Like that employees make their own choice. **What do you dislike about Terryberry?** Shipping costs are ridiculous. The envelopes and selection magazine are professional. **What do you dislike about Terryberry?** That there has been little engagement/assistance in helping our employees to get excited about the program etc. **Recommendations to others considering Terryberry:** We have many employees that have not ever gone to the website and ordered anything for years including our CEO. They aren't excited about it enough to engage with it. Make sure you are prepared to hand hold and hype it up if you plan to use them for anniversary type rewards etc. **What problems is Terryberry solving and how is that benefiting you?** Problems? It also makes it easy to recognize individuals based on the criteria our organization has established. **What do you dislike about Terryberry?** It's dated. We signed up with Terry Berry about 5 years ago and the platform hasn't changed. So they don't update it frequently and stay current with the times. This can cause employees to lose interest and stop utilizing the program unless we constantly try to keep them engaged. **What problems is Terryberry solving and how is that benefiting you?** It's providing employee recognition and the employees who use it, seem to like it.
