There is a good selection of products at each level and our employees appreciate being able to select their own gift. Terryberry staff have also been helpful in getting retirement gifts for us as well, which was not part of the program. **What do you dislike about Terryberry?** Nothing really, Terryberry's program fits our needs. **Recommendations to others considering Terryberry:** We are a non profit, so cost is a consideration -- we have appreciated that there were a variety affordable levels with Terryberry's program when compared to others. **What problems is Terryberry solving and how is that benefiting you?** We wanted a way to recognize our employee's significant anniversaries -- our previous program required us to "buy" cards and have on hand. Once a month we receive our packets to hand out to our employees who have stuck with our organization anywhere from 5 to 50 years so that they might choose a reward. I've never had a delayed delivery, and on the off occasion that my organization missed adding someone to the spreadsheet for prizes, they're quick to help remedy the situation and send a packet out for us to give them. The prizes our employees choose don't take forever to show up and they're always enthusiastic about the variety of items they get to choose from. **What do you dislike about Terryberry?** In this section, I'm meant to write a con or a downside to using Terryberry but I genuinely cannot come up with anything to put here. She reaches out to let me know about errors before I know my team has even made them. I pushed hard for certain features before we launched. At the time, Terryberry had not done them before, so it took some extra development time. But they got it all done perfectly, just the way I wanted. I also love that they ask for feedback from their customers and prioritize development accordingly. It's honestly been a pleasure working with everyone there. **What do you dislike about Terryberry?** I'm not sure if it's the case now. But at the time, they had to get approval for projects and I think it would have been beneficial if they had been allowed more creative freedom without such a strict approval process. The team saw the value in the features I was requesting; it would have been beneficial to Terryberry and me if the staff could have just proceeded. It held up the process more than it should have, in my opinion. But since they are constantly making improvements, I am sure this has been remedied by now. **What problems is Terryberry solving and how is that benefiting you?** 90% of our staff works remotely. They are so great to work with and always on top of things! The invoicing should also be much more clear with the new portal. **What do you dislike about Terryberry?** I dislike the award amounts that we currently have in the system. Our program was set up years ago and we have since revised it to allow for a much higher award range than Terryberry generally uses. However, our representative is currently revising the award amounts for us. Terryberry has been very accommodating and willing to work with us to ensure that our employees realize the full benefit of their longevity awards. I also greatly disliked the invoicing system that Terryberry had. The emails never came with the name of the recipient and you had to click on the link to access the invoice. I am very happy that they have revised it in their new portal. It should be much more user friendly because they populate directly now and it's much easier to track. **Recommendations to others considering Terryberry:** Terryberry's customer service is very good. They are able to work with you to help maximize your employee benefits. As part of our employee appreciation program, this is extremely important, as we all know that engaged employees are better employees. I recommend Terryberry as a partner in your employee appreciation efforts. **What problems is Terryberry solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are focusing on employee appreciation this year. After COVID, we wanted to make sure that our healthcare heroes and support staff, and those who had to work from home, were all shown the appreciation that we sincerely felt for their efforts. Our employees served the community and those from hundreds of miles away with superb services. The employees, however, weren't all feeling the appreciation. We are implementing a comprehensive program company-wide. One of the important ways of showing appreciation is gifts.
