What do you like best about Waitwhile?

I would have to mention line reduction. We are still trying to work out how to still use when there are multiple flight cancellations. The Queue manager sometimes becomes overwhelmed when customers are refusing to scan QR code and wait in another area until they receive a notification. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Waitwhile?

I really think we need a dedicated area where customers can go and wait until they receive their notification to be helped by an agent. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Being able to see my location and others that I work sometimes has been a true time saver. It's super easy to navigate and for me most importantly IT WORKS Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Waitwhile?

WaitWhile eliminates client build up in our lobby. Instead of waiting to be seen in the lobby, the client can wait in the luxury of their own home until it's there turn to be seen. Working in an animal hospital this is ideal! This prevents stressing the pets out and the owners as they wait at home instead of trying to keep there animals contained in a strange enviroment. Waitwhile is very simple to use, and it makes our rush moments way stressless. It's a great tool to keep things organized, and to manage large amounts of people fast. What do you dislike about Waitwhile?

Overall, Waitwhile is great; so far I've just found a minor issue while using it. Usually, when we use the bell to notify clients, at least 2 notifications or messages are sent on their own to other clients waiting. Nothing we can't manage. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
