It is super user-friendly and a great tool to collect data on customers and salespersons' responses. It is also visually well-designed. Ihave now been using it for a long time, and it makes day to day business operation really smooth. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Waitwhile?

It makes it easy for clients to make appointments online. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Waitwhile?

We have a department with multiple programs and staff, however we have a generalist service model. We currently have it set up to make appointments by program, but there is no sublist to select a specific counselor for their appointment if desired by the client. Problem noted by clients, we already saw this counselor and when we return want to make an appointment with that counselor. When appointments are made to double booked a particular period of time, there is no specific reason, just another for the same program. We want the client to have the option to select a specific program manager, an email sent to the program manager to accept or offer alternate openings in the schedule to assist. What do you like best about Waitwhile?

It is a easy way to organize the customers we have to deal with. Very Easy to Use and Implement. We use it everyday to Organize the customer base. It is also easy to maintain, and setup, the features included allows us to see and scope the amount of customers that visits during the day so we can properly staff the sales floor. It is a great tool for us to better support our customers. and help them quickly with their own needs.

We can easily integrate the program into our own use, as it is a web based link and browsers allow for easy installation fo the app version. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Waitwhile?

Because we use other programs systems for our bookings, we are not able to fully use the entire functions of waitwhile. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
