The SMS marketing feature is also great, as it can collaborate with multiple global operators and segment messages based on customer situations to send targeted SMS, attracting customers. UniSender's pop-up forms allow me to easily capture potential customer information, helping me accumulate potential customer resources. Performance monitoring is also very important, and UniSender provides detailed data analysis, such as email open rates and click-through rates, enabling me to adjust strategies in a timely manner to enhance campaign effectiveness. Additionally, in terms of customer information management, UniSender helps me organize customer information neatly, classify it according to different standards for targeted marketing, and improve customer satisfaction and loyalty. **What do you dislike about UniSender?** UniSender's current automation rule settings are relatively limited. It is quite difficult to set up automated emails triggered by multiple complex conditions, such as when a customer has both viewed a specific product page multiple times within a certain period and added items to the cart but did not complete the purchase in another period. The management system has bad UX: really hard to figure out how to do the easiest things, which can be done easily on other platforms.
