This is a great way to encourage not only managers, but employees as well, to recognize good behavior. It adds an extra layer of visibility, helping people acknowledge and show appreciation for the things that are often taken for granted or overlooked. I also like that there’s a selection of rewards for employees, so they can choose items that have value and meaning to them. That feels much nicer than a generic gift card or other less personal forms of recognition. It’s easy to use, and the user interface is straightforward to navigate and understand. One thing I disliked was that birthday and milestone recognitions disappeared immediately after the date passed. The gifts are often underwhelming, and the quality does not justify the prices. The selection is fairly average, and shipping is unpredictable at best. Delivery times are excessively long from the date of order to arrival. Shipping costs feel outrageously high for the level of service provided.
