"Outstanding Community and Support That Truly Empower Creators"
What do you like best about Swarm?

Besides being a community, coaching, course platform that is one of a kind, the support and user community is outstanding. They walk their talk and have created a space for founders, creators, and more to collaborate, learn, grow, and support each other. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Swarm?

There is little I don't like about Swarm. After trying many other products, there is nothing much to complain about. That being said, they make a lot of updates often, based on user experience and requests. If you don't want a product that grows alongside you, keeping up with updates may be frustrating. However, the communication and support with each update has made it easy for me to keep up, and I feel heard and supported as they try to meet the needs of as many users as they can. "The Video-Powered Community Platform That Transforms Online Engagement"
What do you like best about Swarm?

- The unique 1:1 spaces feature enables personalized, asynchronous coaching - members only see their interactions with you, making it perfect for individual support

- Incredibly intuitive interface - participants find it easy to navigate without getting overwhelmed

- Video-first approach creates genuine connection while maintaining flexibility (no need for constant live presence)

- White label option with branded mobile apps (UK-based, which is great for European businesses)

- Integrated course module that seamlessly blends with the community experience

- Clean, professional design that doesn't sacrifice functionality

- After trying Facebook (declining engagement), Skool (group-only limitations), Mighty Networks and Circle (both too overwhelming), Swarm emerged as the clear winner by offering the perfect balance of features and simplicity

- Customer support is really quick and flexible. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Swarm?

There is nothing really I do not like yet.

As a newer platform in the market, some advanced integrations might still be in development but they are very quick in responding to issues or queries.

And they recently launched a course feature which I am still testing, so still exploring its full capabilities so I haven't included that in my review Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Swarm is a differentiator for my coaching business"
What do you like best about Swarm?

- Ability to communicate asynchronously with clients outside of live coaching sessions

- Flexibility of communicating via video, audio, text, screenshare, etc.

- Ability to create DMs with clients, both 1:1 for individual clients and 1:2 for couples, where both spouses have access to the conversation

- Ability to create topic-specific channels/hubs for community engagement Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Swarm?

- There is a bit of a learning curve for new clients, and the built-in onboarding could be better so that they understand how to use the platform without intervention from me

- The lack of a native mobile app is a limitation; the use of a progressive web app helps, but that is unfamiliar for many clients Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"An Unmatched Tool for Client Engagement & Coaching"
What do you like best about Swarm?

Swarm.to has completely transformed how I engage with my clients. As a coach, one of the biggest challenges is balancing ongoing client support while maintaining clear, professional boundaries. Many clients I’ve already consulted with still need additional guidance, and instead of awkwardly ignoring messages or offering disjointed email support, I now have a structured, effective way to provide ongoing coaching—while ensuring my time and expertise are valued.

This platform allows me to monetize client engagement seamlessly, offering a dedicated space where clients can access my guidance without the inefficiency of scattered texts or emails. The fact that it’s web-based is a game-changer—it bypasses app store fees, keeping costs low while delivering a premium experience. I’ve searched everywhere for similar software, and nothing else offers this level of functionality at this price point.

But beyond the software itself, the absolute best part of Swarm.to is the team behind it. The founders and developers are incredibly responsive, kind, and truly care about improving the platform. They not only helped me tailor the tool to my needs, but they’ve also implemented entirely new global features based on my feedback. In a world where most SaaS companies feel faceless and rigid, Swarm.to stands out as a business built by real people who listen and innovate.

If you need a powerful, cost-effective solution for client and community engagement—and you want to support hardworking small business owners who actually care—Swarm.to is hands down the best choice. Highly recommended! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Swarm?

There’s nothing I truly dislike about Swarm.to, but if I had to mention one minor challenge, it would be that some of my clients, especially those over 45, find it a bit confusing to install the app since they are used to downloading everything from the Apple Store. Because Swarm.to is web-based, it requires a different setup, which can create a small learning curve for less tech-savvy users.

That said, I actually prefer this setup over having the app in the App Store, because it means I can bypass unnecessary fees and keep my pricing reasonable. If anything, I’m the one who needs to put in place a more structured onboarding process on my end to help my clients get set up smoothly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great Customer Service and Platform"
What do you like best about Swarm?

The customer service and constant improvements are what I like best. It feels like I'm part of the Swarm community. The technology is so helpful. I needed a community platform with spaces and video capability. Swarm has it, along with the ability to have a mobile app for my subscribers. It has everything I need and the Swarm community feels like I'm well supported in creating my business which is just launching. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Swarm?

Not anything I can think of. If there's a technical issue or one of the new features has something that doesn't function well, the developers are on it right away. This is what I've observed with everyone in the community. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Top Rate Customer Service and Platform"
What do you like best about Swarm?

The best thing about Swarm is its customer service and video capability. It’s always refining and improving its features. They don’t add too much too fast, but are very responsive and attuned to user’s needs. I feel at home building my business there from the ground up. Their community helps entrepreneurs to build their own community by hosting discussions with coaches and mentors. I feel very confident in Swarm and its creators. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Swarm?

So far, I don’t have a downside other than occasional questions about a new feature that may need some changes. They are always responsive with making sure things are refined for everyone I’ve seen in the community, including myself. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy to create a online community area that is video-centric!"
What do you like best about Swarm?

I like the creator templates to help me create a Hub faster. I also like the video tools and the fact that support is fast and responsive. Swarm is listening to feedback and rolling out new features regularly. I like the ability to quickly setup recurring billing options for some of my Hubs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Swarm?

I'm still waiting on their course feature to be released. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great platform for a feeling of community connectedness"
What do you like best about Swarm?

I like that it is video first and there is a lot of flexibility in setting up the spaces and hubs. There are also a lot of features, and the team are adding new ones all the time, that help with navigation of the spaces and hubs.

The Swarm team are brilliant at getting back to you quickly if you have any issues. Their support is really good.

The Hive, a community for swarm users, is also excellent and helpful for tips and tricks and feeling connected.

They are also open to suggestions from their Hive community for improvements. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Swarm?

I wouldn't say I dislike any features in Swarm but would hope they make the following feature improvements

- scheduling posts

- ordering of posts within a hub

- no default limit on number of users per space

- allowing users to use standard emoji sets for reactions to posts

- allow more default platform colours

- faster refresh and load rates

- video post editing (at least start and end trims) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love the built in options for video, audio, or text messaging. The overall format is clean and easy to use. Support is amazing and super responsive. Very happy so far! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Swarm?

Functionally and options are somewhat limited, but I can see how quickly this platform is growing and how dedicated the team is. I know it will only get better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
