What do you like best about Waitwhile?

The implementation of waitwhhile was easy to start, easy to navigate and easy to comprehend the features. Waitwhile is great because I am able to keep it open and see who is waiting in our lobby and helps us to ensure that our members are being helped in a timely and efficient mannner. I am also able to filter the waitlist so I may see who is waiting for my department. It is also very easy to add members to other departments for further assistance. I use the application daily for work to assist members and to help my coworkers when there is a line. Customer support is available and useful when we are notified through email that someone cancelled their visit. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Waitwhile?

Waitwhiles platform had a learning curve but once you work with it for a bit, it truly is simple and perfect for an event booking tool. Their customer service is SUPER helpful as well. 10/10 would use Waitwhile again.

Implementation was a breeze and their features are never ending which enables you to customize the experience. It was easy to integrate into our program and I did not recieve and complaints or problems while from attendees. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Waitwhile?

I wouldn't say I dislike anything specifically, but it was a bit challenging to figure out. The help center is useful and their live chat got me through it! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

UPDATE: The entire Waitwhile team is AWESOME! They are so attentive to our needs and very quick to respond with help when needed! I can't say enough on how wonderful they are!!

Waitwhile was easy to implement and even easier to use. It helps us manage our client visits. Also, Tech Support is EXCELLENT. Shelly Lewis has been very instrumental in helping us set up Waitwhile and create precisely the correct workflow. All the Techs (Phillip, Rocio, Lindsey) I have dealt with have been great. What do you like best about Waitwhile?

I'm able to track when our animals are being seen by potential adopters and if they've been adopted or passed on. I also like that I can tell callers if an animal they want to meet is already being seen by a different adopter...or if they've just been adopted. Overall very helpful with my job.

What do you like best about Waitwhile?

Very efficient, highly customizable, whenever I have a question the chat responds very quickly and solves my problem. We use it during busy days, since we are seasonal, it is easy to adjust our subscription type. Easy for all employees who need to work with the system. We do not use the queue system for our needs, but it could really be easy and practical for other businesses. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Waitwhile?

The product is so customizable that it can be easy to get lost in its many functions. The help from support was essential to successfully select our needs. However, the service responded very well to our questions. The French translations are sometimes awkward, but fortunately for the client interface, the company can customize the text to display.
