"Reliable for Meetings, But User Capacity is a Limitation"
What do you like best about Zoom Rooms?

I have been using Zoom Rooms for a long time, ever since my university days, primarily for group assignments, interviews, and online classes during my Master’s program. I appreciate that setting up Zoom Rooms is not difficult at all; it’s very direct and to the point. During the COVID period, Zoom Rooms have been invaluable, allowing me to connect with friends, supervisors, and work from home effectively. I find the feature that allows you to mute and unmute very useful, especially in situations where there might be background noise or disruptions. This capability is crucial when I am in transit or in a noisy environment, as it prevents disturbances to others on the call. I also value the ability to have long conversations and see each other during calls, which has been important for maintaining a sense of connectivity. Overall, the ease of use and effective communication features are what make Zoom Rooms favorable for my continued use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zoom Rooms?

I find the participant limit in Zoom Rooms restrictive as it doesn't accommodate a large number of users at once, which can be limiting during larger meetings. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
