Flodesk is super easy to use. It has beautiful templates which make it really easy to create beautiful emails, but it also has a very simple and straightforward UI. It connects with a bunch of other platforms (Canva, Bookfunnel, Wix/Squarespace) which makes life super easy. It's ridiculously great value for money when you look at what other ESPs are charging for less and they have something akin to a suggestions box where you can describe features you'd like to see. You can browse what other people have suggested and vote for those ideas too, and they keep the list updated with which features they’re planning to introduce. Where I think they really stand apart from other ESPs I've used in the past is their customer service. I had some ongoing issues with my (UK) bank not issuing the payment and they were just super responsive and helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I don't so much dislike it, but I'd like to be able to resize my images within the email and have the text flow around. That said, they have great template blocks that do this with static images, just not with gifs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
