I don´t like that I don´t have worksheets in all my classes like in secondary, it´s only available in DP section. Also, I´m still waiting that in DP Library they add Spanish A language and literature with practice questions and samples of paper 1 and paper 2 mock papers. The primary drawback is the inability for classroom teachers to update student contact information. Because we have to wait for the administrative team or office secretaries to make these changes, there can be a delay in reaching parents when a number changes. The platform solves the problem of 'scattered information' by putting student attendance, grades, and contact info on one card. This benefits me by allowing me to see exactly how a student is performing before I pick up the phone. Honestly, we've struggled to find anything major to fault. If anything, the platform is so feature-rich that there's a bit of a learning curve at first while you explore everything it can do, but the onboarding support and Absorb Academy has made that easy to work through. We needed a single platform that could serve multiple clients under their own self-contained experience, while still giving us central oversight. Absorb's Department multitenancy solves that. Beyond that, it's solved the problem of customer self-sufficiency, our clients can manage their own users and courses and pull their own reports instead of coming to us for everything. And the reporting capability means we're no longer guessing whether a customer's users are engaging with training; we can see it, both proactively during onboarding and reactively when a customer needs extra support. So many problems! It's solving the biggest issue: communication. Announcements are right at the top, if you set up your class that way. You can schedule your classes to publish which alleviates the time you have t do that. You can have a collaborative calendar and a to do list so it reminds you of assignments coming up which aleviates the excuse of "I didn't know when it was due." They could streamline the experience a little bit better for the user. A lot of the classes look similar when scrolling through and maybe they could separate them to look a little bit different each. the schedules can all look the same as opposed to making them look a little different so that you know that you're scheduling a summer session versus spring session Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

OpenEduCat brings many of the day-to-day processes involved in education management into a single environment. The student information system is especially useful for keeping academic histories, attendance records, and student details easy to access, and the course and curriculum tools help administrators organize classes and academic schedules more efficiently. iClicker is an educational software so I don't couch it as a 'business' solution - however it both motivates students to participate in class, it eases data collection of participation, it provides value in terms of learning outcomes and it facilitates instructors engaging in active learning. It’s hard to find time for training, but CustomGuide makes it simple and flexible. We can build important skills for our jobs and explore new topics we’re interested in. In the questionnaire section, I remember there was a button for the student to be directed to the evaluation. I really liked the update: now the questionnaire appears in a much better way for the student, and the visualization has improved a lot.

I have been able to run all registrations for our wellbeing and inclusion focused events through Kallidus which has helped me to process RSVPs and dietary requirements. There is a better record of attendance and delegates can review the events they have attended. Running these events through Kallidus has also given them a Learning & Development status which is helping with uptake as people see them as more formal opportunities to grow and improve. Classlink made a recent change to their workflows for Partners such as Everfi that limits the ability to assist educators with basic classroom needs, such as investigating missing students, setting up initial integrations with the Everfi app, and troubleshooting daily Classlink sync issues. Classlink forces partners, such as Everfi, to gain district approval to view rostered servers. This makes working with Classlink-enabled K-12 educators at a major disadvantage and interrupts daily classroom routines, often blocking classroom access for several hours or days. While the platform is comprehensive, the reporting functionality could be more advanced. We sometimes find it challenging to extract specific data or metrics on learner performance without manual workarounds. Google Classroom solves school disorganization for me, centralizes communication, and keeps due dates clear. It is easy to use, allows monitoring of assignments and grades at any time, and integrates well with Google Drive and the calendar to manage materials without overloading the phone. My onboarding manager was excellent and taught me a lot in our 3 calls. However, there is a steep learning curve for my level of tech knowledge and so I wish there was an option to speak with a Playground support person on the phone versus only via AI chat or email with a person. That is helpful to a degree, but when I am "in the weeds" with an issue and have exhausted looking for answers in their articles, chats, etc, it feels like it would be more efficient to have a phone call to answer questions.
