**What do you like best about Creovai?**

One of the new things I really like about Creovai is how much more intuitive the overall experience feels. The navigation seems clearer, and it’s easier to find what I need without having to think too much about where things are. I also appreciate the improved performance.

**What do you dislike about Creovai?**

In addition to the minor bug fixes I mentioned earlier, I think Creovai could improve consistency across certain features. Some tools or workflows feel slightly different in how they behave, which can be a bit confusing at times. Making the experience more uniform would help reduce friction.

**What problems is Creovai solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Tethr is helping our business automate service interaction analysis.

**What do you like best about Creovai?**

This platform is exceptionally clean and easy to use. The programmer—at least, I believe that's her role—works closely with us to address any issues we encounter.

**What do you dislike about Creovai?**

I frequently find myself turning to other programs to create the reports I need, since this one does not completely address the KPIs that matter most to our team. Dashboards are supposed to be easy to set up, however if I do not have the program rep next to me, I cannot figure it out on my own. Or when I do have it figured out, it still doesn't cover what I need it for.

**What problems is Creovai solving and how is that benefiting you?**

There really aren’t any positives I can mention. The software was advertised as being cleaner and more streamlined than the program we currently use, but in reality, it turned out to be cumbersome and difficult to navigate unless the representative was there to guide us every step of the way. Even with their help, it remained confusing. While creating a dashboard was as simple as clicking 'create Dashboard,' actually filling it with the information my team needed was nearly impossible. In the end, I found myself returning to our old program just to complete my work and avoid missing deadlines.

**What do you like best about Creovai?**

I like the graphing option in the filters section to slice and dice the filtered data per my need. This feature helps me quickly visualize the data without the need of extract in csv format and use excel graphs.

**What do you dislike about Creovai?**

1. For testing the categories' scripts, there is no option to select the date range. Adding this feature will give the users more control to do the category accuracy and validation steps. Current validation is limited to only common phrases taking hits no the actual interactions. 
2. Sequential categories don't work as expected. The output is hit or miss. It's inconsistent. Adding categories in the scripts should also be allowed for category building. It will allow user to use the existing categories and build on top of it. Currently, user has to copy the scripts from the pre-existing categories and also it doesn't have much control over it, example: before after, near operators. This is coming from CallMiner features which are very useful.

I found it challenging to look for specific phone calls from previous days and weeks. The search functionality in identifying calls needs improvement. The current setup makes it cumbersome to find records quickly because the way calls are formatted is not intuitive. It would be much better if calls were organized by my client's name, their company, and the exact date and time of the interaction. This would streamline the process and improve efficiency.

**What do you like best about Creovai?**

Creovai is easy to use as a user (my calls get recorded and I review them). I'd say I like how it is customizable (my company uses a lot of folders and custom dashboards/reports) and it is data centric. We can really search for calls and customize what kind of call we want to search for with filters which makes it very helpful.

**What do you dislike about Creovai?**

I think the platform could use a little more simple navigation or different icons or fun way to look at the different areas within the platform. For example: when I want to explore Creovai as a user who's calls are recorded, it's very data heavy and makes me not want to read through everything. It would also be nice to see an easier way to favorite my calls without having to create a report or dashboard. I could just click a star button and easily find it later.

**What problems is Creovai solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As an employee at Gusto whose calls are recorded, it benefits me to find the call and review it with my manager for coaching purposes. It also allows me to listen to other teammates calls so I can learn from them on how to improve.

Platform has an easy to us UI 
Streamlines call monitoring 
Easier to identify profanity on calls with alerts
Finding problem calls is much easier 
Automatically hiding bank or card details so we don't have to manually remove this is a very good feature 

Creovai is a very good system that has help improve efficiency of our call monitoring process and is very user friendly where it's so easy to use

There are not many downside I can think of, maybe one being when listen to a call it would be good if when selecting a moment in the call to listen to that it takes you to take part in the transcript as well.

Creovai has help my companies quality assurance team massively as it helps highlight problem calls with alerts,  with the sentiment metric. automatically evaluating calls and scoring the calls. This has help the efficiency of the team as it automates parts of the job that were previously done manually.

**What do you like best about Creovai?**

Ease of use with a minimal learning curve. The ability to precisely locate segments of calls through the accurate AI transcripts can not be understated in how handy it is. Having sensitive data automatically omitted by the AI is also fantastic and saves a lot of time and worry.

**What do you dislike about Creovai?**

The returned results for calls can be very visually cluttered, and there are no options to customise how the returned results appear. For a different job role, having all of the information available on a certain call can be helpful, but for my role I just need to see the agent name and number. This is only a minor gripe and should not detract from the great features Creovai otherwise offers.

**What problems is Creovai solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Customers can sometimes breach GDPR by reading out sensitive information, we must make sure it is purged from all of our sites that calls filter into. Creovai automatically obfuscating the data makes it incredibly simple. I just log onto Creovai, make sure that the data is hidden, and then go about making sure everything else is okay.

