following issues:

Streamlined Communication - It has been really helpful to have all of my chats and relationships in one spot. I don't have to move between different programmes anymore.

AtomChat's group chats and channels make it simple to segregate and organise various talks, which reduces chaos.

Media sharing has been made much easier thanks to seamless file, image, and video sharing. No more coping with incompatibilities or emailing files.

Excellent Call Quality - As I've already noted, AtomChat has excellent audio and video calling. On other messaging applications, I've never encountered calls that were that consistently clear.

Enhanced Security - I feel more secure knowing that my discussions are shielded by end-to-end encryption. There is no reason to worry about my privacy.

The most notable advantages I've noticed include centralising communication, upholding order, simple file sharing, outstanding call quality, and increased security. Setting up admin users is a little funky. The user has to have an account on our website and must have interacted with the comments in order to be promoted to admin. This is only an issue because a lot of our staff share a single account or use a personal email address for their site account. It's just a little odd compared to the typical vendor account set up. Our initial setup was a little more complicated because we had to integrate Viafoura with Auth0 to ensure that users were authenticated and entitled to comment. We are a new organisation and have a slightly different set up in that we are connected to a school but not directly part of the school. We also only have one employee, who is part time, so we needed a system that was intuitive and easy to work with. I really believe that some modules should be more customizable, as well as the filter when segmenting. It would be useful to have options to customize fields, views, and reports according to specific needs, to be able to create more filters for segmentation, and to have permissions so that other areas can consult information without the possibility of modification. I use Hivebrite to centralize the management of the alumni community, optimizing communication, segmentation, and dissemination of opportunities. There is little I don't like about Swarm. After trying many other products, there is nothing much to complain about. That being said, they make a lot of updates often, based on user experience and requests. If you don't want a product that grows alongside you, keeping up with updates may be frustrating. However, the communication and support with each update has made it easy for me to keep up, and I feel heard and supported as they try to meet the needs of as many users as they can. Swarm is a community, course, coaching, and training space that provides you with a dynamic and flexible platform for your business so that clients interact and stay engaged. It is unlike any other program I have tried (which is many!) and it has allowed me to create a unique and innovative course, community, and support space for my clients. Compatibility including livestream problems and livestream issues arose during the event while using the launch studio feature. That may have resulted to the interface freezing and needed a restart or not enough refreshes to the page. As an organization, it solves manual coordination, poor attendee engagement, lack of real-time communication, weak analytics and disconnected event technology. It was a source of centralized communication.
