"Honestly, an indispensable tool for any small business or artisan hobbyist with high demand."
What do you like best about Waitwhile?

I use Waitwhile for both customers in the USA and customers from over 35 other countries so far. I love the transparency of the Waitwhile waitlist. Any customer can see where they are on the list with so many options like automatic notifications, both SMS and email. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Waitwhile?

There is a learning curve to find some of the features. But the help is super responsive whenever you get stuck. Sometimes within minutes, you can get answers. Most features are pretty straightforward. Heck, I only use a small portion of the features they provide me. I figure there is no reason to use a feature that I don't need. What do you like best about Waitwhile?

Wait while is a great program for triaging your clients for the day. It not only allows the customers a look into what to expect when visiting but it organizes and allows movement throughout a busy schedule allowing for an inside look at time management and optimization of all tasks surrounding the day. What do you dislike about Waitwhile?

Occasionally there are glitches that make it look like your appointments have not been completed and they duplicate or stick around after service . But it's few and far between . Which can mess with the time stamps showing how long your appointments range Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Waitwhile has been an excellent tool for us as we expand our e-commerce service offering. I enjoy that the tool is updated regularly based on our feedback and our business needs. The round tables have been great for providing feedback on what additional functionality our business needs, and it is refreshing to see this feedback put into action. What do you like best about Waitwhile?

I enjoyed the fact that it was very easy to set up. Not only was it user friendly, but they did allocate time to give me a quick demo of how to go over WaitWhile. A brilliant initiative was that they partnered with some of the malls and that's how we came across this service. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Waitwhile?

There could have been a way for us to allocate multiple emails onto a single mega account. IE: Having a Lacoste Waitwhile master account and allowed access to separate portions of the service for 17 stores lets say. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
