I use Graduway to manage engagement with current scholars, their mentors, and program alumni. I really appreciate how it allows me to automate and centralize communications without needing to send out individual emails, and it provides a central directory for everyone involved in the scholarship program. When I schedule events, I cannot send out event reminders. That makes it difficult for me to remind guests to RSVP or to attend. I would love the functionality to automatically resend event invitations leading up to the event. This platform offers an excellent way to network. I find it very intuitive and easy to navigate, even for someone like me who considers themselves a more "mature" user and doesn't always find technology straightforward. As the company grows they're a little less responsive to requests for changes unless many organizations are asking them. When they were new we had a pretty quick turnaround getting details added to reports and new functions to make admin use easier, but now, as they manage more clients, the queue is long and you need more people requesting the same update to push it ahead. We have been utilizing Graduway's GradAdvance product since the inception of our day of giving four years ago. We chose them over other products because of the high level of customization and branding available. Rather than being fund-driven like many giving days, we typically raise unrestricted dollars and needed to find ways to gamify the day around affinities/relationship to the university. Graduway was the only platform that allowed us to utilize leaderboards/challenges/etc. in this way. Additionally, we liked the idea of paying a flat fee and knowing how to plan versus paying based on how much we raise through the platform - and thank goodness we went this route versus another product because we ended up raising much more than we anticipated. Now that we've partnered on various projects, I can also confidently say that the level of customer service is outstanding. We have found a true partnership. The team at Graduway goes out of their way not just to make our dreams a reality, but also to provide insight and best practices into what may work well for us and new ideas to try. I think the social sharing tools in the GradAdvance product could use some work. It is difficult for donors/constituents to understand the entire login process in order to share through the tools. Rather than confuse them, we end up bypassing these tools altogether and simply utilizing personalized URLs for ambassador outreach and tracking. This works well for us, but I wish it was easier to track social ambassador success - both as an institution and for the donors/ambassadors themselves.
