Terry Berry's GiveAWow product is a fantastic software to address any and all employee recognition and engagement needs a company has. There are a lot of different features to choose to include or leave out, depending on your needs and your company. Their programs are really easy and user-friendly. In addition to the great software, I really appreciate the team. Everyone I have worked with at Terry Berry has been fantastic - very helpful, informative, and kind! Sometimes there are technical glitches or limitations, but Terry Berry seems to address technical issues in a timely manner. Keeping my staff interested and motivated is my biggest concern as a team manager. For this, Terryberry is the ideal solution. Recognization and awards are made simple by its various features and user-friendliness. The support team is always on hand to assist with any issues, and the customer service is superb. There might be bugs or technical restrictions with Terryberry, but from what Ive seen, they fix any problems right away. By consistently delivering updates with new features, they also show a dedication to always developing their programme, which is fantastic to see. I enjoy that the program is mostly managed by them and we don't have a lot of admin work/hours put into managing it. It's a simple platform. We chose Terry Berry over others for our Years of Service program mostly due to the fact that we could limit it to physical items,so us and our employees would avoid paying taxes on what they receive. We've had a lot of login issues with our website. Often the site crashes and you have to reload it. I also wish there was a buy up option for points, so if an employee was short, they'd be able to get what they want. There is a lot of items on the site, but we would always enjoy more options. Our team loves to be recognized for their years of service (retention) with a Terryberry award! We launched this program a few years ago and it has become something anticipated by our team! It helps us put action to our appreciation. It's wonderful that team members can select their gift from a catalog, so they can choose something they will personally enjoy. As a company, we got to establish at what service intervals we would offer service awards, and what dollar range for each level. This has helped us to budget and reward our team! I feel very supported by everyone at Terryberry. I'm new at this job, and new at working with a recognition program so I'm extra needy :) I never feel silly for asking questions and I feel comfortable reaching out to anyone on any team from finance to reporting. What I like most about Terryberry is the focus on Recognition and their commitment to improving the platform. Terryberry does a great job at helping an organization develop a culture of recognition.
