**What do you like best about Clowder?**

One of the biggest values Clowder has provided is allowing us to take our #1 member benefit, which is coaching resources like videos, charts, and documents, and put them directly into the hands of coaches wherever they are. Coaches are rarely sitting at a desk; they’re on the field, on buses, recruiting, or traveling. Clowder’s mobile experience has made it easy for members to access and implement resources immediately from their phones instead of waiting until they’re back at a computer. It has significantly increased accessibility, engagement, and day-to-day interaction with our content and organization.

**What do you dislike about Clowder?**

We really haven’t run into many downsides with Clowder. Any time we’ve encountered a roadblock, Clowder's team has been willing to work toward a solution, and the platform continues to improve through regular updates that add functionality and enhance both our workflow and user experience. The only small drawback we’ve noticed currently is on the admin side. Currently scheduled push notifications tied to news feed posts don’t currently appear in the main scheduled push notification area, so there isn’t a fully comprehensive view of every notification that is scheduled.

**What problems is Clowder solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Clowder has helped us solve two major challenges. First, it allows us to deliver our #1 member benefit, the coaching education resources like videos, charts, and documents, directly to coaches wherever they are instead of limiting access to when they’re at a computer. Second, it helped eliminate data silos through SSO integration with iMIS, creating a much more seamless member experience. It also transformed our mobile presence from being just an event app used around our annual convention into a true year-round engagement platform that keeps members connected to ABCA content, updates, and resources on a regular basis.

**What do you like best about Clowder?**

Working with Clowder has been an exceptional experience right from the start. Their app platform has truly revolutionized how we connect with our staff—it’s efficient, flexible, and remarkably user-friendly.

We went live with our Employee Engagement app almost 2 years ago and have over 80% of our team actively using the app today. 

The CLOWDER Team continues to listen and respond to our needs, and consistently offer innovative ideas and timely support.

For anyone looking to enhance user engagement with a mobile app, Clowder is truly the best partner you can choose from all of the options out there.

**What do you dislike about Clowder?**

We are still hopeful that CLOWDER will add the ability to upload videos from our Vimeo account or direct from our computer but for now, we will continue to upload them to YouTube. While there’s some content we prefer not to host on YouTube, it’s a minor inconvenience compared to all the great features we enjoy!

**What problems is Clowder solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Being the largest school district in Texas with over 100 campuses across the state, we needed an employee engagement app to enhance communication, collaboration, and connection across our diverse workforce. Serving as a central platform, the app allows staff to share updates, access resources, and celebrate successes in real-time. It enables employees to stay informed, easily access tools, and participate in initiatives that promote professional development and a positive workplace culture. Through our employee engagement app, Windham can showcase its commitment to innovation, ensuring that every employee feels valued and connected, no matter their position or location. **What do you like best about Clowder?**

Clowder is a marvelous tool.  After the initial setup the program is very much a 'set and forget' tool that is so useful as an app for our events that we have done away with print versions of our event schedules.  Clowder integrates well with CVent, and is a far easier app than the one CVent offers.  And Clowder's seamless integration with iMIS makes for easy authentication and control of what attendees can see within the app.  And the staff at Clowder has been great about assisting us any time we have had the need for changes.  We have four major events a year, and Clowder has made transitioning from one event to the next very easy (which is important for us as our events schedules overlap).

**What do you dislike about Clowder?**

We genuinely have no complaints about Clowder.  Everyone on our staff involved with the product finds it easy and effective.

**What problems is Clowder solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As I said previously, Clowder has freed us from needing to provide print schedules for all the sessions at our events.  And with Clowder's direct integration into iMIS we can control features such as letting member attendees see profile information about other members while non-member attendees cannot.

**What do you like best about Clowder?**

Where to begin? Upon the first meeting with Clowder representatives, you will quickly be impressed by their knowledge, ease of explanation, marketing prowess and desire to truly help your organization succeed. From a technical standpoint, the platform is extremely user-friendly so even the least tech-savvy person could jump in and use it. I've never heard anyone say it's too difficult to work with. Their support is top-notch. Client Success Managers are always available to anwer questions, brainstorm and share industry ideas and assist when there may be technical glitches.

