I previously used MailChimp and was tired of the archaic interface. Sender has a layout that lends itself to start using even with little experience. The drop and drag interface allowed more creativity, but sped up the process saving me time and frustration. The layout of features is also very user friendly, which again saves time. A bonus is being able to preview both the desktop and mobile versions at once and I have not experienced any lag time while creating, saving or sending.

As a new Sender user, I did have a few questions and one issue to be resolved regarding an empty container that I couldn't remove, so I used the live chat. Lucas was outstanding in response time, knowledge and was extremely polite. I wish I could have Lucas as my dedicated support person for everything! I feel like this support option is one of the standout features that sets Sender apart from other platforms and it is a great value for the money.
