I don´t like that I don´t have worksheets in all my classes like in secondary, it´s only available in DP section. Also, I´m still waiting that in DP Library they add Spanish A language and literature with practice questions and samples of paper 1 and paper 2 mock papers. The primary drawback is the inability for classroom teachers to update student contact information. Because we have to wait for the administrative team or office secretaries to make these changes, there can be a delay in reaching parents when a number changes. The platform solves the problem of 'scattered information' by putting student attendance, grades, and contact info on one card. This benefits me by allowing me to see exactly how a student is performing before I pick up the phone. I will say a lot of my initial gripes have been addressed over the three years we have been using Absorb. I did feel that the layout of their courses was pretty limited but they have addressed that with their block page feature and branching to create some more engaging content.

I also felt like there was a drop off in customer support from the initial sales/onboarding team to who ended up being our account team. It felt like, 'welp, we made the sale, so we don't care as much.' However, we had a team switch up about a year ago and have been very happy. Our Learning & Development team is very lean. For years it was just me. Now we have grown to two people. So, add-ons like Amplify, their course library, have been a great solution to when we need to get a training to someone quickly, but we don't have the bandwidth to create a custom course from scratch.

They could streamline the experience a little bit better for the user. - Parents and staff are able to contact others using the Direct Message tool without us giving anyone access to private contact information.

- We can capture parent requests, collect input, etc, using forms and the response report automatically contains student IDs so we don't need to worry about matching orders/feedback to families.

- Sending reminders to parents who have not responded is just two (2) clicks!

- With AutoNotices, we can write personalized letters so parents know exactly which student we're addressing.

- Delivery reports allow us to go back to a message and verify if a parent received a message or not. And if they did not, we can root out the 'why'.

It took me a while to feel comfortable with the platform, mainly because there are quite a few modules and settings to navigate. I also noticed that some of the customization options seem better suited to users with more technical experience. From a pricing standpoint, I think the overall value really depends on how many features an organization actually needs, so it’s worth reviewing the available options carefully before committing. My overall experience with OpenEduCat has been positive. I appreciate having student information and key administrative processes connected in one place, rather than having to rely on several separate systems. After I got familiar with the main workflows, it became much easier to navigate the platform and manage the information I needed. It’s not something I’d expect someone to master right away, but its flexibility and broad range of features make it a practical option for organizations that want to bring more of their education management processes into a single system. The connection with TUIO makes us feel comfortable. iClicker is an educational software so I don't couch it as a 'business' solution - however it both motivates students to participate in class, it eases data collection of participation, it provides value in terms of learning outcomes and it facilitates instructors engaging in active learning. We found that implementing the core functionality of One to One Plus was quick and straightforward, getting us up and running right away. However, to truly maximize its power and align it perfectly with our unique operational needs, the fine-tuning and customization phase required a little more time and detailed effort. Honestly, there is very little that I dislike about DreamClass. Like any software, there have been times when I needed help figuring out how to accomplish something, but that has never really become a negative because their support team responds so quickly and gets me pointed in the right direction.

If I had to identify one area, I would simply say that there are always opportunities to continue adding features and customization as schools have different needs. However, DreamClass continues to improve, and their willingness to listen and help has made our experience overwhelmingly positive. I can genuinely say that I have no major complaints. When we first started using DreamClass, I honestly expected that we would only use one or two of its features. As I learned the program and discovered everything it was capable of doing, that completely changed. Today, we utilize almost every aspect of the platform.

DreamClass has helped us bring so many different areas of school administration together into one system. Instead of using separate programs or processes for student information, attendance, grades, report cards, billing, payments, admissions, and other administrative tasks, we are able to manage almost everything through DreamClass.

The biggest benefit has been efficiency. The more I have learned the program, the more ways I have found for DreamClass to simplify what we do at Heritage Baptist Christian School. And whenever I have wanted to do something but wasn’t sure how, their support team has been excellent at showing me how to make it work.

I don’t have any serious issues with Kallidus Learn. Occasionally, there are minor glitches that may slow down the online course learning process, but otherwise everything is good with Kallidus. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Kallidus Learn serves several challenges like learning management and corporate training. It solves the problem of employee engagement, content management, and training accessibility, providing flexible and intuitive learning to streamline the training process for improving compliance tracking. A centralized location of assignment dissemination and grading is the biggest benefit to me. Also it is a safe place for communication and discussion between students and educators. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Classlink made a recent change to their workflows for Partners such as Everfi that limits the ability to assist educators with basic classroom needs, such as investigating missing students, setting up initial integrations with the Everfi app, and troubleshooting daily Classlink sync issues. Classlink forces partners, such as Everfi, to gain district approval to view rostered servers. This makes working with Classlink-enabled K-12 educators at a major disadvantage and interrupts daily classroom routines, often blocking classroom access for several hours or days. Some things are still a bit rigid. For example, I can't change the background color of a course. Another point is that it's also not possible to randomize all the questions in a quiz at once. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

In the questionnaire section, I remember there was a button for the student to be directed to the evaluation. I really liked the update: now the questionnaire appears in a much better way for the student, and the visualization has improved a lot.

The main sticking point for us as a UK school is the lack of European servers. Data processing currently happens outside the EU/UK, which adds complexity to our GDPR compliance paperwork and data processing agreements. It's manageable, but European server infrastructure would make things significantly simpler for schools in this region and remove a barrier for others considering adopting it.
