It was a no brainer signing up with them. It took weight off my shoulders, while allowing our employees to select gifts THEY want. Our rep, Lee S., has been great to work with. He is efficient at his jobs, and always helping us with our needs and requests with fast, friendly service. It also makes it easy to recognize individuals based on the criteria our organization has established. **What do you dislike about Terryberry?** It's dated. We signed up with Terry Berry about 5 years ago and the platform hasn't changed. So they don't update it frequently and stay current with the times. This can cause employees to lose interest and stop utilizing the program unless we constantly try to keep them engaged. **What problems is Terryberry solving and how is that benefiting you?** It's providing employee recognition and the employees who use it, seem to like it.
