What do you like best about Waitwhile?

Waitwhile has been super helpful for me. Trying to navigate various locations with differing schedules and needs, I've been able to find a way to make it work in all my situations. When I have a problem or something isn't working right, their customer service has always been on it and very responsive. They are continuously improving things to make it work even better in ways I didn't even know I needed! Did I mention their customer service? So helpful, 20/10 in today's world! What do you dislike about Waitwhile?

There are a lot of features so it really takes some delving in and playing around to figure out what's what and make it work for my situation, but I'm a business analyst so that's what I do anyways! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Easy setup with a great UI/UX interface. Our company had it setup and running in less than 30 minutes. We use it for our warehouse pickup que. Works just like pick ups at big chains like Ikea. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Waitwhile?

It reminds both me, my colleagues and my customers all at the same time about scheduled appointments that I have. Also, if someone is trying to make an appointment, they are able to see my available appointment times without a phone call or email. So easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Waitwhile?

Having waitwhile is like the number system at the deli department back in the day but its better. We can send sms messages to families. Having the families put in their name and students name makes it easier to prepare before servicing them. You always have a running client list. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Waitwhile?

I work at a University, and we started using waitwhite to better manage our student drop-in appointments. From day one, we all loved it. It's seamless, very user friendly, has easy to scan QR codes for the students to use, and we can place a number of different services in the Waitwhile system for our students to have access to. We easily get ahold of students via text when it's time for their appointment, and the waitlists has access hours! It's a dream. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Waitwhile?

We paid for the service, and we can only have 4 "locations" max. We would love to be able to have more than 4 locations, and not have to pay a huge amount of money for that option. We are a government funded University, and things are not always easy to purchase for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
