I’ve worked with Insider One, so I’ll share my quick take. What made us choose it was how tightly it connects customer journey mapping with real behavioral analytics not just using visual flows, but actual data behind user actions.
Setup was pretty smooth overall, especially with common integrations, though the platform is quite feature-rich, so there’s a bit of a learning curve at the start. The biggest win for us was being able to spot drop-off points quickly and optimize campaigns based on real insights.
Haven’t personally used MoEngage or WebEngage in depth, but they look solid as well. I’d say it really comes down to how advanced you want your analytics and how much customization your team needs.
