What do you like best about Creovai?

I appreciate Creovai's ability to help me close deals in my sales role, making it an effective tool for my work. I also find the platform very useful overall. Initially, setting it up was easy, especially with some assistance. I value the service for its overall ease of use, which contributes positively to my daily tasks. What do you dislike about Creovai?

What do you dislike about Creovai?

I found it challenging to look for specific phone calls from previous days and weeks. The search functionality in identifying calls needs improvement. The current setup makes it cumbersome to find records quickly because the way calls are formatted is not intuitive. It would be much better if calls were organized by my client's name, their company, and the exact date and time of the interaction. This would streamline the process and improve efficiency.