**What do you dislike about Clowder?**

There just isn't anything not to like! Clowder is awesome in every aspect and our mobile app has been extremely successful. No complaints at all.

**What problems is Clowder solving and how is that benefiting you?**

When we first implemented and launched the app, we struggled to get our members to download the app. Clowder assisted us every corner and gave us the tools we needed. Having a mobile app in conjunction with our social media channels and website really completes the circle. We can promote anything and now have all the pieces we need to be successful!

**What do you like best about Clowder?**

Clowder elevated the member experience. It adds additional value proposition to our member benefits. The interface is intuitive and easy to navigate, which has helped with adoption across all user levels. Features like push notifications, event calendars, direct messaging, and discussion feeds have significantly enhanced the way we interact with our members on a daily basis. The overall implementation, while initially seemed overwhelming for someone not so "coding-capable", the team at Clowder spelled everything out in such a way, I felt confident every step of the way. (And when I did hit a speed bump, the team responded quickly with clear guidance!)

**What do you dislike about Clowder?**

There are some (minor) integration quirks with our AMS that required some creative thinking on the best way to navigate post launch. The workaround/solution was ultimately seamless and does not affect how the app works for the end-user. We just have a few extra steps from the admin side which are worth it in the end.

**What problems is Clowder solving and how is that benefiting you?**

People are always on the go, especially our members. Clowder solved the missing link of making our AMS user friendly in a mobile fashion.

**What do you like best about Clowder?**

The set up of the events starts out with the ease of it pulling over from iMIS. That is great because there is no need for extra steps.

We have used Clowder for two large events. Our members had great reviews and loved the offerings of our event on their mobile device. We are looking at offering more options for sponsors for events because of the flexibility of the app.   

At our events we have had a rep from Clowder there to help. She has been a wonderful asset to our team.

**What do you dislike about Clowder?**

The only downside to Clowder is, we have created an easy button for our members so they don't need to know their user name and password so that does become an issue with getting people set up on the app.

**What problems is Clowder solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Currently it is solving the issue of large amounts of documents needing to be printed for our events. In a push to have our members use the app at our events, we have limited the information we provide on our event website and are putting the bulk of the information on Clowder.

**What do you like best about Clowder?**

We were with a different app provider back in 2019-2022 and it wasn't a great experience. We had some hiccups during our event, and I couldn't get in contact with any of their support people. After switching to Clowder in 2023, it has been fantastic! The app is beautiful and easy to use. We love that it's an evergreen product so our users can stay connected year-round. If we have had any questions, or need to be shown how to use a feature again, Caitlin is always quick to respond. We have been very happy with our experience using Clowder.

**What do you dislike about Clowder?**

We get the most activity from our users during our national conference in July. There have been a few things with the event feature that could be improved, like an interactive map or the ability to add your own events to your schedule. Because of the way their developers operate on a 2 week cycle, it can sometimes take a while for issues to be fixed.

**What problems is Clowder solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has become a space for our members to connect with other members. We do promote it a lot specifically for our annual conference because we can share a lot about the event there. We also encourage posting through out the rest of the year as a space for sharing and networking.

**What do you like best about Clowder?**

Clowder was an application we thought about using for our conference, but we required an extra element of customization which we were not able to implement with Clowder, however the process of setting up the integration was smooth and they provided customer support.

**What do you dislike about Clowder?**

with our company information and requirements, Clowder was not suitable for us, however if you have a simple product that you would like to build a community around, this could be the right app for you as there are a number of features available.

Thank Zilah's fantastic customer support and step-by-step instructions have been invaluable in helping me navigate the application smoothly and easy to use—ease of Implementation. We use Clowder several times a week. I like Clowder futures that, especially survey options. Thanks to the fact that your software is simple to integrate, it integrates easily into existing workflows.

would be great if survey futures could be more extended e.g. more complex than just yes or no answers

The support and dedicated Client Advisor have been valuable in launching and growing the use of our App. Really like how easy it is to use - both as an administrator and a user.
