What do you like best about Waitwhile?

The end user experience was great for what we needed to use this product for. It was easy to use for guests, and we were able to get the information and communicate with them as needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Waitwhile?

Setting up was a little difficult to navigate through. Customization and different lists were a little confusing at times. Also when we needed to update, it was not intuitive on where you needed to go to make changes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Waitwhile?

Waitwhile is simple to use on both ends, and allows us to collect the information we need to handle Adoption Browsing appointments appropriately. I especially like communicating directly with people on the wait list - we can send them applications and information while they wait to enter the building, which makes us more efficient!