After months of usage, I've enjoyed utilizing Creovai's transcript and automatic tags.

**What do you dislike about Creovai?**

I've found that Creovai is NOT a helpful call coaching software. It does not pull over customer information from our CRM to help me quickly identify the customer and does not include video recording, making it impossible to coach toward buyer queues and body language. The evaluation model is manual and tedious and it lacks important information like talk time. I hope that my company switches back to Gong so I can more effectively coach our sellers.

Although Creovai had it's limitations, I've realize comparatively it was a great product. The filtering options, dashboards, reports, etc. are extremely customizable and informative.

**What do you dislike about Creovai?**

Silences/holds aren't easily tracked by instance, vs. total. However I am finding this is a limitation with other products as well.

Time saver, by providing us with data on areas to focus on, we can truly focus on specific areas that need improvement for that particular rep; vs. a standard review for all.

Streamlines dashboard statistics and KPI tracking, QA is organized in an easy to understand way that is geared towards efficiency.  Excited to get access to the scheduling assistant and AI support in call flow and organization of company documents

**What do you dislike about Creovai?**

The roll out of the agent assist has been difficult and hasn't worked as anticipated.  It seems like a lot of the features and integration benefits aren't available to us because of the level that was purchased.  We haven't been able to track any benefit since starting when it comes to efficiency and streamlining our process and procedures.

Call Summary is one of the new feature which I like a lot. it is time saving and we do not have to review entire interaction.

Creovai can add more info in the learning videos.

Tethr is helping to automate the interaction and make the quality better for our contact center. It is working as a BI tool as well to create dashboards and have quick access of information.

**What do you like best about Creovai?**

I love that I no longer have to take substantial amount of time out of my day to review calls. Rather than just looking at a sample size, I am able to review 100% of my agents calls. The plug and play was so seamless that it really didnt require anything from our IT team. The team at Creovai that we have been able to work with has just been amazing.

**What do you dislike about Creovai?**

The only downside is the amount of time it takes to build out the things you would like to use such as dashboards or the phrasing for certain things to trigger when searching.

**What problems is Creovai solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Creovai is solving how we complete QA and how we have conversations. Before, we understood how powerful language is but now that we have the tools identifying the type of language the member is receiving (or how it may be received) allows us to adjust from one phrasing that might sound okay to something that sounds GREAT.

Easy to apply filters, building dashboard and report, graphs, used on daily basis, can upload data easily and map metadata, receive responses on email quickly, customer support is good

Export option is very lengthy, you have to select fields manually everytime

It has a lot of filters and data. You can customise reports and graphs.

Buggy sometimes. Some side bars or tabs not loading properly however this is rare.

Some filters cannot be saved, and you will have to manually update filters/dashboards.

I love the ability to build dashoboards and reports specific to users/key events etc.  Creovai is simple enough as an out the box solution that anyone can manipulate to gain great insights, issues are quickly resolved by the support teams and they are there every step of the road to help

not all of the tags etc are representative of the needs of the business immediately

creovai helps us solve issues such as high average handle time across specific call types, it lets us be aware of our custoner sentiment thru almost real time activities

**What do you like best about Creovai?**

Used the software for over a year and have been really aware of the improvements. Specially with the most recent update were calls are sumarized. It makes it easier to follow and to locate specific information. Specially useful in long calls with lot of information shared. This is a Must!

**What do you dislike about Creovai?**

There are still some issues regarding specific words accuracy. Some times the IA still doesn't understand some words. Most notorious with some accents. It has been improved, but there is still room to fix it.

**What problems is Creovai solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use it to create accurate reports of volume of calls, make sure that specific process are being done and creating profiles about our interactions with customers. 

We use the information to provide feedback to our customer service and collections agents for improvement.

Usually works pretty well if you have the right keywords.

**What do you dislike about Creovai?**

Sometimes adds words to your search that you didn't include and that can be annoying. 

Does not always seem to do a good job at identifying specific issues (maybe this is how we have our categories setup?)

**What problems is Creovai solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Allows us to provide coaching sessions and we also try to use it to identify trends in why people are calling us. The second part does not always work out too great.

Customization is long and bulky. We have many departments and we cannot customize the evaluation based on department.

Enhance transcription for Mono calls - I understand that this will be a challenge with Mono audio recordings, but there is still room for improvement, and the quality of transcripts can be better.

Easy to create categories; generate reports and add widgets to the dashboards which get updated automatically and allow you to see what is happening in the program in the best possible way.

We have to manually record calls. It's impossible to share recordings. Its hard to navigate recorded calls in general

Creovai is not the most user friendly, and it only provides audio/transcripts - no video. It's not intuitive to find/sort recording by type. As a new user, it's not an easy platform to learn.
