What do you like best about Perk?

I like that all of our employees can use this app to book their flights and it's on one platform. I like that the receipts and invoices are consolidated and automatically provided to us so they don't have to track their receipts and submit it to a third-party platform, where we reconcile it ourselves. Perhaps most importantly, I like the ongoing personal customer support from Ainsley K. that makes a huge difference in my experience with Perk because I'm not just dealing with a computer; I'm dealing with a person. What do you dislike about Perk?

I know that we're running into some trouble with not every invoice flowing through with our integration with divvy spend and expense or bill.com as it's called. So there have been some technical issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Perk?

The perk platform is incredibly user-friendly, which makes navigating and trouble-shooting very seamless in my experience and that of my colleagues. Our account manager Maggie Penkoff has been a wonderful help and is has been able to assist myself and our companies travelers with all of our needs, keeping us informed and prepared for our bookings. What do you like best about Perk?

Perk has been extremely helpful for managing our team's travel. It removed the need for a travel admin. I like that Perk will monitor and ensure compliance without constant oversight from managers.

What do you like best about Perk?

It has been a pleasure working with Morgan Riley from day 1 as she made sure the transition from our old account manager was very easy and seamless. Morgan has been great at finding answers to our many questions quickly and she has been very proactive by always updating us on any new changes or features to Travelperk so we don't miss a thing! What do you like best about Perk?

Easy to navigate booking platform, convenient reporting and management settings, different payment methods available. And we really benefit from the FlexiTravel (FlexiPerk) option that saved us a lot of money and which is not available at some other popular platforms.

The level of attentiveness and responsiveness has been consistently high, and I always feel confident that any request or concern will be addressed in a timely and professional manner. What do you dislike about Perk?

Some of our employees faced issues with the support team (long waiting times). These issues tend to be more noticeable when dealing with more complex itineraries.

Booking trains might be challenging and the prices are sometimes much higher than booking directly with the railways.

What do you like best about Perk?

When we started to use the product we made a discovery across multiple products.

We evaluated the user journey.

We have user with different mother tongue languages (Italian, German, Japanese, English)

Travelperk gives us the ability of different people to reserve their travel itinerary without friction in the same flow they have when they reserve travel for personal use in the major travel apps.

Finally no more worries about correct cast attribution, and out-of-policy travels.
