What do you like best about Hivebrite?

Lovely design and lots of easy to use features. Our users have barely accessed the how-to guides we developed because it's all very intuitive. In the backoffice, you're able to customise a good amount and the new analytics dashboards are really helpful. We also feel well supported by our account manager. What do you dislike about Hivebrite?

The downside to any big platform with lots of clients is that they can't implement every request from clients, particularly ones that may be niche. It can be frustrating not knowing whether a request that's deemed feedback will be actioned or not. With that said, when we identified that one of the standard features of the mobile app would be very problematic for us because of how we've structured our groups, Hivebrite recognised the impact of this and developed a patch just for us, which we were thrilled about. What do you like best about Hivebrite?

I like that the user experience of Hivebrite is intuitive and similar to other platforms. It recently incorporated new tools that might be useful in the near future. The synced Zoom registry recently added will allow us to track which members attend most events and which register to participate and then don't show up. I would recommend Hivebrite's customer support, I'd give it a 10, and Xavier, our Manager of Customer Success, also gets a 10. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Hivebrite?

The backoffice could be simpler and hold, for example, the 'Community - Users' settings next to the 'Settings and Administration - User settings' menu. The same happens with the navigation settings' sub-tags, which are confusing and force you to come back and forth. The statistics are also disseminated across different spaces and it would be good to be able to manage them altogether (currently you need to use the users filters to extract those missing in the 'Analytics' section). The first phase was complicated, took longer than expected and we soon realized that many things that were promised during the sales phase weren't actually possible. This was reverted later with our Manager of Customer Success and the technical support team providing different shortcuts to help us do what we had in mind. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Hivebrite?

I like that Hivebrite is easy to handle, with a nice interface that's also user-friendly in the back office. It offers a lot of options to tweak, and I appreciate how there are always new releases and options popping up, which keeps the platform constantly growing with new possibilities. The support is great, and I have regular meetings with them every second or third month, where they really take care of their customers. They keep engaging us and push us to work with the platform and improve how we use it. I find the initial setup to be quite easy and intuitive, as you don't need special IT training, which is something I really appreciate. I like the versatility and sophistication of Hivebrite while maintaining predominantly intuitive use. The various modules offer a comprehensive and visually appealing representation of the respective purposes, whether it be news, events, and custom pages, as well as interactive features like posts, forums, or member directories. The structured presentation helps users to navigate well, even if they belong to multiple sub-communities and switch between them. What do you like best about Hivebrite?

The biggest challenges we've faced are 1) integration with Salesforce, which has not been as smooth and reliable as we need, and 2) because it Hivebrite is not an event specific platform, while it can do most of what we need, there are some limitations in its functionality. What do you like best about Hivebrite?

We custom built a community platform eight years ago when there was nothing on the market to meet our needs. We have now migrated to Hivebrite, which provides us with the same (but better!) features and functions, plus a lot more. The migration to Hivebrite was straightforward and the support we received, and continue to receive, has been excellent. What do you like best about Hivebrite?

Everything! It was so easy to build our platform in Hivebrite. They've truly built a product designed for community engagement and success. The Hivebrite team is so helpful and attentive to their client's needs and platform vision. Brittaney Shade was amazing and very considerate of our vision when setting up our account and Albert Choute was the best person to lead our onboarding program, giving us step by step guidance and exceptional solutions to every obstacle that came up. It's obvious that they really do care about making elevated online engagement experiences for all of their clients. My team and I use our Hivebrite platform everyday to add more content, communicate in the direct message feature, and build the best experience for our members. It was also really easy to integrate external forms from our main website and to implement various features within the platform. Thank you for making our experience memorable and stress-free! What do you dislike about Hivebrite?

If there were one area of improvement, is that there are some site formatting challenges when using our font on the site. We've encountered formatting issues on the menu bar and in certain text boxes while using our brand font, but once I raised this concern, Albert Choute communicated our concern to the software development team and they immediately started working on finding a solution.
