The Perk support team has also been fantastic to work with: consistently prompt, professional, and thoughtful in their approach. At times there can be a slight delay between airline systems and the platform syncing reservation details. Because of this, we occasionally confirm booking information directly through the airline’s app first to ensure everything is reflected correctly.
