# How do I make sure that 3rd party software (go to meetings, teams) are working correctly?

Since we have just started Zoom many of my customers still have metings setup in other clients. We want to be able to support them until they are completely comfortable with Zoom.

Hi Christopher
The Third party provider requires an interop licence if you are looking to join those meetings from the Zoom Room. Basically the GoToMeeting/Skype FB meeting needs to have a SIP address that the Zoom Room can pick up and join via the SIP connector. You also need to turn on this Third Party Service inside your Zoom portal.
