What do you like best about Creovai?

This platform is exceptionally clean and easy to use. The programmer—at least, I believe that's her role—works closely with us to address any issues we encounter. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Creovai?

I frequently find myself turning to other programs to create the reports I need, since this one does not completely address the KPIs that matter most to our team. Dashboards are supposed to be easy to set up, however if I do not have the program rep next to me, I cannot figure it out on my own. What do you like best about Creovai?

I like the graphing option in the filters section to slice and dice the filtered data per my need. This feature helps me quickly visualize the data without the need of extract in csv format and use excel graphs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Creovai?

1. For testing the categories' scripts, there is no option to select the date range. Adding this feature will give the users more control to do the category accuracy and validation steps. Current validation is limited to only common phrases taking hits no the actual interactions.

2. Sequential categories don't work as expected. The output is hit or miss. It's inconsistent. Adding categories in the scripts should also be allowed for category building. It will allow user to use the existing categories and build on top of it. Currently, user has to copy the scripts from the pre-existing categories and also it doesn't have much control over it, example: before after, near operators. I found it challenging to look for specific phone calls from previous days and weeks. The search functionality in identifying calls needs improvement. The current setup makes it cumbersome to find records quickly because the way calls are formatted is not intuitive. It would be much better if calls were organized by my client's name, their company, and the exact date and time of the interaction. This would streamline the process and improve efficiency. What do you like best about Creovai?

Creovai is easy to use as a user (my calls get recorded and I review them). I'd say I like how it is customizable (my company uses a lot of folders and custom dashboards/reports) and it is data centric. We can really search for calls and customize what kind of call we want to search for with filters which makes it very helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Creovai?

I think the platform could use a little more simple navigation or different icons or fun way to look at the different areas within the platform. For example: when I want to explore Creovai as a user who's calls are recorded, it's very data heavy and makes me not want to read through everything. It would also be nice to see an easier way to favorite my calls without having to create a report or dashboard. I could just click a star button and easily find it later. What do you like best about Creovai?

Platform has an easy to us UI

Streamlines call monitoring

Easier to identify profanity on calls with alerts

Finding problem calls is much easier

Automatically hiding bank or card details so we don't have to manually remove this is a very good feature

What do you like best about Creovai?

Ease of use with a minimal learning curve. The ability to precisely locate segments of calls through the accurate AI transcripts can not be understated in how handy it is. Having sensitive data automatically omitted by the AI is also fantastic and saves a lot of time and worry. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Creovai?

The returned results for calls can be very visually cluttered, and there are no options to customise how the returned results appear. For a different job role, having all of the information available on a certain call can be helpful, but for my role I just need to see the agent name and number. What do you like best about Creovai?

After months of usage, I've enjoyed utilizing Creovai's transcript and automatic tags. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Creovai?

I've found that Creovai is NOT a helpful call coaching software. It does not pull over customer information from our CRM to help me quickly identify the customer and does not include video recording, making it impossible to coach toward buyer queues and body language. The evaluation model is manual and tedious and it lacks important information like talk time. I hope that my company switches back to Gong so I can more effectively coach our sellers.
